Description

Artificial feed for adult cantharis, and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of insect breeding, and particularly relates to an artificial feed for adult cantharis, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Mylabris phalerata, also known as lilac daphne genkwa, belongs to the family of the order of Coleoptera and genkwa, is generally called as Mylabris with southern Mylabris phalerata (daphne genkwa), is an animal drug recorded in Chinese pharmacopoeia (2000), has the functions of breaking up illness and dissipating stagnation, and attacking toxin and removing sores, and has the cantharidin of resisting cancers and viruses. Stimulating leucopoiesis, inhibiting fungi and the like, and is an important anticancer and antiviral traditional Chinese medicinal material at present. However, due to the destruction of forest vegetation, the change of natural environment, the reduction of the planting area of leguminous plants and cucurbitaceae plants and the disordered mass capture of human beings, the wild cantharis resources are continuously reduced and can not meet the requirements of market medicine far away, so that the cantharidin is one of the most scarce animal medicinal materials, the condition for artificially synthesizing the cantharidin is very difficult (the cantharidin needs to be carried out under the extremely high pressure of 1.520 Gpa), and the contradiction of the supply-demand relationship of the cantharidin is stronger, so the artificial scale feeding of the cantharidin insects is the key for solving the contradiction.
At present, the literature about the research of the cantharis feeding technology is few, and the reports of artificial large-scale cultivation in production practice are not available. The insects mostly occur in the field for one generation in 1 year, about 6-7 months in a lifetime are in the development stopping stage, the life cycle is long, and the reproduction speed of the cantharis is greatly reduced. At present, most scholars in China usually adopt natural feed plants which are favored by cantharis to feed adult cantharis, for example, chen jiang et al report that the feeding habits and feeding modes of adult mylabris cantoniensis and yellow black mylabris cantoniensis are studied, and find that flowers of the adult mylabris cantoniensis are favored by plants, particularly leguminous plants, and the feeding habits are as follows: soybean flower, cowpea flower, luffa flower, pumpkin flower. Wang huilong et al have conducted preliminary research on adult yellow and black cantharis feed, but the main component of the feed is to use fresh luffa flowers to be added into the feed after freeze drying, so that a large amount of luffa plants are required to be planted to pick the luffa flowers for freeze drying, and the luffa flowers are added into the feed, so that the feeding cost is greatly increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide an artificial feed for adult cantharis, a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the artificial feed breaks through the habit that the adult cantharis depends on flowers of leguminous plants and cucurbitaceae plants under the natural condition, realizes the purpose of large-scale long-term subculture, and reduces the feeding cost.
