一种竹片加工方法,包括以下步骤:S1.采用含水率在50%左右的新鲜圆竹打通内节,用刮青机削去竹筒的竹青,在所述竹筒上开设出一个轴向缝隙;S2.采用微波加热的方法将所述竹筒升温至100~120℃左右进行软化、灭菌和脱脂;本发明实施例中,该方法首先将竹材进行软化展开成型、脱脂,然后采用两次碳,炭化过程中使竹材中的有机物如糖、淀粉、蛋白质等在高温、高湿的环境下分解,使真菌等虫类失去营养来源,同时又将附着在竹材中的虫卵及真菌杀死,防霉防蛀的效果好,且保证了竹片在成产品后不易发生变形,具有良好的物理性质。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种材料加工领域,尤其涉及一种竹片加工方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中,竹子作为一种常见的植物,在工业应用中具有非常广阔的应用价值,特别是将竹子进行处理后,可以制成家具、地板、用具等多种产品,相对于木制品来说具有价格低廉、重量较轻、材料来源广泛等多重优点,但是,竹片由于自身特性,其防霉防蛀处理在竹制品加工行业中非常重要,目前,现有技术中一般通过一次碳化、干燥以及热压工艺,从而达到防霉防蛀的目的,但是这样的工艺不够完善,防霉防蛀效果一般。
此外,现有竹材的使用,都是采用新鲜毛竹运至加工现场加工、挑选,竹材利用率低,且运输费用大。竹材因其生长条件与特性,其材质普遍存在不同程度的弯曲与变形,而且容易虫蛀,在做好的竹凉亭、竹篱笆使用 3 年后就需现场灭菌,使用寿命低,维护和加工成本较高,制约了竹材的使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺点和不足,通过微波加热、灭菌、脱脂、软化后碾压整形的加工方法,提高竹才利用率与使用年限,降低成本。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的 :
一种竹片加工方法,包括以下步骤 :
S1. 采用含水率在 50%左右的新鲜圆竹打通内节,用刮青机削去竹筒的竹青,在 所述竹筒上开设出一个轴向缝隙 ;
S2. 采用微波加热的方法将所述竹筒升温至 100 ~ 120℃左右进行软化、灭菌和脱脂 ;
S3. 将软化后的竹筒展开形成竹片,将竹片粗铣,然后将经过粗铣后的竹片进行碾 压并风冷至 30℃定形 ;
S4.进行碳化,碳化先将竹片在 110℃~ 125℃的微波下进行碳化,时间为 2 ~ 2.5小时,然后升温至 130 ~ 135℃,时间为 1 ~ 1.5 小时。
优选地,在 S3 和 S4 之间还包括竹片烘干步骤,将定型后的竹片放入烘干设备中, 脱水至竹片含水率达到 10%~ 13%时取出,将脱水后的竹片用高压喷沙清洗竹材表面。
优选地,S2 步骤中的灭菌方法为,将竹片置于浓度为 75%的乙醇溶液中密闭浸泡 30 分钟。

本发明实施例中,该方法首先将竹材进行软化展开成型、脱脂,然后采用两次碳,将竹片放置在乙醇溶液中进行浸泡,从而以化学方法破坏竹片中的有机物,炭化过程中 使竹材中的有机物如糖、淀粉、蛋白质等在高温、高湿的环境下分解,使真菌等虫类失去营 养来源,同时又将附着在竹材中的虫卵及真菌杀死,防霉防蛀的效果好,且保证了竹片在 成产品后不易发生变形,具有良好的物理性质。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种竹片加工方法,包括以下步骤 :
S1. 采用含水率在 50%左右的新鲜圆竹打通内节,用刮青机削去竹筒的竹青,在所述竹筒上开设出一个轴向缝隙 ;
S2. 采用微波加热的方法将所述竹筒升温至 100 ~ 120℃左右进行软化、灭菌和脱脂 ;
S3. 将软化后的竹筒展开形成竹片,将竹片粗铣,然后将经过粗铣后的竹片进行碾 压并风冷至 30℃定形 ;
S4.进行碳化,碳化先将竹片在 110℃~ 125℃的微波下进行碳化,时间为 2 ~ 2.5小时,然后升温至 130 ~ 135℃,时间为 1 ~ 1.5 小时。

S4.进行碳化,碳化先将竹片在 110℃~ 125℃的微波下进行碳化,时间为 2 ~ 2.5小时,然后升温至 130 ~ 135℃,时间为 1 ~ 1.5 小时。
