Abstract
本发明涉及一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,将壳聚糖的醋酸溶液与沸石分子筛混合均匀得到牛皮纸涂布剂,涂布在上表面经过水性油墨、水性光油印刷处理后牛皮纸的下表面,干燥形成涂布层,然后与上表面涂布有无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂的食品级PET薄膜进行贴合得到食品用纸塑包装材料。本发明制备的纸塑包装材料能够有效减少重金属等有害物质的迁移,从而降低对食品的污染,提高安全、卫生性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法。
背景技术
食品作为一种特殊商品,极易发生变质,而且对卫生性要求极高,因此食品包装材料的性能至关重要。单层塑料薄膜往往不能完全满足食品保护的要求。因此,在食品包装领域通常采用两层或三层以上的种类相同或不同材质复合在一起的包装材料。其中,纸塑包装材料以纸与塑料两种不同材质的材料复合而成,融合了纸的印刷适性高、透气性好、环境友好以及塑料的强度高、防水防潮的优点,质优价廉,在食品包装领域得到广泛的应用。
目前,随着食品安全问题越来越受到人们的重视,纸塑包装材料的使用安全性也成为一项重要的评估内容。纸和塑料在生产过程中会加入各种功能助剂,容易导致材料中重金属等超标,而且印刷油墨和粘合剂也会有溶剂残留的问题,这些残留的有害物质可能会迁移并污染食品,从而威胁人体健康。目前的纸塑包装材料在注重纸塑包装材料对食品保护性能的同时,在安全性能上较为欠缺,限制了纸塑包装材料在食品包装领域进一步的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,能够有效减少包装材料中重金属等有害物质的迁移,从而降低对食品的污染,提高包装材料的安全、卫生性能。
本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将1-2重量份壳聚糖溶解于100-150重量份质量分数为2-4%的醋酸溶液中,然后加入3-5重量份平均粒径为1-4μm的沸石分子筛分散均匀,得到牛皮纸涂布剂;
(2)先用水性油墨对牛皮纸上表面进行印刷,然后在牛皮纸上表面涂布水性光油,干燥后形成油墨保护层;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的牛皮纸涂布剂均匀涂布在牛皮纸的下表面,于100-120℃干燥后形成涂布层;
(4)在食品级PET薄膜的上表面均匀涂布无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂,然后与牛皮纸的下表面贴合,于20-25℃条件下放置20-30h,然后分切,得到食品用纸塑包装材料。
所述牛皮纸克重为60-80g/m2。
所述牛皮纸涂布剂的干基涂布量为3-5g/m2。
所述食品级PET薄膜厚度为12-15μm。
所述无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂为ZC-202/ZC-301型双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂。
所述无溶剂聚氨酯粘合剂的干基涂布量为3-5g/m2。
所述步骤(4)中贴合条件为150-250m/min、0.15-0.25MPa。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将壳聚糖的醋酸溶液与沸石分子筛混合均匀得到牛皮纸涂布剂,涂布在上表面经过水性油墨、水性光油印刷处理后牛皮纸的下表面,干燥形成涂布层,然后与上表面涂布有无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂的食品级PET薄膜进行贴合得到食品用纸塑包装材料。本发明通过选用水性油墨、水性光油、食品级PET薄膜以及无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂,很大程度上降低了包装材料生产用原料中的有害物质含量;通过在牛皮纸与PET薄膜的中间复合一层沸石分子筛-壳聚糖涂布层,能有效吸附重金属等有害物质以及油墨、粘合剂中残留的溶剂,减少有害物质对食品的迁移、污染。本发明制备的纸塑包装材料中有害物质含量低,同时能够有效减少重金属等有害物质的迁移,从而降低对食品的污染,提高安全、卫生性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将1重量份壳聚糖溶解于100重量份质量分数为2%的醋酸溶液中,然后加入3重量份平均粒径为1μm的沸石分子筛分散均匀,得到牛皮纸涂布剂;
(2)先用水性油墨对克重为60g/m2的牛皮纸上表面进行印刷,然后在牛皮纸上表面涂布水性光油,干燥后形成油墨保护层;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的牛皮纸涂布剂均匀涂布在牛皮纸的下表面,于100℃干燥后形成涂布层,其中牛皮纸涂布剂的干基涂布量为3g/m2;
(4)在厚度为12μm的食品级PET薄膜的上表面均匀涂布ZC-202/ZC-301型双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂,然后在150m/min、0.15MPa条件下与牛皮纸的下表面贴合,于20℃条件下放置20h,然后分切,得到食品用纸塑包装材料,其中无溶剂聚氨酯粘合剂的干基涂布量为3g/m2。
实施例2
一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将2重量份壳聚糖溶解于150重量份质量分数为4%的醋酸溶液中,然后加入5重量份平均粒径为4μm的沸石分子筛分散均匀,得到牛皮纸涂布剂;
(2)先用水性油墨对克重为80g/m2的牛皮纸上表面进行印刷,然后在牛皮纸上表面涂布水性光油,干燥后形成油墨保护层;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的牛皮纸涂布剂均匀涂布在牛皮纸的下表面,于120℃干燥后形成涂布层,其中牛皮纸涂布剂的干基涂布量为5g/m2;
(4)在厚度为15μm的食品级PET薄膜的上表面均匀涂布ZC-202/ZC-301型双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂,然后在250m/min、0.25MPa条件下与牛皮纸的下表面贴合,于25℃条件下放置30h,然后分切,得到食品用纸塑包装材料,其中无溶剂聚氨酯粘合剂的干基涂布量为5g/m2。
Claims (7)
1.一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将1-2重量份壳聚糖溶解于100-150重量份质量分数为2-4%的醋酸溶液中,然后加入3-5重量份平均粒径为1-4μm的沸石分子筛分散均匀,得到牛皮纸涂布剂;
(2)先用水性油墨对牛皮纸上表面进行印刷,然后在牛皮纸上表面涂布水性光油,干燥后形成油墨保护层;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的牛皮纸涂布剂均匀涂布在牛皮纸的下表面,于100-120℃干燥后形成涂布层;
(4)在食品级PET薄膜的上表面均匀涂布无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂,然后与牛皮纸的下表面贴合,于20-25℃条件下放置20-30h,然后分切,得到食品用纸塑包装材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述牛皮纸克重为60-80g/m2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述牛皮纸涂布剂的干基涂布量为3-5g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述食品级PET薄膜厚度为12-15μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂为ZC-202/ZC-301型双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述无溶剂聚氨酯粘合剂的干基涂布量为3-5g/m2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品用纸塑包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中贴合条件为150-250m/min、0.15-0.25MPa。
