1.一种黑木耳小分子肽固体饮料的技术特征为:取黑木耳100公斤,用提取食物小分子活性肽的专用机组,采用最新型最理想的高压差提取和酶解方法,此新工艺方法比煎煮法等传统方法,具有快速,环保,能耗低,费用低,高效(比传统方法提取得到率高30%——40%),充分保留原有活性成份和原有风味,祛除残留农药和重金属,提取物符合欧美标准等特点。
2.提取原理:黑木耳所含有效成分多为细胞内物质,用高压将其从细胞内释放,经多孔细胞膜壁扩散到提取溶剂中,再经过酶解等工艺过程,制成黑木耳肽粉。
3.流程如下:(1)黑木耳的预处理:用专用技术设备干燥,再用其中的破碎机40目筛破碎,然后在浸泡箱中浸泡1小时。
(2)将浸泡好的物质用专用技术设备中的微波杀菌。
(3)高压差提取,高压差冷提取浓缩专用技术设备较传统的提取浓缩设备,提取物得到率高30%。高压差提取压力在1分钟内由常压升为几十兆帕,提取溶剂在高压作用下,进入细胞内,有效成分溶解在提取溶剂中,在这样的压力及释放技术下,细胞壁通透性增大,细胞内部已经溶解了有效成份的溶剂(乙醇)在高渗透压差下,快速转移到细胞外,达到了提取目的,可显著提高提取效率。
(4)用离心设备将渣液分离,用微滤机筛网将杂质截留,再用超滤器的过滤装置除去微粒杂质。
(5)酶解,此法提取小分子活性肽原理是利用酶溶液对细胞壁成份的降解作用,本发明选用作用于蛋白质分子内部肽键的内切酶(如胰蛋白酶)和作用与氨基酸末端的外切酶(氨肽酶和羧肽酶),用两种酶同时作用高压差冷提取物,可从其中提取出91%以上的小分子活性肽(在底物浓度,加酶量,酶解温度,PH值,时间等适当的条件下)。
(6)分离纯化,用特殊方法,将小分子肽液体中的残留酶和其它物质分离开,小分子肽液提取完成。
(7)用反渗透浓缩设置除去水分,成为湿粉,用微波真空机干燥成干粉。
(8)用制粒机制成一定规格的颗粒,用真空包装机包装成所需要的各种定量包装。黑木耳小分子活性肽颗粒制成。其分子量在180至480道尔顿。
4.黑木耳肽能了快速由小肠吸收,迅速输送到病变的器官细胞内,并修复致病细胞,生成健康新细胞,达到快速治病的效果。黑木耳小分子肽属高营养食品,为全民健康提供了一种高营养食品。
