技术领域
本发明属于脂肪肝治疗技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗脂肪肝的中药制剂。
背景技术
脂肪肝是指由于肝细胞内大量脂肪堆积而导致病变,已成为当今威胁人类健康的重要杀手,是继病毒性肝炎第二大肝病;脂肪肝发病率高,其中肥胖症中脂肪肝病发率在30%-50%,酒精性脂肪肝病发率在75%-95%,而在糖尿病患者中脂肪肝发病率在50%左右,其高发病率已经严重威胁人体健康,并且会加重肥胖症和糖尿病等病症;此外,快速减肥、营养不良、妊娠或使用抗生素类药物也可诱发脂肪肝的发生。脂肪肝临床表现轻度患者只有疲乏感,中、重度脂肪肝患者则会出现食欲不振、疲倦乏力、恶心等症状,并且还会引发酒精性肝炎、肝硬化、肾功能衰竭等病发症状。发明专利:201611113345.3一种治疗脂肪肝的复方中药,提供了一种治疗脂肪肝的技术方案,技术特征为:以皂角刺、生白术和茵陈蒿为中药成分,采用煎服或提取后服用;脂肪肝病发原因复杂多样,简单的药物成分不可否认其功效性,但是对脂肪肝难以起到实质性治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明针对现有的问题:脂肪肝高发病率已经严重威胁人体健康,并且会加重肥胖症和糖尿病等病症;此外,快速减肥、营养不良、妊娠或使用抗生素类药物也可诱发脂肪肝的发生。一种治疗脂肪肝的复方中药所提供的技术方案,由于脂肪肝病发原因复杂多样,简单的药物成分不可否认其功效性,但是对脂肪肝难以起到实质性治疗效果。为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种治疗脂肪肝的中药制剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种治疗脂肪肝的中药制剂,其各配制成分质量计份为:乌蕨和松毛翠提取物6-8份、艳山姜和姜荷花提取物4-6份、青蒿8-10份、金银花11-15份、亳菊6-8份、巴戟天5-7份、杜仲6-9份、藏红花5-8份、益母草4-6份、桂枝3-5份、淡竹叶2-4份、羌活4-6份、姜黄3-5份、马齿苋2-5份、杜仲2-4份、石梓1-3份。
所述的乌蕨和松毛翠提取物,其配制方法为:
按照质量配比3:1取乌蕨和松毛翠,粉碎后在64-68℃烘箱烘烤26-30min,然后加入其质量4-6倍的无水乙醇在65-70℃回流提取2次,每次提取时间为2-3h,将提取液混合后浓缩烘干制得乌蕨和松毛翠提取物。
所述的艳山姜和姜荷花提取物,其配制方法为:

(3)混合加工:向药剂粉中加入乌蕨和松毛翠提取物、艳山姜和姜荷花提取物和中药酵素,在3-5℃条件下搅拌混合17-20min,压制成片后制得中药片;
(4)包衣:向壳聚糖溶液中分别加入其质量7%-9%的乌蕨和松毛翠提取物、7%-9%的艳山姜和姜荷花提取物,搅拌混合至稀浆状,再浸入中药片包裹,提高中药制剂中药物有效成分含量,烘干后制得治疗脂肪肝中药制剂。

(1)制粉剂:取青蒿、金银花和亳菊先浸入75%乙醇中浸泡清洗10min,沥干水分后置于蒸馏层在63℃蒸制34min,再放入19℃摊晒室晾晒至水分含量低10%,经超微粉化处理后制得药剂粉,具有活血通络、抗病毒等功效,可提高对脂肪肝的治愈率;
(2)中药酵素:取巴戟天、杜仲、藏红花、益母草等中草药粉碎后混合得混合粉,先将混合粉在炒锅中炒制微焦,然后加入其质量6.5倍的水在温度69℃、压强2.8Mpa条件下蒸煮2h,再放入发酵罐接种酵母在27℃发酵28天,经过滤、烘干后制得中药酵素,具有抗病毒、提高免疫力、降血脂等功效,并且酵素成分可对肝细胞内脂肪起到一定降解作用;
(3)混合加工:向药剂粉中加入乌蕨和松毛翠提取物、艳山姜和姜荷花提取物和中药酵素,在4.5℃条件下搅拌混合19min,压制成片后制得中药片;
(4)包衣:向壳聚糖溶液中分别加入其质量8.3%的乌蕨和松毛翠提取物、8.3%的艳山姜和姜荷花提取物,搅拌混合至稀浆状,再浸入中药片包裹,提高中药制剂中药物有效成分含量,烘干后制得治疗脂肪肝中药制剂。
所述的酶剂,其中果胶酶:纤维素酶:半纤维素酶质量配比为1:2:1,其加入量为艳山姜和姜荷花质量的1.8%。
步骤(4)所述的壳聚糖溶液,其质量浓度为15%。

本对比1与实施例1比较,中药制剂中未使用乌蕨和松毛翠提取物,其他步骤与实施例1相同。

本对比2与实施例1比较,中药制剂中未使用艳山姜和姜荷花提取物,其他步骤与实施例1相同。

本对比3与实施例1比较,中药制剂中未使用药剂粉,其他步骤与实施例1相同。

本对比4与实施例2比较,中药制剂中未使用中药酵素,其他步骤与实施例2相同。

本对比5与实施例2比较,未进行步骤(2)中发酵,其他步骤与实施例2相同。
对比6:
本对比6与实施例2比较,未进行步骤(4)包衣,其他步骤与实施例2相同。
对照组:
对照组采用板蓝根、茵陈、白芍等中药所制强肝口服液作为参照,未使用乌蕨和松毛翠提取物、艳山姜和姜荷花提取物、药粉剂、中药酵素、发酵和包衣。
对实施例1、实施例2、对比1、对比2、对比3、对比4、对比5、对比6及对照组所制药品分别供200位以上轻度脂肪肝、重度脂肪肝和早期肝硬化患者服用,其服用频次和剂量根据身体状况,依照医生指导使用,统计轻度脂肪肝治愈率、重度脂肪肝治愈率和肝硬化转化率(病症减轻)。

综合结果:本发明所制治疗脂肪肝中药制剂,与对照组比较,轻度脂肪肝治愈率提高16.9%,重度脂肪肝治愈率提高12.9%,肝硬化转化率提高23.4%。采用乌蕨和松毛翠提取物、艳山姜和姜荷花提取物,轻度脂肪肝治愈率提高4.1%、4.9,重度脂肪肝治愈率提高3.1%、3.7%;而使用药剂粉和包衣方法,轻度脂肪肝治愈率提高1.4%、1.7%,肝硬化转化率提高2.5%、1.6%;使用中药酵素和发酵方法,轻度脂肪肝治愈率提高2.6%、2.1%,肝硬化转化率提高6.8%、4.1%。
Claims (6)
1.一种治疗脂肪肝的中药制剂,其特征在于,其各配制成分质量计份为:乌蕨和松毛翠提取物6-8份、艳山姜和姜荷花提取物4-6份、青蒿8-10份、金银花11-15份、亳菊6-8份、巴戟天5-7份、杜仲6-9份、藏红花5-8份、益母草4-6份、桂枝3-5份、淡竹叶2-4份、羌活4-6份、姜黄3-5份、马齿苋2-5份、杜仲2-4份、石梓1-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗脂肪肝的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述的乌蕨和松毛翠提取物,其配制方法为:
按照质量配比3:1取乌蕨和松毛翠,粉碎后在64-68℃烘箱烘烤26-30min,然后加入其质量4-6倍的无水乙醇在65-70℃回流提取2次,每次提取时间为2-3h,将提取液混合后浓缩烘干制得乌蕨和松毛翠提取物。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗脂肪肝的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述的艳山姜和姜荷花提取物,其配制方法为:
先将艳山姜和姜荷花放入密闭室中使用醋酸雾化熏制,在温度40-43℃、压强0.6-0.8Mpa条件下熏制30-40min,沥干水分后粉化加入其质量4-6倍的水超声波振荡25-30min,然后加入酶剂在27-30℃酶解2-3h,过滤后浓缩烘干制得艳山姜和姜荷花提取物。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗脂肪肝的中药制剂,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制粉剂:取青蒿、金银花和亳菊先浸入75%乙醇中浸泡清洗8-10min,沥干水分后置于蒸馏层在60-64℃蒸制32-35min,再放入17-20℃摊晒室晾晒至水分含量低10%,经超微粉化处理后制得药剂粉;
(2)中药酵素:取巴戟天、杜仲、藏红花、益母草等中草药粉碎后混合得混合粉,先将混合粉在炒锅中炒制微焦,然后加入其质量5-7倍的水在温度67-70℃、压强2-3Mpa条件下蒸煮1-2h,再放入发酵罐接种酵母在25-28℃发酵20-30天,经过滤、烘干后制得中药酵素;
(3)混合加工:向药剂粉中加入乌蕨和松毛翠提取物、艳山姜和姜荷花提取物和中药酵素,在3-5℃条件下搅拌混合17-20min,压制成片后制得中药片;
(4)包衣:向壳聚糖溶液中分别加入其质量7%-9%的乌蕨和松毛翠提取物、7%-9%的艳山姜和姜荷花提取物,搅拌混合至稀浆状,再浸入中药片包裹,烘干后制得治疗脂肪肝中药制剂。
5.如权利要求3所述的治疗脂肪肝的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述的酶剂,其中果胶酶:纤维素酶:半纤维素酶质量配比为1:2:1,其加入量为艳山姜和姜荷花质量的1%-2%。
6.如权利要求4所述的治疗脂肪肝的中药制剂,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述的壳聚糖溶液,其质量浓度为13%-16%。
