技术领域
本发明树脂板制备领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种树脂板复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的生态树脂板还存在以下技术不足:成型温度范围窄,在低的成型温度下,制品的边缘可能出现破裂,或者制品的粘合力可能劣化。在高的成型温度下,制品的边缘肯呢过下垂或下陷,且表面质量与成型质量成比例地劣化;表面硬度低:不耐刮擦,易产生划痕;物理性能稳定性差:透明度低,热变形温度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种树脂板复合材料的制备方法。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种树脂板复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将120-160重量份的山梨醇聚醚多元醇、5-8重量份的阻燃剂、16-22重量份的物理发泡剂、2-6重量份的均泡剂和2-6重量份的催化剂依次加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,再加入150-180重量份的多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯混合物,混合均匀后,再加入10-20重量份的生态植物材料,搅拌均匀后进行定型,得到第一树脂板,备用;
步骤二、将130-170重量份的甲苯二胺聚醚多元醇、5-8重量份的阻燃剂、16-22重量份的物理发泡剂、2-6重量份的均泡剂和2-6重量份的催化剂依次加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,再加入160-200重量份的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,混合均匀后,再加入10-15重量份的空心玻璃微球,搅拌均匀后进行定型,得到第二树脂板,备用;
步骤三、将多块所述第一树脂板和多块第二树脂板依次间隔层叠,然后将其进行烧成,得到所述树脂板复合材料。
优选的是,所述的树脂板复合材料的制备方法中,所述阻燃剂为卤代磷酸酯化合物。
优选的是,所述的树脂板复合材料的制备方法中,所述均泡剂为硅油。
优选的是,所述的树脂板复合材料的制备方法中,所述催化剂为2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚。
优选的是,所述的树脂板复合材料的制备方法中,所述生态植物材料为叶脉、竹圈、海草、树枝和丝织品中的一种或几种。
本发明制备的含生态植物材料和空心玻璃微球的树脂板具有强度高、硬度、弹性模量高、断裂伸长率低的特点。

具体实施方式
<实施例1>
一种树脂板复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将120重量份的山梨醇聚醚多元醇、5重量份的卤代磷酸酯化合物、16重量份的物理发泡剂、2重量份的硅油和2重量份的2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚依次加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,再加入150重量份的多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯混合物,混合均匀后,再加入10重量份的生态植物材料,搅拌均匀后进行定型,得到第一树脂板,备用;
步骤二、将130重量份的甲苯二胺聚醚多元醇、5重量份的卤代磷酸酯化合物、16重量份的物理发泡剂、2重量份的硅油和2重量份的2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚依次加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,再加入160重量份的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,混合均匀后,再加入10重量份的空心玻璃微球,搅拌均匀后进行定型,得到第二树脂板,备用;
步骤三、将多块所述第一树脂板和多块第二树脂板依次间隔层叠,然后将其进行烧成,得到所述树脂板复合材料。

一种树脂板复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将140重量份的山梨醇聚醚多元醇、6重量份的卤代磷酸酯化合物、19重量份的物理发泡剂、4重量份的硅油和4重量份的2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚依次加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,再加入175重量份的多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯混合物,混合均匀后,再加入15重量份的生态植物材料,搅拌均匀后进行定型,得到第一树脂板,备用;
步骤二、将150重量份的甲苯二胺聚醚多元醇、6重量份的卤代磷酸酯化合物、19重量份的物理发泡剂、4重量份的硅油和4重量份的2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚依次加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,再加入190重量份的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,混合均匀后,再加入12重量份的空心玻璃微球,搅拌均匀后进行定型,得到第二树脂板,备用;
步骤三、将多块所述第一树脂板和多块第二树脂板依次间隔层叠,然后将其进行烧成,得到所述树脂板复合材料。
其中,所述生态植物材料为竹圈。
<实施例3>
一种树脂板复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将160重量份的山梨醇聚醚多元醇、8重量份的卤代磷酸酯化合物、22重量份的物理发泡剂、6重量份的硅油和6重量份的2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚依次加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,再加入180重量份的多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯混合物,混合均匀后,再加入20重量份的生态植物材料,搅拌均匀后进行定型,得到第一树脂板,备用;
步骤二、将170重量份的甲苯二胺聚醚多元醇、8重量份的卤代磷酸酯化合物、22重量份的物理发泡剂、6重量份的硅油和6重量份的2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚依次加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,再加入200重量份的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,混合均匀后,再加入15重量份的空心玻璃微球,搅拌均匀后进行定型,得到第二树脂板,备用;
步骤三、将多块所述第一树脂板和多块第二树脂板依次间隔层叠,然后将其进行烧成,得到所述树脂板复合材料。
其中,所述生态植物材料为海草。
下表为本发明的实施例1-4得到的含生态植物材料的树脂板的性能对照表
由实施例1-4可知,通过本发明的树脂板复合材料的制备方法得到的树脂板复合材料的强度、硬度、断裂伸长率以及弹性模量指标均得到提高,提高搅拌的效果,使得得到的树脂板复合材料的性能更好。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。

Claims (5)

1.一种树脂板复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将120-160重量份的山梨醇聚醚多元醇、5-8重量份的阻燃剂、16-22重量份的物理发泡剂、2-6重量份的均泡剂和2-6重量份的催化剂依次加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,再加入150-180重量份的多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯混合物,混合均匀后,再加入10-20重量份的生态植物材料,搅拌均匀后进行定型,得到第一树脂板,备用;
步骤二、将130-170重量份的甲苯二胺聚醚多元醇、5-8重量份的阻燃剂、16-22重量份的物理发泡剂、2-6重量份的均泡剂和2-6重量份的催化剂依次加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后,再加入160-200重量份的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,混合均匀后,再加入10-15重量份的空心玻璃微球,搅拌均匀后进行定型,得到第二树脂板,备用;
步骤三、将多块所述第一树脂板和多块第二树脂板依次间隔层叠,然后将其进行烧成,得到所述树脂板复合材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的树脂板复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为卤代磷酸酯化合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的树脂板复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述均泡剂为硅油。
4.如权利要求1所述的树脂板复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂为2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的树脂板复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述生态植物材料为叶脉、竹圈、海草、树枝和丝织品中的一种或几种。
