第三步:依次加入羧甲基纤维素、水和二硝基苯酚,调节混合速度至350-450 r/min,混合1-3h,升温至90-110℃,加入剩余原料,搅拌均匀后将混合均匀的产物投入砂磨机中,砂磨20-40min,筛网过滤后即得。

3.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用透气整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中刺绣用透气整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:水100份、二硝基苯酚0.7份、活性剂7份、二元酸12份、羧甲基纤维素50份、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯35份、六水硫酸镁25份、乙基纤维素30份、海藻酸钠6份、双草酸酯15份和乙二醇8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用透气整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中刺绣用透气整理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:水100份、二硝基苯酚0.5份、活性剂5份、二元酸10份、羧甲基纤维素40份、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯25份、六水硫酸镁15份、乙基纤维素20份、海藻酸钠4份、双草酸酯10份和乙二醇6份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的刺绣用透气整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述活性剂采用氧化锌。
