Abstract
一种用于治疗肝癌的肿瘤疫苗及其制备方法,该治疗效果改进的肝癌疫苗包括肝癌细胞分泌的exosomes小体,所述的肝癌细胞是经过Cephaloziellins J和SAHA联合加药处理的,Cephaloziellins J和SAHA的摩尔浓度之比为0.8~1.2∶1。通过使用Cephaloziellins J和SAHA加药处理肝癌细胞,结果表明,处理后的肝癌细胞分泌的exosomes及其可溶性免疫分子则能显著改善前述的抑制作用,显著提高了exosomes肿瘤疫苗治疗效果,具有重要的临床应用价值。
