Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition, in particular to an anti-aging composition and application thereof, belonging to the field of cosmetics.
Background
The free radical theory of senescence states that degenerative changes in the senescence process are due to the deleterious effects of free radicals produced during normal cellular metabolism. The aging process of an organism is the result of accumulation of free radicals continuously produced by tissue cells of the organism, and the free radicals can cause DNA damage to cause mutation and induce tumor formation. Free radicals are intermediate products of normal metabolism, have strong reaction capability, can oxidize various substances in cells to damage biological membranes, and oxidative stress caused by excessive free radicals is an important cause of aging. As a result of skin aging, skin is relatively dry; the elasticity of the skin is poor, the skin is thinned, and wrinkles appear; the activity of sebaceous glands is reduced, and secretion is reduced; pigmented spots grow; the recovery of the injured skin becomes slow and the skin is likely to suffer from bruise.
Free radicals, also chemically referred to as "radicals", are radicals containing an unpaired electron. When atoms form molecules, electrons in chemical bonds must be paired, so that a free radical takes one electron of other substances to form a stable substance. In chemistry, this phenomenon is called "oxidation". Our biological systems are mainly exposed to oxygen radicals such as superoxide anion radicals, hydroxyl radicals, lipo-oxygen radicals, nitrogen dioxide and nitric oxide radicals, plus hydrogen peroxide, singlet oxygen and ozone, known as reactive oxygen, which account for over 95% of the free radicals in the body. Active oxygen radicals in the body have certain functions, such as immunity and signaling processes. However, excessive reactive oxygen radicals have destructive actions, resulting in damage to normal cells and tissues of the human body, thereby causing various diseases. In addition, sunlight radiation, air pollution, smoking, pesticides and the like in the external environment can generate more active oxygen free radicals to mutate nucleic acid, which is the root cause of human aging and diseases.

Meanwhile, compared with comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, the skin care products of examples 1-7 with the plant extracts and the polypeptide components added simultaneously have the radical scavenging rate higher than the sum of the radical scavenging rates of the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2, which shows that the plant extracts and the polypeptide components have synergistic effect and have better anti-aging efficacy.
Example 9
(1) Skin roughness test:
pretreatment in testing: the test population was 40 wrinkled and healthy skin lesions aged 35-45 years, randomly divided into 4 groups of 10, and prepared into cosmetics using the compositions of examples 1-7. The subjects applied the test samples to the face twice a day, morning and evening. During the experiment, the subject was not able to apply any other cosmetic product at the experimental site. The test subjects performed the test after 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks of continuous use of the test samples.
Skin roughness test: the skin condition was measured at week 0, week 1, week 2, week 3 and week 4 using a wrinkle tester VISION SV600, and the test site was the cheekbone. The test parameters were skin roughness R1 (the difference between the highest peak and the lowest valley of the dermatoglyph), mean change R1 from the 4 th week R1 to the 0 th week R1, mean change R1 from R1/week 0R 1. Average roughness R3 (arithmetic mean of 5 consecutive segments of the same length), average change in R2 from R3 at cycle 4 to R3 at cycle 0, and average change in R3 from R3/R3 at cycle 0. The higher the values of R1 and R3, the more severe the wrinkles, and the test results for specific R1 and R3 are shown in table 2 and table 3, respectively:

Example 2 | -0.78 | -41.56 |
Example 3 | -0.80 | -43.92 |
Example 4 | -0.84 | -46.00 |
Example 5 | -0.87 | -47.89 |
Example 6 | -0.91 | -48.24 |

TABLE 3 variation in average roughness of skin R3 after cosmetic preparation Using the compositions of examples 1 to 7
The experimental results in table 2 show that the cosmetic prepared by using the compositions in examples 1 to 7 can significantly reduce the difference between the highest peak and the lowest valley of the skin lines, i.e., significantly reduce the roughness of the skin, and the roughness of the skin can be reduced by more than 39.74% after the product is used for four weeks.
From the experimental results in Table 3, it can be seen that the average skin roughness of the cosmetics prepared using the compositions of examples 1 to 7 was reduced by 40.97% or more for four weeks. As can be seen from the results of tables 2 and 3, wrinkles can be effectively reduced using the cosmetics of the present invention.
(2) Skin elasticity test:
pretreatment in testing: the test population was 40 wrinkled and healthy skin lesions aged 35-45 years, randomly divided into 4 groups of 10, and prepared into cosmetics using the compositions of examples 1-7. The subjects applied the test samples to the face twice a day, morning and evening. During the experiment, the subject was not able to apply any other cosmetic product at the experimental site. The test subjects performed the test after 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks of continuous use of the test samples.
Skin elasticity test: the skin condition at 0 week, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks was measured using the skin elasticity tester MPA580, the test site was the cheekbone part, the probe repeated 3 times in the same test area during the measurement, and the average value was taken. The test parameter is R2 (the ratio of the springback amount Ua of the skin without negative pressure to the maximum stretch amount Uf with negative pressure), the closer R2 is to 1, the better the elasticity of the skin, the average change value of R2 is the 4 th cycle R2 value to the 0 th cycle R2 value, and the average change rate of R2 is the average change value of R2/the 0 th cycle R2 value. The results of the specific skin elasticity tests are shown in table 4:
TABLE 4 Change in skin elasticity R2 after preparation of the resulting cosmetic products Using the compositions of examples 1 to 7
As can be seen from the data in Table 4, the cosmetics prepared by using the compositions in examples 1-7 can effectively improve the elasticity of skin, which shows that the product of the invention can effectively resist aging.
