Description

本发明涉及到具有隔离泡菜(Kimchi)室的冰箱。泡菜室位于冷藏室和蔬菜贮存室之间。该室可在较低或较高的温度下使韩国泡菜发酵,通过致冷空气的循环,该室还可以贮存制作好的韩国泡菜,它还可以排出在韩国泡菜室内生成的过量的冷凝水,因此增加了贮存韩国泡菜的效率和贮存时间。
普通冰箱可在冷冻或冷藏条件下贮存各种食物,使之能够在较长的时间内保持食物的新鲜度。这种冰箱由两个致冷部分组成,其中一个是直接致冷型,即在致冷循环中使用的蒸发器安装在食品贮存室,从而达到直接热交换的效果。另一种类型的致冷部分是间接致冷型,即蒸发器安装在与蒸发器相分开的空气通道内,空气和蒸发器进行热交换,然后用风扇将经过热交换的空气引到食物贮存室。
上面这种冰箱一般由一个冷冻室和一个冷藏室组成,冷藏室位于冷冻室下面。而且,冷藏部分还有一个和主冷藏室温度不同的一个隔离开的空间,这个空间被称为“蔬菜贮藏室”或温度为-1℃,用来贮存肉类等食品的“冷却室”。在这些空间,食物可以根据其要求的贮存条件分别贮存。在冷冻室和冷藏室的前面安装一扇用铰链连接的门,使得门可以绕门的垂直边轴转动,从而可以将食物放入冰箱,或从冰箱中取出。

为消除上述的不足之处,在美国专利出版号5,228,499中揭示了具有一个隔离室的典型冰箱。在这种冰箱中,隔离室位于冷冻室和冷藏室之间。在隔离室中装了一个加热器和一只风扇,让放在里面的食物发酵,在要求贮存该食物时,让装在冷冻室和隔离室之间的蒸发器产生冷空气,并利用一只调节风门将空气引入隔离室。
但是,仍然存在一个问题,那就是因为在隔离室里装了风扇和加热器,减少了隔离室内部的容积。另一个问题是因为加热器装在很小的空间里,使得在加热器邻近区域和远离加热器的区域之间存在一个温度的差别。这个差别造成隔离室内温度分布的不均匀。
此外,具有最高温度的隔离室和具有最低温度的冷冻室相邻。比隔离室温度低但比冷冻室温度高的冷藏室都位于紧挨着冷冻室的隔离室的另一侧,而不是和冷冻室相邻。这样的安排就产生了一个问题,就是各室之间的热传递效率增加而食物贮藏的效率下降。
本发明设计了一种冰箱,能容易而有效地解决上面提到的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种冰箱,它可使发酵和贮存室的效率达到最高水平,使得贮存的韩国泡菜能长时间地保持其正宗的味道。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种冰箱。在这种冰箱中,在泡菜室形成的冷凝水可以排到冰箱外面,从而提高了泡菜室的新鲜程度。

当电源加到1号压缩机101后,致冷剂在高压下压缩成高温气体,并被通入到冷凝器和毛细管(它们并没有画在图上)而被转换为低压低温液态致冷剂。该液体然后流入蒸发器81,这样流入热交换室8的空气通过和蒸发器的接触而进行热交换,于是就变成了冷却空气,该冷却空气通过风扇82供给冷冻室1,在冷冻室1内,冷却空气使食物降温。

用各种调味品配制的韩国泡菜,贮存在韩国泡菜容器内,再插入泡菜室3中。当门3A关上后,根据所要求的发酵条件来选择高温按钮或低温按钮(附图中未画出),然后将发酵信号送到控制部分(附图中未画出)。根据控制部分的指令,电源加到加热丝322上,该加热丝是设置在每个加热板321L,321U的外表面上的。由于板321被加热,板的热量被均匀地传递到泡菜室3内的空气中。贮存室内温暖的空气于是均匀地使韩国泡菜发酵。由于存在隔热空间32A,所以板上产生的热几乎不会传递到第二间壁6和第三间壁7上。

在上面说明的具有泡菜室的冰箱中,因为加热器安装在上、下板的整个外表面,所以贮存在泡菜室中的韩国泡菜能均匀地发酵。因为致冷管安装在致冷部件的外表面,所以制作好的韩国泡菜也可以在均匀的冷却条件下贮存在泡菜室中。而且,因为加热器和致冷管安装在泡菜室的外表面,所以泡菜室的内部贮存容积达到最大。
此外,泡菜室有减少相邻贮存室之间温度差的作用,因而减少了它们之间的热传递量,增加了贮存装置的效率。
还有一点是,收集了在泡菜室内形成的冷凝水,并将其排放到冰箱之外,因此可以在长时间内将韩国泡菜保持在新鲜状态。
上面描述的泡菜室的结构,除了可以用作泡菜储存室之外,还可以通过有选择地控制温度将泡菜室用作冷冻室或冷藏室。而且,还可以将泡菜室用作冷却室或葡萄酒贮存室,此时温度稳定地保持在零下1℃。
