Abstract

本发明提供一种沸石‑活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将煤矸石粉、沥青、白炭黑混合,烘干,然后在管式炉中,在惰性气体保护下,炭化,然后再通入二氧化碳气体,活化,得到活化后的样品;(2)将活化后的样品加入氢氧化钠溶液中,反应,室温下静置水热晶化,然后超声分散,过滤,滤渣洗涤,干燥,得到沸石‑活性炭复合材料;(3)将得到的沸石‑活性炭复合材料加入葡萄糖溶液中,搅拌,过滤,将得到的滤渣干燥,然后放入管式炉中,在惰性气体保护下,炭化,即可得到沸石‑活性炭复合吸附剂。本发明制备的沸石‑活性炭复合吸附剂,BET比表面积和微孔比表面积都大,对CH4和N2的吸附量大。

沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于吸附剂制备领域,具体涉及一种沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法。
背景技术
甲烷作为洁净高效的能源和重要的化工原料,其分离提纯对于缓解能源危机和环境保护均具有积极意义。因 CH4 和 N2 的物理化学性质相近,使其分离提纯尤为困难。目前用于CH4 /N2 分离提纯技术主要有膜分离法、水合物法、深冷法、溶剂法和变压吸附分离法,其中变压吸附分离法由于可操作性强而被广泛关注。变压吸附分离技术的核心是高性能吸附剂的制备,而影响吸附剂性能的关键是其孔结构和表面性质。
现有技术中,由学者使用Br2或ICl对活性炭表面进行单层沉积,沉积之后的复合吸附剂对CH4 的吸附量不变而对N2的吸附量下降,CH4 /N2平衡分离系数达到4。也有人用十二烷基硫酸钠和正二十四烷为改性剂对活性炭进行了表面亲烃改性,提高了对CH4 的吸附性能,在更大的压力范围内提高了活性炭对CH4 /N2的分离效果,但是CH4 和N2在活性炭上的吸附容量较低,影响了其吸附分离的效果。另有研究者用CH4 作为沉积剂进行高温碳沉积制备出的碳分子筛可将混合气中N2的浓度提高至 97.5%。也有制备沸石-活性炭复合材料的,但是,虽然制备得到的材料对CH4 和N2的吸附容量较高,但是吸附平衡分离比较低,为2.0。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法。
沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将煤矸石粉、沥青、白炭黑混合,烘干,然后在管式炉中,在惰性气体保护下,在温度1123K下炭化2-4h,然后再通入二氧化碳气体,然后再1123K下活化24-36h,得到活化后的样品;
(2)将活化后的样品加入氢氧化钠溶液中,在338K下反应12h,然后在室温下静置12h,然后再363K下水热晶化24-30h,然后超声分散,过滤,滤渣用去离子水洗涤5次,然后将滤渣干燥,得到沸石-活性炭复合材料;
(3)将得到的沸石-活性炭复合材料加入葡萄糖溶液中,在室温下搅拌2-4h,过滤,将得到的滤渣在温度453K下静置干燥2h,然后放入管式炉中,在惰性气体保护下,823K下炭化2h,即可得到沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂。
优选地,步骤(1)中煤矸石粉、沥青、白炭黑的质量比为1:3:2。
优选地,所述惰性气体为氮气或者氩气。
优选地,步骤(2)中氢氧化钠溶液的浓度为4g/L。
优选地,步骤(2)中超声分散的条件为:超声功率200-300W、超声频率30Hz、超声时间20-30min。
优选地,步骤(2)中干燥的条件为:先在80℃下干燥2h,然后在105℃下干燥4h。
优选地,步骤(3)中葡萄糖溶液的浓度为0.2g/mL。
本发明的优点:
本发明制备的沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂,BET比表面积和微孔比表面积都大,对CH4 和N2的吸附量大, 而且对CH4 和N2的平衡分离系数为3.0,能用于变压吸附装置,实现低浓度甲烷的分离提纯。
具体实施方式
实施例1
沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量比1:3:2,将煤矸石粉、沥青、白炭黑混合,烘干,然后在管式炉中,在氮气保护下,在温度1123K下炭化2h,然后再通入二氧化碳气体,然后再1123K下活化24h,得到活化后的样品;
(2)将活化后的样品加入浓度为4g/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,在338K下反应12h,然后在室温下静置12h,然后再363K下水热晶化30h,然后在超声功率300W、超声频率30Hz的条件下,超声分散30min,过滤,滤渣用去离子水洗涤5次,然后将滤渣先在80℃下干燥2h,然后在105℃下干燥4h,得到沸石-活性炭复合材料;
(3)将得到的沸石-活性炭复合材料加入浓度为0.2g/mL的葡萄糖溶液中,在室温下搅拌2h,过滤,将得到的滤渣在温度453K下静置干燥2h,然后放入管式炉中,在氮气保护下,823K下炭化2h,即可得到沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂。
实施例2
沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量比1:3:2,将煤矸石粉、沥青、白炭黑混合,烘干,然后在管式炉中,在氩气保护下,在温度1123K下炭化4h,然后再通入二氧化碳气体,然后再1123K下活化36h,得到活化后的样品;
(2)将活化后的样品加入浓度为4g/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,在338K下反应12h,然后在室温下静置12h,然后再363K下水热晶化24h,然后在超声功率200W、超声频率30Hz的条件下,超声分散20min,过滤,滤渣用去离子水洗涤5次,然后将滤渣先在80℃下干燥2h,然后在105℃下干燥4h,得到沸石-活性炭复合材料;
(3)将得到的沸石-活性炭复合材料加入浓度为0.2g/mL的葡萄糖溶液中,在室温下搅拌4h,过滤,将得到的滤渣在温度453K下静置干燥2h,然后放入管式炉中,在氮气保护下,823K下炭化2h,即可得到沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂。
实施例3
沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量比1:3:2,将煤矸石粉、沥青、白炭黑混合,烘干,然后在管式炉中,在氩气保护下,在温度1123K下炭化3h,然后再通入二氧化碳气体,然后再1123K下活化28h,得到活化后的样品;
(2)将活化后的样品加入浓度为4g/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,在338K下反应12h,然后再室温下静置12h,然后再363K下水热晶化28h,然后在超声功率300W、超声频率30Hz的条件下,超声分散25min,过滤,滤渣用去离子水洗涤5次,然后将滤渣先在80℃下干燥2h,然后在105℃下干燥4h,得到沸石-活性炭复合材料;
(3)将得到的沸石-活性炭复合材料加入浓度为0.2g/mL的葡萄糖溶液中,在室温下搅拌3h,过滤,将得到的滤渣在温度453K下静置干燥2h,然后放入管式炉中,在氮气保护下,823K下炭化2h,即可得到沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂。

1.沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将煤矸石粉、沥青、白炭黑混合,烘干,然后在管式炉中,在惰性气体保护下,在温度1123K下炭化2-4h,然后再通入二氧化碳气体,然后再1123K下活化24-36h,得到活化后的样品;
(2)将活化后的样品加入氢氧化钠溶液中,在338K下反应12h,然后在室温下静置12h,然后再363K下水热晶化24-30h,然后超声分散,过滤,滤渣用去离子水洗涤5次,然后将滤渣干燥,得到沸石-活性炭复合材料;
(3)将得到的沸石-活性炭复合材料加入葡萄糖溶液中,在室温下搅拌2-4h,过滤,将得到的滤渣在温度453K下静置干燥2h,然后放入管式炉中,在惰性气体保护下,823K下炭化2h,即可得到沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中煤矸石粉、沥青、白炭黑的质量比为1:3:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述惰性气体为氮气或者氩气。
4.根据权利要求1所述沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中氢氧化钠溶液的浓度为4g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中超声分散的条件为:超声功率200-300W、超声频率30Hz、超声时间20-30min。
6.根据权利要求1所述沸石-活性炭复合吸附剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中干燥的条件为:先在80℃下干燥2h,然后在105℃下干燥4h。
