技术领域
本发明涉及珊瑚绒布技术领域,具体涉及一种高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有市场上纤维清洁布有全涤纶纤维布、腈纶纤维布, 这些布均是化学纤维生产,吸水性能和手感均不能同天然纤维相媲美,色泽效果也较差。
具体的,全涤纶纤维制成的布的绒面薄、舒展时呈薄薄的平面扁平效应,虽弹性恢复能力高、坚牢耐用,抗皱免烫,但手感还是欠缺,同时易带静电、使用有刺痒感,影响使用的舒适性。
腈纶纤维的内部大分子结构很独特,呈不规则的螺旋形构象,且没有严格 的结晶区,但有高序排列与低序排列之分。由于这种结构使腈纶具有很好的热 弹性,腈纶密度小,比羊毛还小,织物保暖性好;耐日光性与耐气侯性好。但 腈纶纤维吸湿性差,耐磨力差;在加工工艺上对其染色也难;因此作为清洁布使用受限。
相比于全涤纶纤维和腈纶纤维,大豆蛋白纤维属于再生植物蛋白纤维,是以榨过油的大豆豆粕为原料,利用生物工程技术,提取出豆粕中的球蛋白,通过添加功能性助剂,与腈基、羟基等高聚物接枝、共聚、共混,制成一定浓度的蛋白质纺丝液,改变蛋白质空间结构,经湿法纺丝而成。该纤维结构不光滑,截面呈不规则哑铃型,海岛结构,有细微孔隙,透气导湿性好。其制品具有羊绒般的手感,蚕丝般的光泽及优良的吸湿导湿效果,良好的亲肤性,适用于各类衣物、功能用布。但现有技术中,关于大豆蛋白纤维的应用还比较少,其优异的吸湿导湿性能还没有被完全应用出来。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明旨在提出一种高吸湿性、高清洁性、耐磨性且亲肤性好、使用舒适的珊瑚绒纬编布,以解决现有技术中纤维清洁布吸湿性差、清洁性差、使用不舒适不耐用等问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,所述珊瑚绒纬编布为双层结构,包括表层和底层,所述表层采用0.52D或该规格以下的涤纶丝或者涤锦复合丝为绒纱原料,100~150D涤纶FDY或DTY为底丝做成;所述的双层毯底层为珊瑚绒层,其面组织的材料为100~140D/144F的DTY涤纶丝,底组织的材料为80~100D的大豆蛋白纤维丝。
优选的,所述表层中涤纶丝或者涤锦复合丝所占的质量百分比为40~80%, 100~150D涤纶FDY或DTY所占得质量百分比为60~20%。
优选的,所述底层的DTY涤纶丝所占的质量百分比为50~60%,大豆蛋白纤维丝所占的质量百分比为50~40%。
优选的,所述珊瑚绒纬编布表层与底层的厚度比为1.2~1.8:1。
优选的,所述珊瑚绒纬编布表层与底层之间在四周边缘和中间处呈田字形进行缝合。
优选的,所述表层绒面高度为5~10mm。
优选的,所述底层绒面高度为2~5mm。
上述高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布的生产方法具体为:
(1)原料准备,按上述原料及比例准备好原料;
(2)表层和底层分别于纬编割圈绒大园机上织造,坯布克200~600g/m2,幅宽按照需要而定;
(3)表层和底层分别热定型,温度175~185℃,纤维受热时间45~55秒;
(4)表层和底层分别染色或印花,染料配方为:分散黄0.5~1.5%、分散蓝0.5~1.5%、分散红 1.5~2.5%、冰醋酸0.3~0.8%、匀染剂0.3~0.8%,上述的百分比是对织物重为基准,在 60~70℃时将所述的染料助剂加入,进布,经过45~55分钟升温到125~135℃,保温25~35 分钟,然后关闭蒸汽阀门,染色机夹层内放入冷水,降温到75~85℃出布;印花配方为: 分散红4~6g/l、分散黄1~3g/l、分散蓝0.5~1.5g/l、醋酸4~6g/l、尿素45~55g/l,其余为海藻酸钠糊,配成印花浆,去印花;
(5)表层和底层分别后处理,染色后处理,烧碱0.5~1.5g/l,保险粉0.5~1.5g/l,温度65~75℃,10~20 分钟后,在定型机轧槽内加柔软剂20~40g/l,进行处理定型,然后在155~165℃下烘燥; 印花后处理,将织物烘干后在170~180℃下蒸化,再水洗,烧碱0.5~1.5g/l,保险粉 0.5~1.5g/l,温度65~75℃,10~20分钟,然后在定型机轧槽内加柔软剂20~40g/l,进行处理定型,在175~185℃直接定型后去成布;
(6)表层和底层分别拉毛,用拉毛机、26/30号弯脚针布,滚筒转速70~90r/min,布速7~15m/min,织物背面连续3~5次拉毛;
(7)表层和底层分别背面剪毛,布速6~9m/min,抓辊速度700~800r/min,剪刀速度700~800r/min;
(8)表层和底层分别定型,温度175~185℃,纤维受热时间30~40秒;
(9)表层与底层在四周边缘和中间处呈田字形进行缝合;
(10)成布、检验包装。
本发明的高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布表层和底层均采用珊瑚绒,且顶层采用涤纶超细旦纤维,可以使表层具有柔软的手感和优异的悬垂性能。超细旦纤维间能够存储更多的空气或水分,加上纬编线圈固有的组织结构,使得表层具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,高吸湿性使得本发明的珊瑚绒纬编布表层清洁性能更好,透气性使得本发明的珊瑚绒纬编布表层在使用后晾晒时更易干燥。底层混纺了大豆蛋白纤维丝,充分利用了大豆蛋白纤维有细微孔隙,透气吸湿性好的特性,整体提升了珊瑚绒纬编布的吸湿性能和清洁性能。通过表层和底层的配合使用,更加增强了本发明珊瑚绒纬编布的吸湿性和清洁性。
本发明的高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布在生产时选择纬编割圈绒大园机,采用可以解决落毛的变化地组织,克服普通的纬平针组织存在弹性难以解决、绒纱容易掉毛的缺陷,采用例如三针成圈或三针缺垫的地组织,不但可以解决织物弹性问题,还可以使绒纱牢固地固定在底布中不掉毛的织造工艺,采用适宜的拉毛针布,解决好后整理过程中的拉毛布皱和绒面风格问题,开发出真正珊瑚风格的纬编布,防霉防蛀,持久耐用。
综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果是:
本发明通过利用表层涤纶超细旦纤维和底层大豆蛋白纤维丝的超高吸湿性和柔软性,大大增强了本发明珊瑚绒纬编布的吸湿性和清洁性,解决了现有纤维清洁布吸湿性差、手感差、清洁性差的问题;并且通过双层结构的设置,增强了本发明珊瑚绒纬编布的耐用性。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布的原料及性能做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,所述珊瑚绒纬编布为双层结构,包括表层和底层,所述表层采用0.52D的涤纶丝为绒纱原料,100D涤纶FDY为底丝做成,所述表层中涤纶丝所占的质量百分比为40%,100D涤纶FDY所占得质量百分比为60%。所述的双层毯底层为珊瑚绒层,其面组织的材料为100D的DTY涤纶丝,底组织的材料为80D的大豆蛋白纤维丝。所述底层的DTY涤纶丝所占的质量百分比为60%,大豆蛋白纤维丝所占的质量百分比为40%。所述珊瑚绒纬编布表层与底层的厚度比为1.2:1。所述表层绒面高度为5mm。所述底层绒面高度为4mm。
上述高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布的生产方法具体为:
(1)原料准备,按上述原料及比例准备好原料;
(2)表层和底层分别于纬编割圈绒大园机上织造,坯布克200g/m2,幅宽按照需要而定;
(3)表层和底层分别热定型,温度175℃,纤维受热时间55秒;
(4)表层和底层分别染色或印花,染料配方为:分散黄0.5%、分散蓝1.5%、分散红1.5%、冰醋酸0.8%、匀染剂0.6%,上述的百分比是对织物重为基准,在 60℃时将所述的染料助剂加入,进布,经过45分钟升温到125℃,保温35 分钟,然后关闭蒸汽阀门,染色机夹层内放入冷水,降温到75℃出布;印花配方为: 分散红6g/l、分散黄1g/l、分散蓝0.5g/l、醋酸6g/l、尿素45g/l ,其余为海藻酸钠糊,配成印花浆,去印花;
(5)表层和底层分别后处理,染色后处理,烧碱1.5g/l,保险粉0.5g/l,温度75℃,20 分钟后,在定型机轧槽内加柔软剂20g/l,进行处理定型,然后在165℃下烘燥; 印花后处理,将织物烘干后在180℃下蒸化,再水洗,烧碱1.5g/l,保险粉 0.5g/l,温度65℃,10分钟,然后在定型机轧槽内加柔软剂40g/l,进行处理定型,在175℃直接定型后去成布;
(6)表层和底层分别拉毛,用拉毛机、26/30号弯脚针布,滚筒转速90r/min,布速7m/min,织物背面连续5次拉毛;
(7)表层和底层分别背面剪毛,布速9m/min,抓辊速度800r/min,剪刀速度700r/min;
(8)表层和底层分别定型,温度175℃,纤维受热时间40秒;

一种高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,所述珊瑚绒纬编布为双层结构,包括表层和底层,所述表层采用0.50D的涤锦复合丝为绒纱原料,120D涤纶DTY为底丝做成;所述表层中涤锦复合丝所占的质量百分比为60%,120D涤纶DTY所占得质量百分比为40%。所述的双层毯底层为珊瑚绒层,其面组织的材料为140D的DTY涤纶丝,底组织的材料为100D的大豆蛋白纤维丝。所述底层的DTY涤纶丝所占的质量百分比为50%,大豆蛋白纤维丝所占的质量百分比为50%。所述珊瑚绒纬编布表层与底层的厚度比为1.6:1。
所述表层绒面高度为8mm。所述底层绒面高度为5mm。

(4)表层和底层分别染色或印花,染料配方为:分散黄1.0%、分散蓝1.2%、分散红1.8%、冰醋酸0.6%、匀染剂0.6%,上述的百分比是对织物重为基准,在 65℃时将所述的染料助剂加入,进布,经过50分钟升温到130℃,保温30 分钟,然后关闭蒸汽阀门,染色机夹层内放入冷水,降温到75~85℃出布;印花配方为: 分散红5g/l、分散黄2g/l、分散蓝1.0g/l、醋酸5g/l、尿素50g/l ,其余为海藻酸钠糊,配成印花浆,去印花;
(5)表层和底层分别后处理,染色后处理,烧碱1.0g/l,保险粉1.2g/l,温度68℃,15 分钟后,在定型机轧槽内加柔软剂28g/l,进行处理定型,然后在160℃下烘燥; 印花后处理,将织物烘干后在170~180℃下蒸化,再水洗,烧碱1.2g/l,保险粉 1.0g/l,温度68℃,18分钟,然后在定型机轧槽内加柔软剂28g/l,进行处理定型,在180℃直接定型后去成布;
(6)表层和底层分别拉毛,用拉毛机、26/30号弯脚针布,滚筒转速85r/min,布速12m/min,织物背面连续4次拉毛;

一种高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,所述珊瑚绒纬编布为双层结构,包括表层和底层,所述表层采用0.52D的涤纶丝为绒纱原料,150D涤纶FDY为底丝做成;所述表层中涤纶丝所占的质量百分比为80%, 100~150D涤纶FDY或DTY所占得质量百分比为20%。所述的双层毯底层为珊瑚绒层,其面组织的材料为144F的DTY涤纶丝,底组织的材料为90D的大豆蛋白纤维丝。所述底层的DTY涤纶丝所占的质量百分比为40%,大豆蛋白纤维丝所占的质量百分比为60%。所述珊瑚绒纬编布表层与底层的厚度比为1.8:1。所述表层绒面高度为10mm。所述底层绒面高度为5mm。
上述高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布的生产方法具体为:
(1)原料准备,按上述原料及比例准备好原料;
(2)表层和底层分别于纬编割圈绒大园机上织造,坯布克600g/m2,幅宽按照需要而定;
(3)表层和底层分别热定型,温度185℃,纤维受热时间55秒;
(4)表层和底层分别染色或印花,染料配方为:分散黄1.5%、分散蓝1.5%、分散红1.5%、冰醋酸0.8%、匀染剂0.8%,上述的百分比是对织物重为基准,在70℃时将所述的染料助剂加入,进布,经过45分钟升温到125℃,保温35 分钟,然后关闭蒸汽阀门,染色机夹层内放入冷水,降温到75℃出布;印花配方为: 分散红6g/l、分散黄3g/l、分散蓝0.5g/l、醋酸4g/l、尿素45g/l ,其余为海藻酸钠糊,配成印花浆,去印花;
(5)表层和底层分别后处理,染色后处理,烧碱1.5g/l,保险粉0.5g/l,温度75℃,20 分钟后,在定型机轧槽内加柔软剂20g/l,进行处理定型,然后在165℃下烘燥; 印花后处理,将织物烘干后在170℃下蒸化,再水洗,烧碱1.5g/l,保险粉 1.5g/l,温度75℃,20分钟,然后在定型机轧槽内加柔软剂40g/l,进行处理定型,在175℃直接定型后去成布;
(6)表层和底层分别拉毛,用拉毛机、26/30号弯脚针布,滚筒转速90r/min,布速7m/min,织物背面连续5次拉毛;
(7)表层和底层分别背面剪毛,布速6m/min,抓辊速度800r/min,剪刀速度700r/min;
(8)表层和底层分别定型,温度185℃,纤维受热时间30秒;
(9)表层与底层在四周边缘和中间处呈田字形进行缝合;
(10)成布、检验包装。
为了对比本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点,取现有技术中一种全涤纶纤维清洁布作为样品1、腈纶纤维清洁布作为样品2,对样品与本发明实施例的珊瑚绒纬编布做吸水性测试,测试方式为在2kPa的压力条件下,向样品和实施例的纤维布上方倾倒100ml的不同液体,记录其完全吸收的所需要的时间(单位为秒),结果如下表1所示:
从上述比较可知,通过本发明的原料配方和制备方法制得的珊瑚绒纬编布相比于现有技术的纤维清洁布对于液体的吸湿速度提高了20%-30%,而且对于不同种液体包括蒸馏水、生理盐水以及含有血红蛋白等的生理盐水都有很好的吸湿效果,证明本发明所提供的珊瑚绒纬编布具有高吸湿性、高清洁性,解决了现有技术中清洁布不吸湿的问题。

Claims (8)

1.一种高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,其特征在于,所述珊瑚绒纬编布为双层结构,包括表层和底层,所述表层采用0.52D或该规格以下的涤纶丝或者涤锦复合丝为绒纱原料,100~150D涤纶FDY或DTY为底丝做成;所述的双层毯底层为珊瑚绒层,其面组织的材料为100~140D/144F的DTY涤纶丝,底组织的材料为80~100D的大豆蛋白纤维丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,其特征在于所述表层中涤纶丝或者涤锦复合丝所占的质量百分比为40~80%, 100~150D涤纶FDY或DTY所占得质量百分比为60~20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,其特征在于所述底层的DTY涤纶丝所占的质量百分比为50~60%,大豆蛋白纤维丝所占的质量百分比为50~40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,其特征在于所述珊瑚绒纬编布表层与底层的厚度比为1.2~1.8:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,其特征在于所述珊瑚绒纬编布表层与底层之间在四周边缘和中间处呈田字形进行缝合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,其特征在于所述表层绒面高度为5~10mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,其特征在于所述底层绒面高度为2~5mm。
8.一种权利要求1-7中任一项高吸湿性高清洁性的珊瑚绒纬编布,其特征在于其生产方法具体为:
(1)原料准备,按上述原料及比例准备好原料;
(2)表层和底层分别于纬编割圈绒大园机上织造,坯布克200~600g/m2,幅宽按照需要而定;
(3)表层和底层分别热定型,温度175~185℃,纤维受热时间45~55秒;
(4)表层和底层分别染色或印花,染料配方为:分散黄0.5~1.5%、分散蓝0.5~1.5%、分散红 1.5~2.5%、冰醋酸0.3~0.8%、匀染剂0.3~0.8%,上述的百分比是对织物重为基准,在 60~70℃时将所述的染料助剂加入,进布,经过45~55分钟升温到125~135℃,保温25~35 分钟,然后关闭蒸汽阀门,染色机夹层内放入冷水,降温到75~85℃出布;印花配方为: 分散红4~6g/l、分散黄1~3g/l、分散蓝0.5~1.5g/l、醋酸4~6g/l、尿素45~55g/l,其余为海藻酸钠糊,配成印花浆,去印花;
(5)表层和底层分别后处理,染色后处理,烧碱0.5~1.5g/l,保险粉0.5~1.5g/l,温度65~75℃,10~20 分钟后,在定型机轧槽内加柔软剂20~40g/l,进行处理定型,然后在155~165℃下烘燥; 印花后处理,将织物烘干后在170~180℃下蒸化,再水洗,烧碱0.5~1.5g/l,保险粉 0.5~1.5g/l,温度65~75℃,10~20分钟,然后在定型机轧槽内加柔软剂20~40g/l,进行处理定型,在175~185℃直接定型后去成布;
(6)表层和底层分别拉毛,用拉毛机、26/30号弯脚针布,滚筒转速70~90r/min,布速7~15m/min,织物背面连续3~5次拉毛;
(7)表层和底层分别背面剪毛,布速6~9m/min,抓辊速度700~800r/min,剪刀速度700~800r/min;
(8)表层和底层分别定型,温度175~185℃,纤维受热时间30~40秒;
(9)表层与底层在四周边缘和中间处呈田字形进行缝合;
(10)成布、检验包装。
