所述的枸杞粉、麦冬提取物是将枸杞、麦冬以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得;
所述的茯苓多糖是将茯苓粉碎后,用95℃搅拌浸提4h,分出水溶液,残渣再提2次,合并滤液,经离子交换法除去小分子杂质,经乙醇沉淀而得粗品,再经胃蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶及胰蛋白酶处理后再透析,制得茯苓多糖粉;
所述的玉米淀粉、木糖醇可直接在市场上采收,药食商店或超市均有所售。
所述的超微粉碎是将蓝莓粉、无花果粉、山药粉、山楂粉、异麦芽低聚糖粉混合均匀后送入超微粉碎机中粉碎至微米级,粉剂粒径为30~100μm。
所述的制软料是将混合后的物料缓慢加入浓度为55-65%的润湿剂乙醇,调整物料湿度,制成软材,软材的软硬度以手捏能成团,轻压则散为好;所述的制粒是将制好的软材投入摇摆式颗粒机中进行造粒,过20目筛制粒。将湿粒置于40-45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,干燥终点以颗粒水分降至3%~5%。所述的压片是将干燥颗粒混合均匀,送入压片机中压片。

本发明组分方中的洋参是一种补而不燥、男女老少皆宜的保健品。具有补气养血、滋阴补肾、键脾养胃、延缓衰老及养颜功效。现代医学研究证明,具有抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗休克、提高思维、改善记忆及调节内分泌、增强人体免疫力及改善心血管功能等作用;组分中的枸杞含有丰富的枸杞多糖、脂肪、蛋白质、游离氨基酸、牛磺酸、甜菜碱、维生素B1、B2、E、C,特别是类胡萝卜素含量很高。此外,还含有大量的矿物元素,如钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌、硒等营养成分。对肝肾阴亏、血虚萎黄、、虚痨精亏、腰膝酸软、头晕目眩等症有显著效果;组分中的茯苓是扶正佳品,健脾补中,增强免疫力,茯苓提取物之茯苓多糖具有增强免疫力作用,能激T淋巴细胞和B细胞,抗脾脏增大,增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力;组分中的麦冬可增强西洋参之滋阴生津润肺功效;组分中的玉米淀粉面中含有亚油酸和维生素E,能使人体内胆固醇水平降低,从而减少动脉硬化的发生,含钙、铁质较多,可防止高血压、冠心病,还含有微量元素硒,硒能加速人体内氧化物分解,抑制恶性肿瘤,含有丰富的膳食纤维,能促进肠蠕动,缩短食物通过消化道的时间,减少有毒物质的吸收和致癌物质对结肠的刺激,因而可减少结肠癌的发生,组分中的木糖醇是一种具有营养价值的甜味物质,也是人体糖类代谢的正常中间体。木糖醇在体内新陈代谢不需要胰岛素参与,又不使血糖值升高,并可消除糖尿病人三多(多饮、多尿、多食),因此是糖尿病人安全的甜味剂、营养补充剂和辅助治疗剂。方中各组分配伍互为补充、相得益彰,起到营养保健功效,同时又共同起到了代替工艺化学添加与提高口感等效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
采收称取洋参洗净,通过微波干燥机干燥,干燥温度70℃,干燥至含水量为6%,冻干后送入粉碎机进行粉碎成80目的粉剂,制得洋参粉,备用;
采收称取枸杞以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得枸杞粉;
采收称取茯苓,将茯苓粉碎后,用95℃搅拌浸提4h,分出水溶液,残渣再提2次,合并滤液,经离子交换法除去小分子杂质,经乙醇沉淀而得粗品,再经胃蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶及胰蛋白酶处理后再透析,制得茯苓多糖粉;
采收称取麦冬以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得麦冬提取物;
采收称取市场上的玉米淀粉、木糖醇,备用;
称取上述制备好的洋参粉65公斤、枸杞粉15斤、茯苓多糖9公斤、麦冬提取物6公斤、玉米淀粉3公斤、木糖醇2公斤,送入超微混合机中混合均匀,再送入超微粉碎机中粉碎至粒径为30μm的微米级粉剂,再将超微粉碎后的物料缓慢加入浓度为65%的润湿剂乙醇,调整物料湿度,制成软材,软材的软硬度以手捏能成团,轻压则散为好,再将制好的软材投入摇摆式颗粒机中进行造粒,过20目筛制粒。将湿粒置于45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,再送入压片机中压片、检验、包装等工艺步骤制成本发明洋参压片糖果。
实施例2:

采收称取茯苓,将茯苓粉碎后,用90℃搅拌浸提4h,分出水溶液,残渣再提2次,合并滤液,经离子交换法除去小分子杂质,经乙醇沉淀而得粗品,再经木瓜蛋白酶及胰蛋白酶处理后再透析,制得茯苓多糖粉;
采收称取麦冬以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得麦冬提取物;
采收称取市场上的玉米淀粉、木糖醇,备用;
称取上述制备好的洋参粉67公斤、枸杞粉13斤、茯苓多糖9公斤、麦冬提取物5公斤、玉米淀粉3公斤、木糖醇3公斤,送入超微混合机中混合均匀,再送入超微粉碎机中粉碎至粒径为30μm的微米级粉剂,再将超微粉碎后的物料缓慢加入浓度为65%的润湿剂乙醇,调整物料湿度,制成软材,软材的软硬度以手捏能成团,轻压则散为好,再将制好的软材投入摇摆式颗粒机中进行造粒,过20目筛制粒。将湿粒置于45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,再送入压片机中压片、检验、包装等工艺步骤制成本发明洋参压片糖果。

称取上述制备好的洋参粉130公斤、枸杞粉31斤、茯苓多糖18公斤、麦冬提取物12公斤、玉米淀粉6公斤、木糖醇5公斤,送入超微混合机中混合均匀,再送入超微粉碎机中粉碎至粒径为30μm的微米级粉剂,再将超微粉碎后的物料缓慢加入浓度为65%的润湿剂乙醇,调整物料湿度,制成软材,软材的软硬度以手捏能成团,轻压则散为好,再将制好的软材投入摇摆式颗粒机中进行造粒,过20目筛制粒。将湿粒置于45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,再送入压片机中压片、检验、包装等工艺步骤制成本发明洋参压片糖果。
Claims (3)
1.一种洋参压片糖果生产方法,其特征是以洋参粉为主要原料,配以枸杞粉、茯苓多糖、麦冬提取物、玉米淀粉、木糖醇,其组分的重量百分比为:洋参粉50-70%、枸杞粉5-15%、茯苓多糖5-15%、麦冬提取物5-15%、玉米淀粉1-15%、木糖醇1-15%,经混合、超微粉碎、制软材、制粒、压片、检验、包装工艺制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洋参压片糖果生产方法,其特征在于所述的微波干燥是将洗净的洋参通过微波干燥机干燥,干燥温度60-70℃,干燥至含水量为3-6%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种洋参压片糖果生产方法,其特征在于所述的超微粉碎是将蓝莓粉、无花果粉、山药粉、山楂粉、异麦芽低聚糖粉混合均匀后送入超微粉碎机中粉碎至微米级,粉剂粒径为30~100μm。
