背景技术
空气环境中的甲醛、苯、TVOC等有害物质影响人的健康,同时居家的沙发、蹭脚垫、床垫、枕头、地毯等软性生活用品以及毛巾、毛衣、皮衣、皮裤、宠物身体表面,容易滋生有害细菌、螨虫等微生物,长期在这种环境下,影响健康。在现有的技术中,装修时采用无甲醛的家具、地板等,减少室内空气中的甲醛的含量,但现有的无甲醛地板仅仅是在使用时不释放甲醛,并没有抑菌、抗菌、杀虫的功效,地板的表面以及室内容易滋生有害细菌,影响婴幼儿、老人的身体健康,而频繁的打扫,耗费时间和精力,尤其是对于一些特殊使用环境中,如不能频繁打扫的室内,地板上滋生的细菌是一大危害。

本发明的目的在于:解决上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种草木油保健木地板制造工艺。

由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:在本发明的制造工艺中,将在素板的背面及四侧面喷涂有草木油,草木油是天然的抗菌杀菌防潮剂,并且在素板的表面和背面采用无醛胶粘剂来压贴了木片,不仅使木地板在使用时性能稳定不易变形,不释放甲醛,而且由于在木地板中喷涂有草木油,使木地板还具有提神、抑菌、抗菌、杀虫等天然功效。通过本发明的制造工艺,将木地板的光泽度调节为平哑光,此光度的反射值低,减少了二次反射光,不会对眼睛造成伤害。

在上述实施例1-7中,在素板表面辊涂的植物油漆为欧诗木TM植物油,该植物油是以天然植物油和植物蜡为基料、食品级的颜料,不含重金属离子。
在本发明的制造工艺中,木地板在使用时性能稳定不易变形,不释放甲醛,而且由于在木地板中喷涂有草木油,使木地板还具有提神、抑菌、抗菌、杀虫等天然功效。木地板的光泽度为平哑光,不会对眼睛造成伤害。

Claims (7)

1.一种草木油保健木地板制造工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(a)基材制备:选取桉香无醛胶合板,切割,双面细砂,在桉香无醛胶合板的表面和背面分别压贴木皮,重压养生10-30天;
(b)素板制备:将步骤(a)制得的基材定厚砂光,加工榫接企口;
(c)涂层制备:在步骤(b)中制得的素板的侧边真空喷涂草木油,在素板背面连续辊涂3遍草木油,每一遍涂布量为120-180g/m2,草木油的温度为50-60℃,然后在15-40℃、风速2m/s条件下干燥4-24h;精砂素板表面,连续辊涂6-9遍植物油漆,将光泽度调节为平哑光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草木油保健木地板制造工艺,其特征在于:在所述的胶合板的表面和背面分别压贴木皮时,采用异氰酸酯作为胶粘剂,压贴温度140-160℃、压力12-18Mpa、压贴时间为30-120min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的草木油保健木地板制造工艺,其特征在于:在所述胶合板的表面和背面分别压贴木皮的厚度为0.6-4mm,所述的木皮为橡木、柚木、花梨木、黑胡桃木、榆木、榉木、椴木或科技木中的一种。
4.一种草木油保健木地板制造工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(a)素板制备:选取四面刨光已烘干的实木坯料板为基材,定厚砂光,加工榫接企口;
(b)涂层制备:在步骤(a)中制得的素板的侧边真空喷涂草木油,在15-40℃、风速2m/s条件下干燥4-24h;在素板背面连续辊涂3遍草木油,每一遍的涂布量为120-180g/m2,在15-40℃、风速2m/s条件下干燥4-24h;精砂素板表面,连续辊涂6-9遍植物油漆,将光泽度调节为平哑光。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的草木油保健木地板制造工艺,其特征在于:采用调节紫外光照射的方式,调节涂层的光泽度,所述制得的涂层的光泽度为15-30度。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的草木油保健木地板制造工艺,其特征在于:所述的草木油包括亚麻油、桉叶油和芳樟油,其重量组份比为亚麻油:桉叶油:芳樟油=5:3:2。
7.根据权利要求1或4所述的草木油保健木地板制造工艺制备的草木油保健木地板。
