本发明属于工艺美术领域,特别涉及一种采用钧瓷制作的主题为洞天福地的工艺品的制作方法。
背景技术
陶瓷是中华文化的重要组成部分之一,而钧瓷又是中华陶瓷文化中的一颗璀璨明珠;钧瓷具有“进窑一色,出窑万彩”等独特的特色,是其他陶瓷工艺品无法实现和比拟的;洞天福地,来源于中国传统文化中的仙人居住场所,以描绘其环境幽静,景色奇特,远离尘世的优美环境;如图1,作品中采用圆弧形的外圈象征山洞的外围,形成环形,在环形内部,其上下部分都有仿照自然钟乳石的造型,七色彩为五彩斑斓,环形与钟乳石的结合处成玉质感;由于其造型复杂,色彩难以控制,在现有钧瓷工艺制作过程中成品率低,不容易表现设计思想。
发明内容
为了更好体现洞天福地钧瓷工艺品的设计风格和思想,本发明提出一种主题为洞天福地的钧瓷工艺品的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,1、制作坯型;2、修整坯型;3、素烧;4、施釉;5、烧制;所述的步骤1是将表现山洞的外环、洞内上部的钟乳石、洞内下部的钟乳石分别制作模具,采用注浆方法制分别作出坯型;所述的步骤2是将步骤1中制作好的坯型采用人工修整,保持其自然形态,并将分别制作的型坯粘接一起,修整粘接接缝,并阴凉处晾干;所述的步骤3是将晾干后的坯型放入素烧窑中进行素烧;在970°C-1000°C的温度下烧制4.5-6小时,停火自然冷却10个小时;所述的步骤4是将步骤3素烧后的完好坯型将外环和洞内上部钟乳石和洞内下部钟乳石分别施釉;所述的施釉方法是外环采用浸釉,其釉色采用紫红色;所述的釉料包括磁石5%-10%,本药10%-15%,黄长石20%-30%,滑石1%-5%,方解石10%-20%,钠长石10%-20%,玻璃10%-20%,孔雀石3%-5%,氧化锡0.5%-2%;将所有釉料粉碎混合后加水制成釉浆,对外环进行浸釉,其粉碎细度为200-400目,浸釉厚度0.8-1毫米;洞内上部钟乳石采用喷釉的方法进行施釉,其喷釉过程中应保证釉浆充足,有釉浆沿钟乳石自然流下,形成垂丝;所述的洞内上部钟乳石采用青色釉色;所采用的釉料包括临汝长石10%-20%,湖南长石10%-20%,石英20%-30%,方解石10%15%,氧化锌5%-15%,青碱1%-5%,苏州土1%-5%,;所述的洞内下部钟乳石采用多种色彩,包括酱色,青色,花斑釉色;所述的洞内下部钟乳石采用刷釉的方法进行施釉,有利于采用不同釉色;其中酱色釉料中包括黄长石10%-20%,本药10%-20%,石英15%-25%,方解石10%-20%,氧化铁8%-15%;将其粉碎混合后加水制成酱色釉浆浆料,过滤后采用刷子进行刷釉;所述的青色采用洞内上部钟乳石的配色釉浆;所述的花斑鲉色采用洞内上部钟乳石的青色釉料中加入8%-15%的氧化铁制成;刷釉过程中在洞内下部钟乳石的上部尖端处向上拉出釉丝;施釉后将坯型晒干;所述的步骤5是将步骤4施釉后的坯型,放入窑内烧制,采用传统煤烧窑进行烧制;所述的烧制工艺过程包括从点火均匀升温到1000°C烧制5-6个小时,对釉料进行初步氧化;从1000°C-1080°C烧制1个小时,对釉料进行重还原;从1080°C-1260°C烧制3-5小时,对釉料进行轻还原;从1260°C-1290°C烧制1小时,对釉料进行较重还原;然后降温,当窑温降温到自然温度时,出窑进行拣选。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,能够把钧瓷特点充分体现在洞天福地造型设计上,色彩丰富,造型逼真,成品率高。

具体实施方式
为了更详细的说明本发明的技术方案,现结合附图,进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式;
实施例一,如图1,本例中选用作品高度450毫米,宽度350毫米,下部厚度120毫米,上部厚度60毫米,外环1呈鸭蛋形的结构;按照步骤1,2,本例中选用禹州当地的陶土,按照本行业通用的方法制作模型和模具,再制作浆料,将外环1和洞内上部钟乳石2和洞内下部钟乳石3分别制出坯型,并采用本行业通用的方法按照设计造型,粘接一起,并将接缝和外观修整,晾干后备用;将晾干后的坯型外表打磨光滑,放入素烧窑内按照步骤3的方法进行素烧,本例中采用990°C的温度烧制5小时;按照步骤4,将步骤3素烧后的完好坯型将外环1和洞内上部钟乳石2和洞内下部钟乳石3分别施釉;所述的施釉方法是外环采用浸釉,其釉色采用紫红色;所述的釉料包括磁石8%,本药15%,黄长石20%,滑石3%,方解石16%,钠长石12%,玻璃11%,孔雀石3.5%,氧化锡1%;将所有釉料粉碎混合后加水制成釉浆,对外环1进行浸釉,其粉碎细度为350目,浸釉厚度1毫米;本例中洞内上部钟乳石2采用喷釉的方法进行施釉,其喷釉过程中应保证釉浆充足且不易太粘稠,以保证有釉浆沿钟乳石自然流下,形成垂丝;本例中洞内上部钟乳石2采用青色釉色;所采用的釉料包括临汝长石18%,湖南长石13%,石英25%,方解石13%,氧化锌8%,青碱2%,苏州土1.5%,;本例中采用洞内下部钟乳石3采用多种色彩,包括酱色,青色,花斑釉色;将洞内下部钟乳石3采用刷釉的方法进行施釉,间隔刷釉,有利于采用不同釉色;其中酱色釉料中包括黄长石15%,本药18%,石英20%,方解石15%,氧化铁12%;将其粉碎混合后加水制成酱色釉浆浆料,过滤后采用刷子进行刷釉;本例中青色采用洞内上部钟乳石2的配色釉浆;本例中花斑鲉色采用洞内上部钟乳石2的青色釉料中加入12%的氧化铁制成;刷釉过程中在洞内下部钟乳石的上部尖端处向上拉出釉丝;施釉后将坯型晒干;本例中步骤5是将步骤4施釉后的坯型,放入窑内烧制,采用传统煤烧窑进行烧制;所述的烧制工艺过程包括从点火均匀升温到1000°C烧制5个小时,对釉料进行初步氧化;从1000°C-1080°C烧制1个小时,对釉料进行重还原;从1080°C-1260°C烧制3.5小时,对釉料进行轻还原;从1260°C-1290°C烧制1小时,对釉料进行较重还原;然后降温,当窑温降温到自然温度时,出窑进行拣选;这样能够简化模型和模具的制造难度;施釉方法能够使各部分色彩不同,显现多彩氛围,在钟乳石上拉出釉质悬丝,更加逼真,烧制温度和时间的控制,便于各部分各种色釉的均化融合,与坯型结合牢固,避免产生开裂和釉色流失,提高成品率。
