本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域,更具体是涉及一种渗透剂。
背景技术
渗透剂顾名思义是起渗透作用,也是具有固定的亲水亲油基团,在溶液的表面能定向排列,并能使表面张力显著下降的物质。
在染整加工过程中,为了使染料等物质快速的渗透到织物中去,需要添加渗透剂。但是现有的渗透剂耐碱度不高、毛效差,与其它助剂互配效果差,高温煮时会有白粉点产生,从而影响使用效果。有些渗透剂还含有APEO,不易生物降解,不利于环保。

本发明公开了一种渗透剂,按照重要份数,包括以下组分:仲烷基磺酸钠20份、二乙二醇单丁醚5份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠15份、月桂醇醚磷酸酯7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮7份、氯化钙5份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱7份、二甲基硅油5份、去离子水40份。
本发明还提供了一种渗透剂的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水40份,升高温度至60℃;
步骤2,加入仲烷基磺酸钠20份、二乙二醇单丁醚5份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠15份、月桂醇醚磷酸酯7份,1000转/分钟,搅拌10分钟;
步骤3,降温至40℃,加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮7份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱7份,1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
步骤4,降温至30℃,加入氯化钙5份、二甲基硅油5份,1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
步骤5,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体渗透剂;
步骤6,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体渗透剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
实施例4
本发明公开了一种渗透剂,按照重要份数,包括以下组分:仲烷基磺酸钠20份、二乙二醇单丁醚4份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠15份、月桂醇醚磷酸酯7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮7份、氯化钙3份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份、二甲基硅油4份、去离子水30份。
本发明还提供了一种渗透剂的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水30份,升高温度至60℃;
步骤2,加入仲烷基磺酸钠20份、二乙二醇单丁醚4份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠15份、月桂醇醚磷酸酯7份,1000转/分钟,搅拌10分钟;
步骤3,降温至30℃,加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮7份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份,900转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
步骤4,降温至20℃,加入氯化钙3份、二甲基硅油4份,1000转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
步骤5,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体渗透剂;
步骤6,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体渗透剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
将实施例1、2、3、4的渗透剂进行耐碱性(氢氧化钠浓度为50g/L)、沉降时间的测试,测试结果如下:

Claims (5)
1.一种渗透剂,其特征在于:所述渗透剂包括如下重量份数的原料:仲烷基磺酸钠10-20份、二乙二醇单丁醚3-5份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠10-15份、月桂醇醚磷酸酯5-7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-7份、氯化钙3-5份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-7份、二甲基硅油3-5份、去离子水30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的渗透剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:仲烷基磺酸钠10份、二乙二醇单丁醚3份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠10份、月桂醇醚磷酸酯5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份、氯化钙3份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份、二甲基硅油3份、去离子水30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的渗透剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:仲烷基磺酸钠15份、二乙二醇单丁醚4份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠13份、月桂醇醚磷酸酯6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6份、氯化钙4份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份、二甲基硅油4份、去离子水35份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的渗透剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:仲烷基磺酸钠20份、二乙二醇单丁醚5份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠15份、月桂醇醚磷酸酯7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮7份、氯化钙5份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱7份、二甲基硅油5份、去离子水40份。
5.一种采用上述权利要求1-4中任一所述渗透剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤包括:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水30-40份,升高温度至50-60℃;
步骤2,加入仲烷基磺酸钠10-20份、二乙二醇单丁醚3-5份、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠10-15份、月桂醇醚磷酸酯5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤3,降温至30-40℃,加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-7份、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤4,降温至20-30℃,加入氯化钙3-5份、二甲基硅油3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤5,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体渗透剂;
步骤6,静置冷却至搅拌釜中液体渗透剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
