本发明公开了一种新能源汽车多层式储气筒转运装置，包括矩形状的框架，在框架内分层设有若干支撑梁，在层支撑梁上均布有若干支撑体；所述支撑体包括U型钢和圆钢，两U型钢相隔一定间隙设置，圆钢设于两U型钢之间间隙的中心位置处；所述U型钢和圆钢的表面均用无纺布包裹。满足客车生产工装使用要求，便于存放、转运、保护分装完毕的储气筒；实行多层式结构，便于区分存放不同规格的储气筒，且宽度适宜，转运过程不影响其他车间车辆的通行。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种新能源汽车多层式储气筒转运装置。
背景技术：
现有的储气筒转运工装存在的漆面保护不到位、多规格无区分、工装占地面积大等问题得到改善。因此，确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容：
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种新能源汽车多层式储气筒转运装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案有：一种新能源汽车多层式储气筒转运装置，包括矩形状的框架，在框架内分层设有若干支撑梁，在层支撑梁上均布有若干支撑体；
所述支撑体包括U型钢和圆钢，两U型钢相隔一定间隙设置，圆钢设于两U型钢之间间隙的中心位置处；
所述U型钢和圆钢的表面均用无纺布包裹。
进一步地，所述框架的底面上设有万向轮。
本发明具有如下有益效果：
1)满足客车生产工装使用要求，便于存放、转运、保护分装完毕的储气筒；
2)实行多层式结构，便于区分存放不同规格的储气筒，且宽度适宜，转运过程不影响其他车间车辆的通行。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3所示，本发明公开一种新能源汽车多层式储气筒转运装置，包括矩形状的框架1，在框架1内分层设有若干支撑梁2，在层支撑梁2上均布有若干支撑体3。
支撑体3包括U型钢31和圆钢32，两U型钢31相隔一定间隙设置，圆钢32设于两U型钢31之间间隙的中心位置处。
U型钢31和圆钢32的表面均用无纺布包裹，使与储气筒接触面避免磕碰划伤。
在框架1的底面上设有万向轮4。框架1长度为2080mm，宽度为800mm，高度为1670mm，满足转运及装卸要求，节省存放面积，提高转运效率。

1.一种新能源汽车多层式储气筒转运装置，其特征在于：包括矩形状的框架(1)，在框架(1)内分层设有若干支撑梁(2)，在层支撑梁(2)上均布有若干支撑体(3)；
所述支撑体(3)包括U型钢(31)和圆钢(32)，两U型钢(31)相隔一定间隙设置，圆钢(32)设于两U型钢(31)之间间隙的中心位置处；
所述U型钢(31)和圆钢(32)的表面均用无纺布包裹。
2.如权利要求1所述的新能源汽车多层式储气筒转运装置，其特征在于：所述框架(1)的底面上设有万向轮(4)。
