本发明公开了一种增稠剂及其制备方法,增稠剂按质量份数包括:组分A:丙烯酸:90~100份;丙烯酰胺:25~40份;脱水蓖麻油脂肪酸:5~10份;20%氨水:140~160份;去离子水80~100份;失水山梨醇单油酸酯20~40份;煤油:40~60份;加氢裂解矿物油:50~100份;过硫酸钠0.2~0.4份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~10份;甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺5~10份;组分B:醚化交联淀粉20~40份;10%的硫酸亚铁水溶液2~7份;30%双氧水0.1~1份;丙烯酸:40~80份;黄原胶1~5份;聚乙二醇0.1~3份;羧甲基纤维素5~15份。本发明一种增稠剂及其制备方法将天然和化学类增稠剂的优点相结合,提高成糊速率,减少对环境的污染。

一种增稠剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种增稠剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
一般在印染过程中需要通过增加增稠剂来改善印染染料的质量,提高印染染料的粘稠度,从而使得印花过程中染料更好的附着在纺织品表面。现有的增稠剂主要分为天然和化学两大类,天然类增稠剂无毒害,印花效果好,但稳定性较差,容易降解;化学类增稠剂使用后印花面料水洗是产生大量难处理的印染废水,影响环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种增稠剂及其制备方法,旨在通过该增稠剂将天然和化学类增稠剂的优点相结合,提高成糊速率,减少对环境的污染。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种增稠剂,按质量份数包括:
组分A:
丙烯酸:90~100份;
丙烯酰胺:25~40份;
脱水蓖麻油脂肪酸:5~10份;
20%氨水:140~160份;
去离子水80~100份;
失水山梨醇单油酸酯20~40份;
煤油:40~60份;
加氢裂解矿物油:50~100份;
过硫酸钠0.2~0.4份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~10份;
甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺5~10份;
组分B:
醚化交联淀粉20~40份;
10%的硫酸亚铁水溶液2~7份;
30%双氧水0.1~1份;
丙烯酸:40~80份;
黄原胶1~5份;
聚乙二醇0.1~3份;
羧甲基纤维素5~15份。
一种增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将90~100份丙烯酸、25~40份丙烯酰胺、5~10份脱水蓖麻油脂肪酸混合均匀;滴加140~160份20%氨水,调节PH值6~7,而后加入80~100份去离子水,得到中和液;
步骤二、将20~40份失水山梨醇单油酸酯、40~60份煤油、50~100份加氢裂解矿物油充分混合后,加入步骤一中的中和液并充分混合;
步骤三、将0.2~0.4份过硫酸钠加入步骤二中混合液,加热混合液至50~60℃,而后加入5~10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5~10份甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺,搅拌并过滤,得到组分A混合液;
步骤四、将20~40份醚化交联淀粉加入2~7份10%的硫酸亚铁水溶液中搅拌均匀,缓慢滴加0.1~1份30%双氧水以及40~80份丙烯酸,并搅拌30min后,而后加热到30~45℃,维持30min后降温至室温;
步骤五、向步骤四的混合液中加入1~5份黄原胶、0.1~3份聚乙二醇、5~15份羧甲基纤维素,并搅拌均匀,得到组分B混合液;
步骤六:将组分A混合液和组分B混合液充分混合,得到增稠剂。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种增稠剂及其制备方法将天然和化学类增稠剂的优点相结合,提高成糊速率,减少对环境的污染。

实施例1:
一种增稠剂,按质量份数包括:
组分A:
丙烯酸:90份;
丙烯酰胺:25份;
脱水蓖麻油脂肪酸:5份;
20%氨水:140~160份;

煤油:40份;
加氢裂解矿物油:50份;
过硫酸钠0.2份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份;
甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺5份;
组分B:
醚化交联淀粉20份;
10%的硫酸亚铁水溶液2份;
30%双氧水0.1份;
丙烯酸:40份;
黄原胶1份;
聚乙二醇0.1份;
羧甲基纤维素5份。
一种增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

步骤四、将20份醚化交联淀粉加入2份10%的硫酸亚铁水溶液中搅拌均匀,缓慢滴加0.1份30%双氧水以及40份丙烯酸,并搅拌30min后,而后加热到30~45℃,维持30min后降温至室温;
步骤五、向步骤四的混合液中加入1份黄原胶、0.1份聚乙二醇、5份羧甲基纤维素,并搅拌均匀,得到组分B混合液;
步骤六:将组分A混合液和组分B混合液充分混合,得到增稠剂。

一种增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将100份丙烯酸、40份丙烯酰胺、10份脱水蓖麻油脂肪酸混合均匀;滴加20%氨水,调节PH值6~7,而后加入100份去离子水,得到中和液;
步骤二、将40份失水山梨醇单油酸酯、60份煤油、100份加氢裂解矿物油充分混合后,加入步骤一中的中和液并充分混合;
步骤三、将0.4份过硫酸钠加入步骤二中混合液,加热混合液至50~60℃,而后加入10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、10份甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺,搅拌并过滤,得到组分A混合液;
步骤四、将40份醚化交联淀粉加入7份10%的硫酸亚铁水溶液中搅拌均匀,缓慢滴加1份30%双氧水以及80份丙烯酸,并搅拌30min后,而后加热到30~45℃,维持30min后降温至室温;
步骤五、向步骤四的混合液中加入5份黄原胶、3份聚乙二醇、15份羧甲基纤维素,并搅拌均匀,得到组分B混合液;
步骤六:将组分A混合液和组分B混合液充分混合,得到增稠剂。

步骤三、将0.2~0.4份过硫酸钠加入步骤二中混合液,加热混合液至50~60℃,而后加入5~10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5~10份甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺,搅拌并过滤,得到组分A混合液;
步骤四、将20~40份醚化交联淀粉加入2~7份10%的硫酸亚铁水溶液中搅拌均匀,缓慢滴加0.1~1份30%双氧水以及40~80份丙烯酸,并搅拌30min后,而后加热到30~45℃,维持30min后降温至室温;
步骤五、向步骤四的混合液中加入1~5份黄原胶、0.1~3份聚乙二醇、5~15份羧甲基纤维素,并搅拌均匀,得到组分B混合液;
步骤六:将组分A混合液和组分B混合液充分混合,得到增稠剂。
