Abstract
本发明涉及一种竹木板,包括2个竹外层、2个木板层和1个竹芯层,所述竹木板的组合顺序依次是竹外层、木板层、竹芯层、木板层、竹外层。本发明还涉及所述竹木板的加工方法,包括制作外层竹片、制作芯层竹片、竹片加工、制作木板层、制作竹木板坯、制作竹木板等步骤,采用竹木结合的方式,对竹材进行加工处理,达到防虫防蛀防腐的效果,不易变质生虫,又通过竹木之间的互补,提高了板材的硬度,相对成本也比较低,所得竹木板成品外表美观,清新雅致,密度高、强度高,有较好的耐用性和稳定性,可广泛应用于加工地板、门、家具以及室内墙壁装修。

技术领域
本发明涉及竹木制品领域,更具体地,涉及一种竹木板及其加工方法。
背景技术
竹板材既保留了竹材固有的高密度,韧性,强度等优异特性,又保持了竹材的天然纹理,清新雅致,美观舒适,迎合了现代人返璞归真,崇尚自然,环保消费的新潮,但是竹制品具有易生虫的缺点。而木板材硬度相对较低,硬度高的木材成本也比较高,不适于日常消费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述的问题,提供一种高硬度、防虫防蛀的竹木板及其加工方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种竹木板,包括竹外层、木板层和竹芯层。
优选地,所述竹木板包括2个竹外层、2个木板层和1个竹芯层。
进一步地,所述竹木板的组合顺序依次是竹外层、木板层、竹芯层、木板层、竹外层。
本发明还提供了所述竹木板的加工方法,其特征在于,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)制作外层竹片:选取5~8个月生的未成熟毛竹竹子切成竹段,去除竹节,刮去外层竹青,制成0.5~1.2mm厚的外层竹片;
(2)制作芯层竹片:选取4~6年生的紫竹竹子切成竹段,去除竹节,刮去外层竹青,制成2~3mm厚的芯层竹片;
(3)竹片加工:将外层竹片和芯层竹片于100~180℃下蒸煮7~9h,然后干燥至9~12%的含水率,再放入浸泡液中浸泡3~4天,得到竹外层和竹芯层;
(4)制作木板层:取木板原材料混合均匀,加入双螺杆挤出机中混合塑炼,将混炼料挤出成型,制成1.5~2.5mm厚的木板层;
(5)制作竹木板坯:将竹芯层和木板层双面涂刷胶水,竹外层单面涂刷胶水,并按顺序依次叠放,得到竹木板坯;
(6)制作竹木板:在竹木板坯上施加20~40MPa压强,并加热至120~200℃,然后干燥至3~8%的含水率,得到竹木板成品。
进一步地,所述浸泡液由以下重量份数的各组分组成:清水120~130份,食盐5~7份,碳酸钠2~3份,漂白粉7~11份,硼砂4~6份,烟叶12~15份,艾草9~12份,硫磺2~4份,菖蒲3~5份,檀香6~9份,丁香4~7份,薄荷叶8~10份,蛇床子7~9份,白芷5~8份,薰衣草11~13份。
进一步地,所述浸泡液的制备方法为:将烟叶、艾草、硫磺、菖蒲、檀香、丁香、薄荷叶、蛇床子、白芷、薰衣草加入到清水中,煎煮1~1.5h,冷却到室温后加入食盐、碳酸钠、漂白粉、硼砂搅拌均匀,得到浸泡液。
进一步地,所述木板原材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:秸秆粉3~5份,稻壳粉4~7份,木粉40~50份,竹炭粉2~3份,石蜡2~4份,硅烷偶联剂3~5份,环氧树脂1.5~2.2份,氢氧化镁0.5~0.8份,松香0.3~0.6份,马来酸酐接枝ABS 2~4份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:采用竹木结合的方式,对竹材进行加工处理,达到防虫防蛀防腐的效果,不易变质生虫,又通过竹木之间的互补,提高了板材的硬度,相对成本也比较低,所得竹木板外表美观,清新雅致,密度高、强度高,有较好的耐用性和稳定性,可广泛应用于加工地板、门、家具以及室内墙壁装修。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但其保护范围不受这些实施例的限制。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种竹木板,包括2个竹外层、2个木板层和1个竹芯层,所述竹木板的组合顺序依次是竹外层、木板层、竹芯层、木板层、竹外层。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种竹木板的加工方法,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)制作外层竹片:选取6个月生的未成熟毛竹竹子切成竹段,去除竹节,刮去外层竹青,制成0.8mm厚的外层竹片;
(2)制作芯层竹片:选取5年生的紫竹竹子切成竹段,去除竹节,刮去外层竹青,制成2.5mm厚的芯层竹片;
(3)竹片加工:将外层竹片和芯层竹片于150℃下蒸煮8h,然后干燥至10%的含水率,再放入浸泡液中浸泡4天,得到竹外层和竹芯层;
所述竹片浸泡液由以下重量份数的各组分组成:清水125份,食盐6份,碳酸钠2.5份,漂白粉8份,硼砂5份,烟叶14份,艾草11份,硫磺3份,菖蒲4份,檀香7份,丁香5份,薄荷叶9份,蛇床子8份,白芷6份,薰衣草12份。
所述浸泡液的制备方法为:将烟叶、艾草、硫磺、菖蒲、檀香、丁香、薄荷叶、蛇床子、白芷、薰衣草加入到清水中,煎煮1.2h,冷却到室温后加入食盐、碳酸钠、漂白粉、硼砂搅拌均匀,得到浸泡液。
通过浸泡液浸泡的竹外层和竹芯层可达到防虫防蛀防腐的效果。
(4)制作木板层:木板原材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:秸秆粉4份,稻壳粉6份,木粉45份,竹炭粉2.5份,石蜡3份,硅烷偶联剂4份,环氧树脂1.8份,氢氧化镁0.7份,松香0.5份,马来酸酐接枝ABS 3份。取所述木板原材料混合均匀,加入双螺杆挤出机中混合塑炼,将混炼料挤出成型,制成2mm厚的木板层;
(5)制作竹木板坯:以喷涂方式将竹芯层和木板层双面涂胶水,竹外层单面涂胶水,使胶水覆盖更加均匀,并将涂好胶水的竹芯层、木板层、竹外层按照竹外层、木板层、竹芯层、木板层、竹外层的顺序依次叠放,得到竹木板坯;
(6)制作竹木板:在竹木板坯上施加35MPa压强,并加热至180℃,持续10~20min,通过加压加热,令胶水充分渗透到竹木板坯中,令竹芯层、木板层、竹外层的结合更加紧密,固化成一个整体,然后将其干燥至5%的含水率,得到竹木板成品。

1.一种竹木板,其特征在于,包括竹外层、木板层和竹芯层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹木板,其特征在于,包括2个竹外层、2个木板层和1个竹芯层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的竹木板,其特征在于,所述竹木板的组合顺序依次是竹外层、木板层、竹芯层、木板层、竹外层。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述竹木板的加工方法,其特征在于,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)制作外层竹片:选取5~8个月生的未成熟毛竹竹子切成竹段,去除竹节,刮去外层竹青,制成0.5~1.2mm厚的外层竹片;
(2)制作芯层竹片:选取4~6年生的紫竹竹子切成竹段,去除竹节,刮去外层竹青,制成2~3mm厚的芯层竹片;
(3)竹片加工:将外层竹片和芯层竹片于100~180℃下蒸煮7~9h,然后干燥至9~12%的含水率,再放入浸泡液中浸泡3~4天,得到竹外层和竹芯层;
(4)制作木板层:取木板原材料混合均匀,加入双螺杆挤出机中混合塑炼,将混炼料挤出成型,制成1.5~2.5mm厚的木板层;
(5)制作竹木板坯:将竹芯层和木板层双面涂刷胶水,竹外层单面涂刷胶水,并按顺序依次叠放,得到竹木板坯;
(6)制作竹木板:在竹木板坯上施加20~40MPa压强,并加热至120~200℃,然后干燥至3~8%的含水率,得到竹木板成品。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述竹木板的加工方法,其特征在于,所述浸泡液由以下重量份数的各组分组成:清水120~130份,食盐5~7份,碳酸钠2~3份,漂白粉7~11份,硼砂4~6份,烟叶12~15份,艾草9~12份,硫磺2~4份,菖蒲3~5份,檀香6~9份,丁香4~7份,薄荷叶8~10份,蛇床子7~9份,白芷5~8份,薰衣草11~13份。
6.根据权利要求5所述竹木板的加工方法,其特征在于,所述浸泡液的制备方法为:将烟叶、艾草、硫磺、菖蒲、檀香、丁香、薄荷叶、蛇床子、白芷、薰衣草加入到清水中,煎煮1~1.5h,冷却到室温后加入食盐、碳酸钠、漂白粉、硼砂搅拌均匀,得到浸泡液。
7.根据权利要求4所述竹木板的加工方法,其特征在于,所述木板原材料由以下重量份数的各组分组成:秸秆粉3~5份,稻壳粉4~7份,木粉40~50份,竹炭粉2~3份,石蜡2~4份,硅烷偶联剂3~5份,环氧树脂1.5~2.2份,氢氧化镁0.5~0.8份,松香0.3~0.6份,马来酸酐接枝ABS 2~4份。
