Abstract
本发明涉及袜子面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌吸湿的袜子面料,由抗菌改性聚酯纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、罗布麻纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维混纺而成,其中棉纤维经抗菌料液浸泡后干燥使用。抗菌改性聚酯纤维中添加有纳米竹炭颗粒、纳米氧化钛、磁石粉、木质素粉末、硼酸粉末、苯扎氯铵粉末和硅藻土粉末。本发明的袜子面料经抗菌改性聚酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、粘胶纤维、罗麻布纤维、竹纤维和涂覆抗菌料液的棉纤维共同作用,抑制细菌,吸湿性能好,使用舒适健康。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及袜子面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌吸湿的袜子面料。
背景技术
袜子包括棉纱袜、毛袜、丝袜和各类化纤袜等,穿在脚上起到保护脚和防脚臭的作用。由于袜子穿在脚上,由于脚底透过袜子与鞋子发生摩擦经常出汗,导致袜子表面因潮湿而容易出现细菌,这种现象对患有脚气、经常运动或爱好走路、跑步的人群来说较为常见。对于更换袜子不够勤快或者不经常洗脚的人来讲,袜子上也容易产生细菌,从而造成或者加重脚上的炎症。因此要求袜子具有一定的抑菌和吸湿性能。
发明内容
针对袜子因脚汗而滋生细菌的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌吸湿的袜子面料,能够抑制细菌的滋生,而且吸湿性能好,可以保持脚底干燥。
本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种抗菌吸湿的袜子面料,袜子面料由以下重量份的组份制成:抗菌改性聚酯纤维100份、棉纤维70~80份、莫代尔纤维30~50份、罗布麻纤维20~25份、竹纤维20~30份、粘胶纤维5~10份,其中棉纤维经抗菌料液浸泡后干燥使用。
作为本发明的一种改进,抗菌改性聚酯纤维由以下重量份的组份制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒100份、纳米竹炭颗粒30~35份、纳米氧化钛6~10份、磁石粉3~6份、木质素粉末12~15份、硼酸粉末2~3份、苯扎氯铵粉末1~2份、硅藻土粉末3~5份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1.3~1.8份和硬脂酸锌1~2份,将上述各原料组份经螺杆挤出机制成混合母粒,然后经湿法纺丝制得抗菌改性聚酯纤维。
作为本发明的一种改进,木质素粉末经以下过程处理后使用:将木质素粉置于2~4mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2~3h后取出干燥,然后置于18wt%的双氧水溶液中28~30℃浸泡30~40min取出干燥,将干燥后的木质素粉末加入到3~5倍质量的水中超声分散均匀,再加入水溶性壳聚糖、鼠李糖脂和海藻糖继续超声分散均匀,然后在50~60℃保持90~150min,继续加热至80~85℃蒸发干燥得到处理后的木质素粉末,木质素粉末与水溶性壳聚糖、鼠李糖脂、海藻糖的质量比为1:0.3~0.5:0.1~0.3:0.4~0.7。
作为本发明的一种改进,抗菌料液经以下过程制成:将竹叶、黄芩、紫苏叶、樟脑叶、芦苇叶、车前叶、皂荚、木槿叶和冬青叶按照质量比3:1.1~1.2:0.8~1.2:1.3~1.7:1.2~1.6:0.7~1.1:1~1.2:1~1.4:0.6~1.0混合捣碎得混合物,取10份混合物置于体积分数75%的乙醇中60℃回流萃取得到萃取液,向萃取液中加入0.1~0.2倍质量的薄荷油混匀,然后加入到3~5倍质量的2wt%水溶性壳聚糖溶液中搅拌均匀得到抗菌料液。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述袜子面料经以下过程制成:
(1)将棉纤维置于1~2mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中35~37℃浸泡60~90min,然后取出干燥,再将棉纤维置于抗菌料液中28~30℃浸泡3~5小时,然后取出干燥;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉纤维与抗菌改性聚酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、罗布麻纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维按质量比混纺制成袜子面料。
本发明的袜子面料由抗菌改性聚酯纤维、棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、罗布麻纤维、粘胶纤维和竹纤维混纺而成,其中抗菌改性聚酯纤维中添加有纳米竹炭颗粒、纳米氧化钛、磁石粉、木质素粉末、硼酸粉末、苯扎氯铵粉末和硅藻土粉末,竹炭颗粒、硼酸分明、苯扎氯铵具有杀菌抑菌作用,磁石粉能发生远红外线,具有保健作用,同时可以杀灭细菌,纳米氧化钛在日光照射下产生抑菌效果,木质素粉末是有聚合芳香醇构成,含有对香豆醇、松柏醇和芥子醇,具有杀菌效果。将木质素通过氢氧化钠和双氧水处理后,羰基、羧基含量增加,然后经具有杀菌抑菌作用的鼠李糖脂和海藻糖接枝改性,抗菌效果进一步增强,提高聚酯纤维的抑菌效果。而添加的硅藻土则增加聚酯纤维的吸湿性能。棉纤维、罗布麻纤维和竹纤维的透气、吸湿效果好,而且罗布麻纤维、竹纤维的抑菌抗菌效果好,与抗菌改性聚酯纤维形成协同强化作用。粘胶纤维是是以天然木纤维、棉短绒为原料,经碱化、老化、磺化等工序制成可溶性纤维素黄原酸酯再溶于稀碱液制成粘胶,后经湿法纺丝而制成的纤维素纤维,具有良好的吸湿、透气性能,与莫代尔纤维、抗菌改性聚酯纤维形成协同效果,增强吸湿性。抗菌料液由竹叶、黄芩、紫苏叶、樟脑叶、芦苇叶、车前叶、皂荚、木槿叶和冬青叶的提取物与薄荷油混合而成,竹叶、黄芩、紫苏叶、樟脑叶、芦苇叶、车前叶、皂荚、木槿叶和冬青叶中含有多种杀菌、抑菌成分,经过萃取后协同强化,包覆棉纤维表面形成抗菌涂层,进一步增强袜子面料的抗菌效果。本发明的袜子面料经抗菌改性聚酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、粘胶纤维、罗布麻纤维、竹纤维和涂覆抗菌料液的棉纤维共同作用,抗菌吸湿,使用舒适。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的袜子面料经抗菌改性聚酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、粘胶纤维、罗布麻纤维、竹纤维和涂覆抗菌料液的棉纤维共同作用,抑制细菌,吸湿性能好,使用舒适健康。
具体实施方式
下面就本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如无特别说明,本发明中所采用的原料均可从市场上购得或是本领域常用的,如无特别说明,下述实施例中的方法均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
一种抗菌吸湿的袜子面料,由以下组份制成:抗菌改性聚酯纤维100g、棉纤维70g、莫代尔纤维30g、罗布麻纤维20g、竹纤维20g、粘胶纤维5g,棉纤维经抗菌料液浸泡后干燥使用。
所用抗菌改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒100g、纳米竹炭颗粒30g、纳米氧化钛6g、磁石粉3g、木质素粉末12g、硼酸粉末2g、苯扎氯铵粉末1g、硅藻土粉末3g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1.3g和硬脂酸锌1g,将上述各原料组份经螺杆挤出机制成混合母粒,然后经湿法纺丝制得抗菌改性聚酯纤维。
所用木质素粉末经以下过程处理后使用:将木质素粉置于2mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2h后取出干燥,然后置于18wt%的双氧水溶液中28℃浸泡30min取出干燥,将干燥后的木质素粉末加入到3倍质量的水中超声分散均匀,再加入水溶性壳聚糖、鼠李糖脂和海藻糖继续超声分散均匀,然后在50℃保持90min,继续加热至80℃蒸发干燥得到处理后的木质素粉末,木质素粉末与水溶性壳聚糖、鼠李糖脂、海藻糖的质量比为1:0.3:0.1:0.4。
上述袜子面料经以下过程制成:
(1)将棉纤维置于1mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中35℃浸泡60min,然后取出干燥,再将棉纤维置于抗菌料液中28℃浸泡3小时,然后取出干燥;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉纤维与抗菌改性聚酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、罗布麻纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维按质量比混纺制成袜子面料。
其中抗菌料液经以下过程制成:将竹叶、黄芩、紫苏叶、樟脑叶、芦苇叶、车前叶、皂荚、木槿叶和冬青叶按照质量比3:1.1:0.8:1.3:1.2:0.7:1:1:0.6混合捣碎得混合物,取10g混合物置于体积分数75%的乙醇中60℃回流萃取得到萃取液,向萃取液中加入0.1倍质量的薄荷油混匀,然后加入到3倍质量的2wt%水溶性壳聚糖溶液中搅拌均匀得到抗菌料液。
实施例2
一种抗菌吸湿的袜子面料,由以下组份制成:抗菌改性聚酯纤维100g、棉纤维75g、莫代尔纤维40g、罗布麻纤维22.5g、竹纤维25g、粘胶纤维7.5g,其中棉纤维经抗菌料液浸泡后干燥使用。
所用抗菌改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒100g、纳米竹炭颗粒32.5g、纳米氧化钛8g、磁石粉4.5g、木质素粉末13.5g、硼酸粉末1.5g、苯扎氯铵粉末1.5g、硅藻土粉末4g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1.55g和硬脂酸锌1.5g,将上述各原料组份经螺杆挤出机制成混合母粒,然后经湿法纺丝制得抗菌改性聚酯纤维。
所用木质素粉末经以下过程处理后使用:将木质素粉置于3mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2.5h后取出干燥,然后置于18wt%的双氧水溶液中29℃浸泡35min取出干燥,将干燥后的木质素粉末加入到4倍质量的水中超声分散均匀,再加入水溶性壳聚糖、鼠李糖脂和海藻糖继续超声分散均匀,然后在55℃保持120min,继续加热至83℃蒸发干燥得到处理后的木质素粉末,木质素粉末与水溶性壳聚糖、鼠李糖脂、海藻糖的质量比为1:0.4:0.2:0.55。
上述袜子面料经以下过程制成:
(1)将棉纤维置于1.5mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中36℃浸泡75min,然后取出干燥,再将棉纤维置于抗菌料液中29℃浸泡4小时,然后取出干燥;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉纤维与抗菌改性聚酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、罗布麻纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维按质量比混纺制成袜子面料。
其中抗菌料液经以下过程制成:将竹叶、黄芩、紫苏叶、樟脑叶、芦苇叶、车前叶、皂荚、木槿叶和冬青叶按照质量比3:1.15:1:1.5:1.4:0.9:1.1:1.2:0.8混合捣碎得混合物,取10g混合物置于体积分数75%的乙醇中60℃回流萃取得到萃取液,向萃取液中加入0.15倍质量的薄荷油混匀,然后加入到4倍质量的2wt%水溶性壳聚糖溶液中搅拌均匀得到抗菌料液。
实施例3
一种抗菌吸湿的袜子面料,由以下组份制成:抗菌改性聚酯纤维100g、棉纤维80g、莫代尔纤维50g、罗布麻纤维25g、竹纤维30g、粘胶纤维10g,棉纤维经抗菌料液浸泡后干燥使用。
所用抗菌改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒100g、纳米竹炭颗粒35g、纳米氧化钛10g、磁石粉6g、木质素粉末15g、硼酸粉末3g、苯扎氯铵粉末2g、硅藻土粉末5g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1.8g和硬脂酸锌2g,将上述各原料组份经螺杆挤出机制成混合母粒,然后经湿法纺丝制得抗菌改性聚酯纤维。
所用木质素粉末经以下过程处理后使用:将木质素粉置于4mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡3h后取出干燥,然后置于18wt%的双氧水溶液中30℃浸泡40min取出干燥,将干燥后的木质素粉末加入到5倍质量的水中超声分散均匀,再加入水溶性壳聚糖、鼠李糖脂和海藻糖继续超声分散均匀,然后在60℃保持150min,继续加热至85℃蒸发干燥得到处理后的木质素粉末,木质素粉末与水溶性壳聚糖、鼠李糖脂、海藻糖的质量比为1:0.5:0.3:0.7。
上述袜子面料经以下过程制成:
(1)将棉纤维置于2mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中37℃浸泡90min,然后取出干燥,再将棉纤维置于抗菌料液中30℃浸泡5小时,然后取出干燥;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉纤维与抗菌改性聚酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、罗布麻纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维按质量比混纺制成袜子面料。
其中抗菌料液经以下过程制成:将竹叶、黄芩、紫苏叶、樟脑叶、芦苇叶、车前叶、皂荚、木槿叶和冬青叶按照质量比3:1.2:1.2:1.7:1.6:1.1:1.2:1.4:1.0混合捣碎得混合物,取10g混合物置于体积分数75%的乙醇中60℃回流萃取得到萃取液,向萃取液中加入0.2倍质量的薄荷油混匀,然后加入到5倍质量的2wt%水溶性壳聚糖溶液中搅拌均匀得到抗菌料液。
Claims (5)
1.一种抗菌吸湿的袜子面料,其特征在于,袜子面料由以下重量份的组份制成:抗菌改性聚酯纤维100份、棉纤维70~80份、莫代尔纤维30~50份、罗布麻纤维20~25份、竹纤维20~30份、粘胶纤维5~10份,其中棉纤维经抗菌料液浸泡后干燥使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的袜子面料,其特征在于,抗菌改性聚酯纤维由以下重量份的组份制成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯母粒100份、纳米竹炭颗粒30~35份、纳米氧化钛6~10份、磁石粉3~6份、木质素粉末12~15份、硼酸粉末2~3份、苯扎氯铵粉末1~2份、硅藻土粉末3~5份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1.3~1.8份和硬脂酸锌1~2份,将上述各原料组份经螺杆挤出机制成混合母粒,然后经湿法纺丝制得抗菌改性聚酯纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的袜子面料,其特征在于,木质素粉末经以下过程处理后使用:将木质素粉置于2~4mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2~3h后取出干燥,然后置于18wt%的双氧水溶液中28~30℃浸泡30~40min取出干燥,将干燥后的木质素粉末加入到3~5倍质量的水中超声分散均匀,再加入水溶性壳聚糖、鼠李糖脂和海藻糖继续超声分散均匀,然后在50~60℃保持90~150min,继续加热至80~85℃蒸发干燥得到处理后的木质素粉末,木质素粉末与水溶性壳聚糖、鼠李糖脂、海藻糖的质量比为1:0.3~0.5:0.1~0.3:0.4~0.7。
4.根据权利要求1所述的袜子面料,其特征在于,抗菌料液经以下过程制成:将竹叶、黄芩、紫苏叶、樟脑叶、芦苇叶、车前叶、皂荚、木槿叶和冬青叶按照质量比3:1.1~1.2:0.8~1.2:1.3~1.7:1.2~1.6:0.7~1.1:1~1.2:1~1.4:0.6~1.0混合捣碎得混合物,取10份混合物置于体积分数75%的乙醇中60℃回流萃取得到萃取液,向萃取液中加入0.1~0.2倍质量的薄荷油混匀,然后加入到3~5倍质量的2wt%水溶性壳聚糖溶液中搅拌均匀得到抗菌料液。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的袜子面料,其特征在于,所述袜子面料经以下过程制成:
(1)将棉纤维置于1~2mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中35~37℃浸泡60~90min,然后取出干燥,再将棉纤维置于抗菌料液中28~30℃浸泡3~5小时,然后取出干燥;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉纤维与抗菌改性聚酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、罗布麻纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维按质量比混纺制成袜子面料。
