Claims (2)
1. The hip cream with the nursing effect on the skin of a baby is characterized by comprising the following main components, by mass, 2 parts of petrolatum, 2 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2 parts of shea butter, 1 part of polyglycerol-4 isostearate, 1 part of meadowfoam seed oil, 1 part of gallnut extract, 1 part of microcrystalline wax, 2 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2 parts of sorbitan olivil oleate, 1 part of quaternary ammonium salt-18 hectorite, 0.1 part of propylene glycol, 0.1 part of chamomile extract, 0.2 part of sodium dehydroacetate, 0.2 part of butanediol, 0.1 part of hydrolyzed rice protein, 0.1 part of chamomile extract, 1.2 parts of sophora flavescens ait root extract, 1 part of fructus cnidii extract, 2 parts of bisabolol, 1 part of ginger root extract, 1 part of hexyldecanol, 1 part of sterols, 1 part of N-palmitoyl hydroxyproline, 1 part of whale wax ester, 1 part of stearic acid, 1 part of menthol, 1 part of tocopherol acetate, 1 part of essence, 1 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1 part of octyl glycol, 1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1 part of chlorhexidine diacetate, 1 part of EDTA disodium and 67 parts of water.
2. A method for preparing the hip cream with nursing efficacy on the skin of the baby as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following steps,
step 1: according to the weight requirements of the main components, sequentially weighing petrolatum, caprylic/capric triglyceride, shea butter, polyglycerol-4 isostearate, meadowfoam seed oil, Chinese gall extract, microcrystalline wax, polydimethylsiloxane, sorbitan olivate, quaternary ammonium salt-18 hectorite, propylene glycol, chamomile extract, sodium dehydroacetate, butanediol, hydrolyzed rice protein, camomile extract, sophora flavescens extract, common cnidium fruit extract, bisabolol, ginger root extract, hexyldecanol, brassinosteroids, N-palmitoyl hydroxyproline cetyl palmitate, stearic acid, menthol, tocopheryl acetate, essence, p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, chlorhexidine diacetate, EDTA disodium and water in weight percentage;
step 2: adding petrolatum, caprylic/capric triglyceride, shea butter, polyglycerol-4 isostearate, meadowfoam seed oil, microcrystalline wax, polydimethylsiloxane, sorbitan olivate, quaternary ammonium salt-18 hectorite, bisabolol, ginger root extract, hexyldecanol, campesterol, N-palmitoyl hydroxyproline cetyl ester, stearic acid, menthol and tocopherol acetate into a heating dissolving emulsifying pot, heating to 80 ℃, stirring and melting to obtain solution A;
and step 3: adding water, a gallnut extract, p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, chlorhexidine diacetate and EDTA disodium into a heating and dissolving water phase pot, heating to 72-75 ℃, stirring and dissolving to obtain a solution B;
and 4, step 4: adding the solution A and the solution B into a homogenizing emulsifying pot, carrying out vacuum homogenization, emulsification and stirring, and then cooling to 45 ℃ to obtain a solution C;
and 5: adding propylene glycol, a golden chamomile extract, hydrolyzed rice protein, a white flower chamomile extract, a sophora flavescens root extract, a common cnidium fruit extract, sodium dehydroacetate, butanediol and essence into the solution C, fully mixing, cooling to 30 ℃, and discharging to obtain a semi-finished product;
step 6: detecting the semi-finished product;
and 7: filling the semi-finished products after being detected to be qualified through a full-automatic filling machine, carrying out code spraying identification through an ink-jet printer, then packaging through a stainless steel assembly line to obtain finished products, and finally carrying out finished product inspection.
