Abstract

背景技术
电子香烟或者蒸汽吸入器通常使用加热器来使液体尼古丁或者其他液态物质蒸发。所述用户通过所述电子香烟吸入引导经过所述电子香烟外壳的周遭气体。所述蒸汽或者雾与移动经过所述外壳的所述气流混合,并且被所述使用者吸入。
与真实烟草香烟相比,电子香烟具有许多优点。使用电子香烟大大避免了与真实烟草香烟相关的肺癌风险,因为在所述烟草中与肺癌相关的所述焦油和其他化学物质不存在于电子香烟中。电子香烟产生的是蒸汽或者雾,而不是烟。因此,电子香烟的使用没有类似的二手烟问题。此外,因为在电子香烟中没有燃烧物质,火灾的危险被消除。
在电子香烟中的所述液体被储存在瓶子中或者所述外壳内能吸收的材料中。在储存和操作期间,所述液体可能会由于振动、温度变化和其他原因而泄露。所述液体还可能会由于暴露到所述环境中而受不利影响。因此,有对改良的电子香烟的需求。
发明内容
发明概要
在新的电子香烟中,提供了分离的筒单元和蒸发器单元。筒单元具有筒管,筒管容纳液体并由密封件密封筒管内的液体。蒸发器单元可以具有刺穿器和加热器,同时该蒸发器单元的前侧可移动以与所述筒单元相接合,致使刺穿器刺穿密封件以为电子香烟的使用做好准备。该蒸发器单元的后侧可经由连接器连接至电池。该蒸发器单元还可以具有与该加热器以及吸入器传电感器电性连接的电子电路,或由该使用者触发的开关。

具体实施方式
发明详述
如在图1中示出的,电子香烟20具有筒单元22、蒸发单元24和连接器26。如图1-3所示,所述筒单元22包括在所述前端具有出口32的外套管30。所述外套管30内的筒管34具有封闭的前端和开放的后端40。含有诸如液态尼古丁的液体纤维材料36在筒管34内部被在所述筒管34的所述后端的金属薄片或者膜密封件38所密封。可借助所述支座46将所述筒管的封闭前端与所述外套管30的前壁隔开。
如图2和3中所示,流路44在所述筒管34和所述外套管30的间形成。如在图7中所示,所述筒管可以具有平坦的侧面,使得当所述筒管插入到所述外套管中时,在所述筒管34和所述外套管30的间形成月牙状的流路。可选择地,可使用多种其他筒管形状以在所述筒管和所述外套管的间提供一种或多种流路。尽管所述附图显示了所述筒管34在所述外套管30内居中,在一些设计中,其也可以偏移至一侧。可以在所述外套管内使用插入件或挡板,以建立多种其他流路形状和形态。

如图1和8中所示,所述连接器26可具有环形物28,其可以插入到所述臂基部50的背侧上的插槽54中。可选择地,所述连接器26可以拧紧或卡入到所述蒸发单元24上。所述连接器26的所述后端适配于接收或插入电池82。
正如图8中所示,所述臂基部50具有第一和第二间隔开的止动环96和98,止动环96和98适配于卡入在所述臂基部的后端的第一和第二半圆形槽。在所述第一止动位置,所述止动环96在外凹槽中,最接近所述臂基部50的后端。在该位置,所述刀片63被保持与在所述筒管34上的所述密封件38分开。所述电子香烟20以此位置从工厂提供。因此,所述筒管34在运输和储存过程中保持密封。这避免了液体,例如尼古丁溶液在运输和存储期间从筒管的任何泄漏或蒸发。此外,由于所述止动环96牢固地将所述臂基部夹持在所述外套管30的适当的位置上,即使在运输和处理过程中,通常会发生的振动和冲击的脉冲时,所述密封件38仍保持完好无损。
再看到图1-3和8,当准备使用时,所述臂基部50被向前推入所述外套管30中,致使它移动到如图8中所示的位置。在这个移动过程中,所述第一止动环96从所述外凹槽移动到所述内凹槽。所述的可选的第二止动环98,原先在所述外套管30的外侧,相应地移动进所述外凹槽中。如图8所示,随着所述加热管90移动到所述筒管34中,所述臂基部50的这种纵向移动驱动蒸发单元24的所述前端穿过所述密封件38。在所述外凹槽和所述内凹槽之间的空间因此决定了所述加热管90插入到所述筒管34的所述纤维芯36中的深度。
如上文所述,当所述臂基部50被向前推入所述外套管30中时,所述臂上的所述楔形末端53在所述筒管34和所述外套管30的内壁的间移动,以牢固地将所述筒管保持在合适的位置。同时,所述刀片64刺穿和切穿所述密封件38,并且所述加热管90以预设的距离移动进入所述筒管。如在图8中所示,所述加热管90然后与所述筒管34的所述填充有液体或者饱含液体的芯体36直接接触。来自所述芯体36的液体流入或者以其他方式移动进入所述加热管90或移动至加热管90上。
如在图8中所示,所述臂基部50可以包括包围室管104的环形腔室102。在所述密封件被刺穿后,任何从所述筒管泄露的液体可以收集在所述环形腔室102中,而不经过所述腔室管104流回至所述电池。同样地,如在图2中所示,环形液体屏障106可以包围在所述外套管30前端的内壁上的所述入口32,有助于防止液体从所述入口32流出。
不管在所述前向刺穿动作发生的前或的后,电池都附接在所述连接器26上。所述电池透过在所述连接器26上的金属环电性连接到所述电路板62,金属环插入到狭槽54中,所述狭槽54具有至所述电路板62的引线。
所述使用者在所述外套管30的所述前端吸入,从所述出口32吸出气体。气流经过在所述连接器26和所述蒸发单元24中的所述连续的中央开口。如图8中所示的传感器78,无论是在所述电路板62上或者与其电性连接,都可以用来检测气流经过在所述蒸发单元24中的中央过道。检测到气流后,所述电路板62接通至所述加热器线圈66的电流。或者,如图8中所示,可以基于提供一手控开关82,当所述使用者在吸入的时候,所述使用者启动所述开关以打开所述加热器,。来自所述筒管34的液体被蒸发,并与所述流动气体混合。所述蒸汽和/或雾和气体的混合物向前移动经过所述流路44、经过所述出口32,并被所述使用者吸入。
如图3所示,在所述筒管34的前端没有开口。因此,气体不能流经所述筒管。相反地,在吸入期间,如图8中的箭头所示,气体流经过所述蒸发单元24,而不是经过所述筒管34。这使得电子香烟20更加能抵抗液体由于吹入所述出口而导致的泄漏。在许多现有设计中,如果所述使用者向所述出口吹气,而非吸入,液体泄漏可能会急剧增加。而本发明设计,即使向所述出口吹气,也不会引起任何重大的泄漏加剧,因为它不产生任何可能从筒管推出液体的正压力。
所述筒管34可以填充液体饱和纤维或海绵样或多孔材料,或其他能保持液体的材料。所述臂基部50和在所述臂基部背面的电接触74可以是铜或其他导电金属材料。所述臂基部50也可以由塑料或者陶器制备而成,具有单独的引线提供以达到电性连接。所述刀片64或者其他刺穿器可以是金属,例如不锈钢、其他金属,或非金属材料,例如塑料。单一的刀片或者尖锐刺穿器可以被使用。可选的是,所述刀片或者刺穿器可以被在加热管90上的凸起物,如果使用了加热器管的话,或在所述加热器66上的凸起物所替代。
所述刀片64可以任意地附接到所述臂52,而不是所述板58。所述加热器线圈66可以是细丝线圈,或者其他形式的电加热器,包括非线圈形态的加热器细丝。所述密封件38可以是金属薄片密封件,或者其他材料密封件,例如塑料。所述电路板62可以被电子芯片或者组件封装所替换。
所述筒单元22、所述蒸发单元24和所述连接器26可以作为单独的单元提供,或者以非组装的套装形式一并提供。当所述筒单元22与所述蒸发单元24分离时,所述密封件38是完整的并且将液体密封在所述筒管34内。这避免了在储存和处理期间的泄露。所述密封件也将液体从所述环境中隔离,这可以增加所述液体的储存寿命。所述蒸发单元24设计为重复使用,而所述筒单元22则为消耗性的单次使用单元,通过将所述筒单元22和所述蒸发单元24作为分开的单元提供,用户可以再次重复使用所述蒸发单元24,而依需要更换所述筒单元22。所述电子香烟20因此能以更低成本提供。
因此,本文已经提出和描述了新颖式技术设计。当然,在不背离本发明实质和范围的情况下,可以做出许多变化和替换。因此,本发明不受其限制,但以下述的权利要求和其同等意义为准。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于电子烟的蒸发单元,包括:
第一和第二间隔平行的金属刀片;
位于所述金属刀片之间的加热线圈,所述加热线圈的第一端被附接至第一金属刀片,所述加热线圈的第二端被附接至第二金属刀片;
由纤维或芯吸材料制成的加热器管,所述加热器管具有在第一和第二金属刀片之间的中央部分;
所述加热器管具有第一和第二端,所述加热器管的第一和第二端分别向外横向延伸穿过所述第一和第二金属刀片;所述加热器管与填充有液体或者饱含液体的芯体直接接触;
所述加热线圈缠绕在所述加热器管的中央部分周围并被布置为垂直于所述蒸发单元的纵轴;以及
从入口到出口的气体流路,所述气体流路位于所述加热线圈的两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒸发单元,还包括电性连接到所述加热器的电子电路以及电性连接到所述电子电路的吸入传感器。
