本发明公开了一种记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,其采用下述质量百分比的组分制成:改性尼龙、马来酸酐接枝共聚物、助剂;其中,所述改性尼龙由已内酰胺:35-42%;端乙烯基苯基硅油:5-25%;引发剂:0.1-0.5%;芳香族二酸:1-10%;聚醚:15-40%;催化剂:0.1-1.1%;扩链剂:1-10%;抗氧剂:0.5-1.5%制备而成。本发明还公开了上述记忆性尼龙橡塑材料的制备方法。本发明采用端乙烯基苯基硅油改性尼龙的聚酰胺硬段,增强尼龙的低温韧性、耐氧化耐候性、耐热性和阻燃性等综合性能,以马来酸酐接枝共聚物增韧改性尼龙,得到具有塑料和橡胶特性的尼龙橡塑材料,提高形状回复记忆效应和综合机械性能,克服普通尼龙或塑胶材料其弹性差、形状回复性差的问题,增强耳机线缆等制品的记忆性。

形状记忆材料同时具备塑料和橡胶的共性,在常温范围内具有塑料的性质,即硬性、形状稳定恢复性,同时在一定温度(所谓记忆温度)下具有橡胶的特性,主要表现为材料的可变形性和形状恢复性,也就是材料的记忆功能,即“记忆初始态———固定变形———恢复起始态”的循环。一般高分子材料在其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)附近,机械性能会发生明显变化。Tg以下则表现为刚性与脆性;Tg以上则表现为弹性与柔性。这些性能由玻璃态向高弹态的变化时虽限制了高分子材料的使用范围,但正可以利用此特性赋予其特殊的功能,即形状记忆功能。形状记忆材料具有优异的性能,如形状记忆效应、高回复形变、易着色、良好的抗震性和适应性,而且易以线、颗粒或纤维的形式与其他材料结合形成复合材料等,使其发展越来越受到重视。
耳机制品如线材用大多数为塑胶材料,其耐折性、弹性还不够,不耐老化,长期使用会变硬、不易回复形状,产品弹性和柔软性不足。尼龙材料具有机械强度高、电绝缘性好、自润滑、无毒、有自熄性等性能,但尺寸稳定性差、低温韧性差、耐热性和韧性的不足等,使其在提高线材的记忆性的应用不多。聚有机硅氧烷具有耐高低温特性、耐氧化、耐候性、憎水性等特点,利用聚有机硅氧烷改善尼龙的不足,使尼龙综合性能得到提高,本发明在于提供一种记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,具有良好的尺寸稳定性、低温柔韧性、耐折性、形状回复性、阻燃性等优点,提高了线材的记忆性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种综合性能优异、形状记忆性好、加工性好的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种记忆性尼龙橡塑材料的制备方法。
本发明的上述目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,由如下重量百分比的组成制成:
其中,所述的改性尼龙由如下重量百分比的组分制成:
所述的马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物中马来酸酐接枝率为1.6%。
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或1098;所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸钙;所述的填充剂为碳酸钙、二氧化硅、炭黑中的一种或几种;所述的催化剂为亚磷酸三苯酯、有机锡中的一种或几种;所述的引发剂为2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷。
所述的端乙烯基苯基硅油中含乙烯基0.15-0.45%。
所述的聚醚为聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、聚三亚甲基醚乙二醇中的一种或几种。
所述的芳香族二酸为间苯二酸、对苯二酸中的一种或两种。
所述的扩链剂为双(2-噁唑啉)。
一种上述的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)改性尼龙
将己内酰胺40%、端乙烯基苯基硅油、引发剂按设定比例加入反应釜中,在60℃、0.02MPa抽真空脱水,于100℃进行加成反应1.5小时,将剩余己内酰胺、抗氧剂、芳香族二酸,加入反应釜中,升温到240℃,物料熔化后开始搅拌,反应2h,降温至180℃,在0.06MPa抽真空缩聚1h,至无明显馏出物后,继续抽真空0.5h;在N2保护下,将聚醚、催化剂按设定比例加入反应釜中,加热到240℃,反应2h,抽真空0.04MPa,反应1h,加入扩链剂,反应1h,抽真空0.04MPa,至无明显馏出物后,出料。
(2)将步骤(1)制备得到的改性尼龙、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、抗氧剂、润滑剂、填充剂按设定比例投入高速搅拌机中,以1500转/分、搅拌温度80℃-100℃的条件下搅拌20分钟后,将反应釜中的混合物倒入双螺杆制粒机中,在160-180℃下混炼后挤出;
(3)将挤出物用5-10℃循环水冷却,风干,切粒包装。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明提供的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,采用端乙烯基苯基硅油改性尼龙的聚酰胺硬段,以聚醚段为软段,扩链剂增加分子量,得到的改性尼龙具有塑料和橡胶的特性,得到具备形状记忆性的尼龙橡塑材料,而且增强了尼龙的低温韧性、耐氧化耐候性、耐热性和阻燃性等综合性能,同时以马来酸酐接枝共聚物进一步增韧改性尼龙的韧性,添加其他助剂,进一步提高尼龙橡塑材料的形状回复记忆效应和综合机械性能。
2、以本发明制备的尼龙橡塑材料为原料与其他材料复合制备记忆性线材,可以提高线材的形状记忆性,克服普通尼龙或塑胶材料其弹性差、形状回复性差的问题,经过实际测试,本材料制成的产品,可以在10万次变形操作次数内稳定保持其形状记忆性。
3、本发明提供的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料的制备方法,工艺合理、加工方便、易于产业化。
4、本发明适合于制造各种具有形状记忆功能的线缆、胶条等产品。
下面结合具体实施例来详细描述本发明,但并不是对本发明的进一步限制。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本实施例提供的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,由如下重量百分比的组成制成:

所述的马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物中马来酸酐接枝率为1.6%。
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或1098;所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸钙;所述的填充剂为碳酸钙、二氧化硅、炭黑中的一种或几种;所述的催化剂为亚磷酸三苯酯、有机锡中的一种或几种;所述的引发剂为2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷。

(3)将挤出物用5℃循环水冷却,风干,切粒包装。

一种上述的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料及其制备方法,其不同之处在于:
搅拌温度为100℃;混炼挤出温度为170℃;冷却水温度为8℃。

本实施例提供的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料及其制备方法,与实施例1、2、3基本相同,其不同之处在于:

于:搅拌温度为90℃;混炼挤出温度为180℃;冷却水温度为5℃。
本发明提供的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,采用端乙烯基苯基硅油改性尼龙的聚酰胺硬段,以聚醚段为软段,扩链剂增加分子量,得到的改性尼龙具有塑料和橡胶的特性,得到具备形状记忆性的尼龙橡塑材料,而且增强了尼龙的低温韧性、耐氧化耐候性、耐热性和阻燃性等综合性能,同时以马来酸酐接枝共聚物进一步增韧改性尼龙的韧性,添加其他助剂,进一步提高尼龙橡塑材料的形状回复记忆效应和综合机械性能。
以本发明制备的尼龙橡塑材料为原料与其他材料复合制备记忆性线材,可以提高线材的记忆性,克服普通尼龙或塑胶材料其弹性差、形状回复性差的问题,本发明提供的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料的制备方法,工艺合理、加工方便、易于产业化,可广泛应用于需要具备形状记忆功能的各种产品制造。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,采用与本发明上述实施例相同或近似的原料及制备方法,而得到的其他类似的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,其特征在于,由如下重量百分比的组成制成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,特征在于,所述的马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物中马来酸酐接枝率为1.6%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或1098;所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸钙;所述的填充剂为碳酸钙、二氧化硅、炭黑中的一种或几种;所述的催化剂为亚磷酸三苯酯、有机锡中的一种或几种;所述的引发剂为2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,特征在于,所述的端乙烯基苯基硅油中含乙烯基0.15-0.45%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,特征在于,所述的聚醚为聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、聚三亚甲基醚乙二醇中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,特征在于,所述的芳香族二酸为间苯二酸、对苯二酸中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料,特征在于,所述的扩链剂为双(2-噁唑啉)。
8.一种权利要求1-7之一所述的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备改性尼龙:
将己内酰胺40%、端乙烯基苯基硅油、引发剂按设定比例加入反应釜中,在60℃、0.02MPa抽真空脱水,于100℃进行加成反应1.5小时,将剩余己内酰胺、抗氧剂、芳香族二酸,加入反应釜中,升温到240℃,物料熔化后开始搅拌,反应2h,降温至180℃,在0.06MPa抽真空缩聚1h,至无明显馏出物后,继续抽真空0.5h;在N2保护下,将聚醚、催化剂按设定比例加入反应釜中,加热到240℃,反应2h,抽真空0.04MPa,反应1h,加入扩链剂,反应1h,抽真空0.04MPa,至无明显馏出物后,出料。
(2)将步骤(1)制备得到的改性尼龙、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、抗氧剂、润滑剂、填充剂按设定比例投入高速搅拌机中,以1500转/分、搅拌温度80℃-100℃的条件下搅拌20分钟后,将反应釜中的混合物倒入双螺杆制粒机中,在160-180℃下混炼后挤出;
(3)将挤出物用5-10℃循环水冷却,风干,切粒包装。
9.根据权利要求8所述的记忆性尼龙橡塑材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物中马来酸酐接枝率为1.6%;所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或1098;所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸钙;所述的填充剂为碳酸钙、二氧化硅、炭黑中的一种或几种;所述的催化剂为亚磷酸三苯酯、有机锡中的一种或几种;所述的引发剂为2,2-双-(过氧化叔丁基)丙烷;所述的端乙烯基苯基硅油中含乙烯基0.15-0.45%;所述的聚醚为聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、聚三亚甲基醚乙二醇中的一种或几种;所述的芳香族二酸为间苯二酸、对苯二酸中的一种或两种;所述的扩链剂为双(2-噁唑啉)。
