Abstract

本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法,配制如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸辛酯、环氧乙烷、仲烷基磺酸钠、异构醇醚硫酸酯、乙二胺、亚麻酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、苯乙烯、多乙烯多胺、水;将上述各组分放置在容器内,持续搅拌20‑30min,且前10min的搅拌速度为60转/min,之后的搅拌速度在150转/min,温度则控制在40‑50℃之间,搅拌完成后即可出料。本发明所得到的一种高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法,其得到的渗透剂能有效提升高密度腈纶织物在染色过程中染料的渗透能力,从而确保各个区域的染色均匀性,染色品质得到保证。

一种高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于一些高密度的织物在染色过程中染料的渗透能力差,所以会造成纤维与纤维连接处产生色差,严重影响染色的品质。同时对于部分着色难度较高的纤维织物而言,其产生上述缺陷的情况更加严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效提升染色过程中染料渗透能力的高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法,配制如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸辛酯、环氧乙烷、仲烷基磺酸钠、异构醇醚硫酸酯、乙二胺、亚麻酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、苯乙烯、多乙烯多胺、水;其中各组分的质量分数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚10-30份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15-20份、磷酸辛酯5-15份、环氧乙烷3-8份、仲烷基磺酸钠6-10份、异构醇醚硫酸酯3-5份、乙二胺6-12份、亚麻酸4-8份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐2-5份、苯乙烯1-4份、多乙烯多胺1-3份、水80-150份;将上述各组分放置在容器内,持续搅拌20-30min,且前10min的搅拌速度为60转/min,之后的搅拌速度在150转/min,温度则控制在40-50℃之间,搅拌完成后即可出料。
作为优选,上述各组分的质量份数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚22份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚18份、磷酸辛酯8份、环氧乙烷4份、仲烷基磺酸钠7份、异构醇醚硫酸酯4份、乙二胺10份、亚麻酸5份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐3份、苯乙烯2份、多乙烯多胺2份、水120份。
本发明所得到的一种高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法,其得到的渗透剂能有效提升高密度腈纶织物在染色过程中染料的渗透能力,从而确保各个区域的染色均匀性,染色品质得到保证。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法,配制如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸辛酯、环氧乙烷、仲烷基磺酸钠、异构醇醚硫酸酯、乙二胺、亚麻酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、苯乙烯、多乙烯多胺、水;其中各组分的质量分数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、磷酸辛酯5份、环氧乙烷3份、仲烷基磺酸钠6份、异构醇醚硫酸酯3份、乙二胺6份、亚麻酸4份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐2份、苯乙烯1份、多乙烯多胺1份、水80份;将上述各组分放置在容器内,持续搅拌20-30min,且前10min的搅拌速度为60转/min,之后的搅拌速度在150转/min,温度则控制在40-50℃之间,搅拌完成后即可出料。

本实施例描述的一种高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法,配制如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸辛酯、环氧乙烷、仲烷基磺酸钠、异构醇醚硫酸酯、乙二胺、亚麻酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、苯乙烯、多乙烯多胺、水;其中各组分的质量分数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚30份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20份、磷酸辛酯15份、环氧乙烷8份、仲烷基磺酸钠10份、异构醇醚硫酸酯5份、乙二胺12份、亚麻酸8份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐5份、苯乙烯4份、多乙烯多胺3份、水150份;将上述各组分放置在容器内,持续搅拌20-30min,且前10min的搅拌速度为60转/min,之后的搅拌速度在150转/min,温度则控制在40-50℃之间,搅拌完成后即可出料。
实施例3:

1.一种高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法,其特征是:配制如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸辛酯、环氧乙烷、仲烷基磺酸钠、异构醇醚硫酸酯、乙二胺、亚麻酸、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、苯乙烯、多乙烯多胺、水;其中各组分的质量分数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚10-30份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15-20份、磷酸辛酯5-15份、环氧乙烷3-8份、仲烷基磺酸钠6-10份、异构醇醚硫酸酯3-5份、乙二胺6-12份、亚麻酸4-8份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐2-5份、苯乙烯1-4份、多乙烯多胺1-3份、水80-150份;将上述各组分放置在容器内,持续搅拌20-30min,且前10min的搅拌速度为60转/min,之后的搅拌速度在150转/min,温度则控制在40-50℃之间,搅拌完成后即可出料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密度腈纶织物的紫色染色用渗透剂的制备方法,其特征是:上述各组分的质量份数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚22份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚18份、磷酸辛酯8份、环氧乙烷4份、仲烷基磺酸钠7份、异构醇醚硫酸酯4份、乙二胺10份、亚麻酸5份、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐3份、苯乙烯2份、多乙烯多胺2份、水120份。
