Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃风挡橡胶棚布的制备工艺方法,首先采用超声波辅助挤出制备阻燃三元乙丙橡胶,然后使用压延机与基布复合定型,形成基布为中间层的三层结构,之后经共同硫化而成。本发明中对三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯‑乙酸乙烯酯橡胶共混胶进行超声波处理,提高了胶料之间的相容性,使共混胶耐低温性能、阻燃性能得到大大提高;本发明中制备的三层结构橡胶棚布,其上下表面为阻燃三元乙丙橡胶层,使风挡棚布具有优异的超低烟、低毒、无卤阻燃性能,中间层起到支撑作用,可以有效提高风挡棚布整体压缩回弹性,提高风挡的密封效果。

一种阻燃风挡橡胶棚布的制备工艺方法
技术领域
本发明涉及列车组件生产加工技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃风挡橡胶棚布的制备工艺方法。
背景技术
高速动车组的风挡分为外风挡和内风挡2部分,共同承担车辆之间的挤压和相对运动,并且内风挡主要作为旅客安全通道,外风挡用来降低车辆运行时产生的噪音,同时还使2个车辆之间弧面联接平滑一致,以降低高速动车组运行时的空气阻力。但是,橡胶风挡在运营过程中仍存在着一些问题:密封性不好,耐老化龟裂性存在不足,外形欠美观,阻燃性能不足等。
乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶 [EVM,乙酸乙烯酯(VA)质量分数为0.4-0.8] 燃烧时发烟量小,几乎不产生腐蚀性气体,是较理想的低烟无卤阻燃材料。目前,无卤阻燃 EVM 材料已成功用于制造高速列车的电缆和风挡、模压制品、管材、矿山用输送带、橡胶板及隔音窗帘等。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种阻燃风挡橡胶棚布的制备工艺方法,有效提高风挡橡胶棚布的阻燃性、耐低温性能。
一种阻燃风挡橡胶棚布的制备工艺方法,首先采用超声波辅助挤出制备阻燃三元乙丙橡胶,然后使用压延机与基布复合定型,形成基布为中间层的三层结构,之后经共同硫化而成。
其中,所述基布为尼龙纤维布、玻璃纤维、聚酯纤维布或聚酯尼龙混纺纱布。
其中,所述阻燃三元乙丙橡胶原料配方如下:三元乙丙橡胶100份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶80-130份,轻质氢氧化铝10-20份,硼酸锌8-16份,防老剂RD 3-6份,硬脂酸4-10份,聚乙烯蜡4-12份,硫磺2-6份。
具体制备工艺步骤如下:
(1)将三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶加入开炼机上进行混炼,辊温控制在40-65℃,于转子速度45-60r/min下共混3-8分钟,混炼后将胶料在双辊开炼机上出片,再将胶片切割成宽15mm,厚15mm,长170mm的胶条;
(2)超声波辅助挤出:然后将胶条投入到单螺杆超声波同轴挤出机中挤出,螺杆速度为20-30r/min,喂料速度为35-45g/min,机筒温度75-100℃;
(3)混炼:将步骤(2)胶料与配方中余下填料混合投入双辊开炼机中,于20-40r/min转速和35-45℃下混炼8-13分钟,将胶料打三角包两次,薄通2-3次后,打卷出片,胶料停放6-8小时后,再开炼机上返炼,打卷取下;
(4)压延机复合:
启动四辊压延机,设定压延机辊温在35-50℃,将上述胶片置于压延机1、2辊之间及3、4辊之间,基布置于2、3辊之间,按成品厚度要求调节辊距进行压延,获得半成品橡胶棚布;
(5)硫化:
采用鼓式硫化机对压延成型的棚布进行硫化,硫化温度为165-185℃,硫化压力为15-20MPa,硫化时间为10-20分钟。
本发明有益效果如下:
本发明中对三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶共混胶进行超声波处理,两者并用后增大了乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶分子链之间的距离,分子链的柔性增加,经超声波处理后,减弱了二者之间的排斥效应,提高了胶料之间的相容性,使共混胶耐低温性能、阻燃性能得到大大提高,同时硬度和拉伸强度均得到提高;本发明中制备的三层结构橡胶棚布,其上下表面为阻燃三元乙丙橡胶层,使风挡棚布具有优异的超低烟、低毒、无卤阻燃性能,中间层起到支撑作用,可以有效提高风挡棚布整体压缩回弹性,提高风挡的密封效果。
具体实施方式
一种阻燃风挡橡胶棚布的制备工艺方法,首先采用超声波辅助挤出制备阻燃三元乙丙橡胶,然后使用压延机与基布复合定型,形成基布为中间层的三层结构,之后经共同硫化而成。
其中,所述基布为尼龙纤维布、玻璃纤维、聚酯纤维布或聚酯尼龙混纺纱布。
其中,阻燃三元乙丙橡胶原料配方如下:三元乙丙橡胶100份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶130份,轻质氢氧化铝16份,硼酸锌13份,防老剂RD 4份,硬脂酸7份,聚乙烯蜡9份,硫磺4份。
具体制备工艺步骤如下:
(1)将三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶加入开炼机上进行混炼,辊温控制在55℃,于转子速度60r/min下共混5分钟,混炼后将胶料在双辊开炼机上出片,再将胶片切割成宽15mm,厚15mm,长170mm的胶条;
(2)超声波辅助挤出:然后将胶条投入到单螺杆超声波同轴挤出机中挤出,螺杆速度为30r/min,喂料速度为40g/min,机筒温度80℃;
(3)混炼:将步骤(2)胶料与配方中余下填料混合投入双辊开炼机中,于40r/min转速和40℃下混炼10分钟,将胶料打三角包两次,薄通2次后,打卷出片,胶料停放8小时后,再开炼机上返炼,打卷取下;
(4)压延机复合:
启动四辊压延机,设定压延机辊温在50℃,将上述胶片置于压延机1、2辊之间及3、4辊之间,基布置于2、3辊之间,按成品厚度要求调节辊距进行压延,获得半成品橡胶棚布;
(5)硫化:
采用鼓式硫化机对压延成型的棚布进行硫化,硫化温度为175℃,硫化压力为15MPa,硫化时间为20分钟。

Claims (4)

1.一种阻燃风挡橡胶棚布的制备工艺方法,其特征在于,首先采用超声波辅助挤出制备阻燃三元乙丙橡胶,然后使用压延机与基布复合定型,形成基布为中间层的三层结构,之后经共同硫化而成。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种阻燃风挡橡胶棚布的制备工艺方法,其特征在于,所述基布为尼龙纤维布、玻璃纤维、聚酯纤维布或聚酯尼龙混纺纱布。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种阻燃风挡橡胶棚布的制备工艺方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃三元乙丙橡胶原料配方如下:三元乙丙橡胶100份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶80-130份,轻质氢氧化铝10-20份,硼酸锌8-16份,防老剂RD 3-6份,硬脂酸4-10份,聚乙烯蜡4-12份,硫磺2-6份。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种阻燃风挡橡胶棚布的制备工艺方法,其特征在于,具体制备工艺步骤如下:
(1)将三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶加入开炼机上进行混炼,辊温控制在40-65℃,于转子速度45-60r/min下共混3-8分钟,混炼后将胶料在双辊开炼机上出片,再将胶片切割成宽15mm,厚15mm,长170mm的胶条;
(2)超声波辅助挤出:然后将胶条投入到单螺杆超声波同轴挤出机中挤出,螺杆速度为20-30r/min,喂料速度为35-45g/min,机筒温度75-100℃;
