本发明提供一种防虫抗菌负离子复合木地板,涉及建筑装潢材料领域,具体涉及一种防虫抗菌负离子复合木地板、其制备方法和应用。随着人们生活水平的提高,本地板产品得到了迅速发展,可人们在使用过程中发现木地板的下面最易形成污染源,如:虫蚁、病菌、霉菌等危害人们身体健康,现有的技术只是采用一些化学制剂涂在地板中,效果甚微。针对现有技术的不足,因此发明一种防虫抗菌负离子复合木地板,其特征在于:包括防虫抗菌层的层状结构,所述防虫抗菌层防虫抗菌层的上面依次设置实木板层、负离子拌胶层、装饰层、油漆层,本发明能有效的使地板下面及地板整体起到防虫、抗菌、释放负离子的作用,有益于人们的身体健康。

本发明涉及建筑装潢材料领域,具体涉及一种防虫抗菌负离子复合木地板、其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,木地板得到了迅速发展,可人们在使用过程中发现地板的下面最易形成污染源,如:虫蚁、病菌、霉菌等危害人们身体健康,现有的技术只是采用一些化学制剂涂层在地板中,效果甚微。针对现有技术的不足,因此设计一种防虫抗菌负离子复合木地板,能有效的使地板下面及地板整体起到防虫、抗菌、释放负离子的作用,集多种功能于一体,绿色环保、效力持久,有益于人们的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种防虫抗菌负离子复合木地板、其制备方法和应用。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现。
一种防虫抗菌负离子复合木地板,为包括防虫抗菌层的层状结构,包括所述防虫抗菌层的上面依次设置实木板层、负离子拌胶层、装饰层、油漆层。
进一步的,所述防虫抗菌层为包括PVC50-60份、碳酸钙20-35份、香樟木粉8-15份、复合稳定剂3-7份、聚乙烯蜡1-5份、樟脑粉0.6-3份、纳米银粉0.5-4份、助剂1.5-8份,还包括将所述PVC、碳酸钙、香樟木粉、复合稳定剂、聚乙烯蜡、樟脑粉、纳米银粉、助剂,分别按份量比加入高速热混机自摩擦升温至110-130度,再冷却至40-55度后再经过挤出机通过135-170度的温度经磨具挤压成板状,范围厚度为3-12MM。
进一步的,所述实木层为实木板或实木多层板,范围厚度为6-15MM。
进一步的,所述负离子拌胶层为包括酚醛树脂胶粘剂85-100份、负离子粉5-20份,每平方米涂布量160-210克。
进一步的,所述装饰层为实木木皮或科技木皮,范围厚度为0.6-3MM。
进一步的,所述油漆层为UV油漆或PU油漆。
进一步的,防虫抗菌负离子复合木地板四周是通过槽榫结构相互连接或锁扣式结构相连接。
有益效果,1本发明能持续有效的使地板起到防虫、抗菌、释放负离子的作用,2绿色环保、净化空气、有益于人们的身体健康。

本实施例中所述防虫抗菌层为包括PVC50-60份、碳酸钙20-35份、香樟木粉8-15份、复合稳定剂3-7份、聚乙烯蜡1-5份、樟脑粉0.6-3份、纳米银粉0.5-4份、助剂1.5-8份,还包括将所述PVC、碳酸钙、香樟木粉、复合稳定剂、聚乙烯蜡、樟脑粉、纳米银粉、助剂,分别按份量比加入高速热混机自摩擦升温至110-130度,再冷却至40-55度后再经过挤出机通过135-170度的温度经磨具挤压成板状,厚度为6MM。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防虫抗菌负离子复合木地板,其特征在于所述防虫抗菌层为包括PVC50-60份、碳酸钙20-35份、香樟木粉8-15份、复合稳定剂3-7份、聚乙烯蜡1-5份、樟脑粉0.6-3份、纳米银粉0.5-4份、助剂1.5-8份,还包括将所述PVC、碳酸钙、香樟木粉、复合稳定剂、聚乙烯蜡、樟脑粉、纳米银粉、助剂,分别按份量比加入高速热混机自摩擦升温至110-130度,再冷却至40-55度后再经过挤出机通过135-170度的温度经磨具挤压成板状,范围厚度为3-12MM。
