将步骤3)中得到的整粒后的干颗粒搅拌均匀,密闭放置2~4小时后,常规加入片剂辅料硬脂酸镁充分混匀,得片剂原料;
5)压片
将步骤)中得到的片剂原料用压片机进行压片,得片剂;
6)检验
将步骤5)中得到的片剂进行片剂成型及结构致密情况检查,剔除不合格品;
7)杀菌
将步骤)中得到的合格片剂用紫外灯照射杀菌;
8)包装
将步骤7)得到的杀菌后的片剂在无氧条件下用单粒铝箔封膜包装,即得成品。

称取沙棘籽油5-8份、维生素E0.1-0.3份、水苏糖10-15份、牛初乳60-70份、糊精3-8份过100目筛,与步骤1)中制得的海参液、原料混合粉混合,搅拌均匀,真空干燥至握之成团、按之即散即得软材;
3)制粒、烘干、整粒
将步骤2)中制得的软材置摇摆式颗粒机内进行造粒,得到的湿颗粒在鼓风干燥箱内逐渐升温烘干,使其水分含量降至3%以下,干燥完毕后过16-18目筛整粒;
4)搅拌均匀
将步骤3)中得到的整粒后的干颗粒搅拌均匀,密闭放置2~4小时后,常规加入片剂辅料硬脂酸镁充分混匀,得片剂原料;
5)压片
将步骤)中得到的片剂原料用压片机进行压片,得片剂;
6)检验
将步骤5)中得到的片剂进行片剂成型及结构致密情况检查,剔除不合格品;
7)杀菌
将步骤)中得到的合格片剂用紫外灯照射杀菌;
8)包装
将步骤7)得到的杀菌后的片剂在无氧条件下用单粒铝箔封膜包装,即得成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种提高缺氧耐受力嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤7)中,其紫外灯照射时间为15-30min。
