Abstract

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to toning lotion with moisturizing, antioxidant and skin activating effects and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Water is a source of everything, water is the first element of beautiful skin, and whitening, sun protection, oil control and the like are completed on the basis of water replenishing and moisture preserving. Skin problems of any season, age, skin type are perfect in water soothing and moisturizing.

In order to achieve the water retention effect, the effects of various functional ingredients are often needed, but more functional ingredients may be antagonistic on one hand and may bring irritation and the like on the other hand, and the final effect is influenced. Therefore, it is urgently needed to develop a lotion having antioxidant, moisturizing and skin-activating effects.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the lotion comprises the following components in mass percent: 4.5-8% of humectant, 0.15-1.5% of anti-allergic agent, 0.02-0.8% of Ruscus aculeatus root extract, 0.35-1.75% of antioxidant and 0.2-1.5% of skin conditioner.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the lotion further comprises an emulsifier, a perfume essential oil, a perfume, a chelating agent, a preservative.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the content of the emulsifier is 0.1 to 0.8% by mass; further 0.15 to 0.6 percent.

In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the skin conditioner is at least one of a royal jelly fermentation broth, a hydrolyzed yeast extract, chamomile (CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA) floral water, and a lactobacillus/soymilk fermentation product filtrate.

In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the emulsifier is at least one of polysorbate-20, methylglucamine hemistearate, ceteth-25, glyceryl stearate, ceteth-20, ceteth-12, cetearyl alcohol, cetyl palmitate, lecithin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, and PPG-26-Butaneth-26.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the perfume essential oil is at least one of bergamot essential oil, geranium essential oil, lemon peel oil, and sweet orange peel oil.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the perfume is at least one of guava essence, osmanthus essence, blueberry essence, and jasmine essence.

In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the chelating agent is at least one of tetrasodium EDTA, sodium potassium tartrate, 8-hydroxyquinoline, and disodium EDTA.

In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the preservative is at least one of propylparaben, imidazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, imidazolidinyl urea, caprylhydroxamic acid, butylparaben, methylparaben, and methylchloroisothiazolinone.

In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a cosmetic lotion according to the first aspect of the present invention, comprising the steps of:

s1: adding allantoin, Gemba gum, butanediol, glycerol, Ruscus aculeatus root extract, imidazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol, and water into a container, stirring, and dissolving to obtain compound A;

s2: adding sweet orange peel oil, lemon peel oil, jasmine essence, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 into a container, stirring and dissolving to obtain compound B;

s3: adding sodium hyaluronate, olive fruit water, lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, beta-glucan and water into a container, and stirring and dissolving to obtain a compound C;

s4: and mixing the compound A and the compound B in an emulsifying pot, emulsifying for 5-9 min, adding the compound C, continuing to emulsify for 1-3 min, and filtering to obtain the toning lotion.

In some embodiments of the invention, the filtration is specifically 350-450 mesh filtration.

In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the filtration is in particular 400 mesh filtration.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the toning lotion provided by the invention has the effects of resisting oxidation, activating skin, moisturizing and the like, can effectively keep the young state of the skin after long-term use, and can effectively keep the water content of the skin. In some more preferred embodiments of the invention, the antioxidant is: vitamin E, procyanidine and olive fruit juice.

The olive is also called olive and oleandon fruit, and the oil content of the fruit is as high as 30%. The lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate is obtained by fermenting soybean milk with 16 genus lactobacillus and 35 kinds lactobacillus. It is rich in 500 active ingredients: comprises more than 300 active ingredients with known molecular structures, proteins, amino acids, free amino acids, organic acids, amine compounds, polypeptides, phosphoric acid, nucleosides, monomers for forming the nucleosides, phospholipids, vitamins, minerals, flavones, isoflavones and hydroxy acids. Can maintain skin pH and improve skin moisture and skin elasticity.

Examples and comparative examples

The formulas of the lotions having moisturizing, antioxidant and skin-activating effects of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 are shown in table 1.

The preparation method of the astringent of the embodiment 1 to 4 is as follows:

the method comprises the following operation steps:

1. adding allantoin, Gemba gum, butanediol, glycerol, Ruscus ACULEATUS (Ruscus ACULEATUS) root extract, imidazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol, betaine, EDTA-disodium, propyl hydroxybenzoate, and water into a container, stirring and dissolving to obtain compound A;

2. adding sweet orange (Citrus AURANTIUM DULCIS) peel oil, lemon (Citrus LIMON) peel oil, flos Jasmini sambac essence, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil \ PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 into a container, stirring and dissolving to obtain compound B;

3. adding sodium hyaluronate, olive (Olea EUROPAEA) fruit water, lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, 0-1.6 parts of beta-glucan and water into a container, and stirring to dissolve to obtain a compound C;

5. and pouring the compound A and the compound B into an emulsifying pot, emulsifying for 7 minutes, adding the compound C, continuing to emulsify for 2 minutes, and filtering through 400-mesh filter cloth to discharge.

The preparation method of the lotion of comparative example 1 was identical to that of example 1 except that no Ruscus ACULEATUS (Ruscus ACULEATUS) root extract was added.

The preparation method of the cosmetic water of comparative example 2 was identical to that of example 1 except that the lactobacillus/soybean milk fermented product filtrate was not added.

The preparation method of the cosmetic lotion of comparative example 3 was identical to that of example 1 except that no β -glucan was added.

The preparation method of the lotion of comparative example 4 was identical to that of example 1, except that olive (OLEA EUROPAEA) fruit water was not added.

Examples of effects

1) Test of moisturizing Effect

Selecting 80 volunteers aged 18-35 and having skin color L values close to each other, equally dividing into 8 groups, measuring the initial skin hydration degree (averaging) of each group of volunteers, respectively using the lotions of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 once a day for 4 weeks, testing the skin hydration degree (averaging) of each group of volunteers, and evaluating the moisturizing effect of the lotion, wherein the test results are shown in Table 2.

2) Test for antioxidant Effect

The lotions of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were subjected to an antioxidant activity (AOA) test, 1: 25 preparation of yolk suspension: egg yolk and an equal volume of Phosphate Buffer (PB) with pH 7.45 and a concentration of 0.1mol/L were used to prepare a mixture with a volume ratio of 1: 1, magnetically stirring for 10min, and diluting with PB to obtain a suspension with a volume ratio of 1: 25 of a yolk suspension; take 0.2mL of 1: 25 yolk suspension, 0.2mL of 25.0mmol/LFeSO₄Adding the solution and 0.2mL of samples into a series of 10mL centrifuge tubes, supplementing to 2.0mL with PB, culturing at 37 ℃ for 24h, taking out, adding 0.5mL of trichloroacetic acid solution (TCA) with the mass fraction of 20%, shaking up, adding 1.0mL of thiobarbituric acid solution (TBA) with the mass fraction of 0.8% after 10min, placing in a boiling water bath for 15min, cooling, centrifuging at the rotating speed of 2500r/min for 10min, taking supernatant, and measuring the absorbance value A at the wavelength of 532 nm; except for the control tube without the sample, the absorbance value of the other reagents is A0, the absorbance values are measured in parallel for 3 times, and the average value is taken. Claims (10)

1. A toning lotion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 4-10% of humectant, 0.1-2% of anti-allergic agent, 0.01-0.9% of Ruscus aculeatus root extract, 0.2-2% of antioxidant and 0.1-2% of skin conditioner.

2. The lotion according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the following components in mass percent: 4.5-8% of humectant, 0.15-1.5% of anti-allergic agent, 0.02-0.8% of Ruscus aculeatus root extract, 0.35-1.75% of antioxidant and 0.2-1.5% of skin conditioner.

3. The lotion of claim 1, wherein the humectant is at least one of sodium PCA, hexylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol, guava, betaine, butylene glycol, glycerin, and sodium hyaluronate.

4. The lotion according to claim 1, wherein the anti-sensitizer is at least one of licorice root extract, scutellaria root extract, allantoin, and β -glucan.

5. The astringent of claim 1, wherein said antioxidant is at least one of gallic acid, vitamin E, coenzyme Q-10, procyanidins and olive pomace.

6. The astringent according to claim 1, wherein the skin conditioner is at least one of royal jelly fermentation liquid, hydrolyzed yeast extract, chamomile water and lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate.

7. The astringent according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the astringent further comprises an emulsifier, a perfume essential oil, a perfume, a chelating agent, and a preservative.

8. The lotion according to claim 7, wherein the emulsifier is at least one of polysorbate-20, methylglucoterate hemistearate, ceteth-25, glyceryl stearate, ceteth-20, ceteth-12, cetearyl alcohol, cetyl palmitate, lecithin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, and PPG-26-buteth-26;

preferably, the perfume essential oil is at least one of bergamot essential oil, geranium essential oil, lemon peel oil and sweet orange peel oil;

preferably, the perfume is at least one of guava essence, osmanthus essence, blueberry essence and jasmine essence;

preferably, the chelating agent is at least one of tetrasodium EDTA, sodium potassium tartrate, 8-hydroxyquinoline, and disodium EDTA;

preferably, the preservative is at least one of propyl hydroxybenzoate, imidazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol, methyl hydroxybenzoate, imidazolidinyl urea, caprylhydroxamic acid, butylparaben, methylparaben, and methylchloroisothiazolinone.

9. The method for preparing a cosmetic lotion according to claim 8, comprising the steps of:

s1: adding allantoin, Gemba gum, butanediol, glycerol, Ruscus aculeatus root extract, imidazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol, and water into a container, stirring, and dissolving to obtain compound A;

s2: adding sweet orange peel oil, lemon peel oil, jasmine essence, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 into a container, stirring and dissolving to obtain compound B;

s3: adding sodium hyaluronate, olive fruit water, lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate and beta-glucan into a container, stirring and dissolving to obtain a compound C;

s4: and mixing the compound A and the compound B in an emulsifying pot, emulsifying for 5-9 min, adding the compound C, continuing to emulsify for 1-3 min, and filtering to obtain the toning lotion.

10. The preparation method according to claim 9, wherein the filtration is 350-450 mesh filtration.
