Abstract
本发明提供了一种多功能瓷砖清洁剂,在清洁瓷砖的同时赋予改变瓷砖的表面性质,降低污染物在瓷砖表面的结合牢固度,使后续清洁时只需用水冲洗瓷砖,擦干后瓷砖即光亮如新,此外,由于本发明瓷砖清洁剂的使用,瓷砖能长时间保持清洁,大大减少清洁频率,既节约能源又减少了人力劳动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓷砖清洁剂,尤其是一种多功能瓷砖清洁剂。
背景技术
随着社会生活水平的提高,瓷砖已经进入千家万户,然而瓷砖使用久了,会遭遇到各种各样的污染,现在人们对家居清洁的要求越来越高,瓷砖清洁剂已经成为一种大众普遍使用的清洁产品,而现有市面上的瓷砖清洁剂一般只具有清洁功能,已不能满足消费者的要求。市场需要多功能的瓷砖清洁剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能瓷砖清洁剂,在清洁瓷砖的同时赋予改变瓷砖的表面性质,降低污染物在瓷砖表面的结合牢固度,使后续清洁时只需用水冲洗瓷砖,擦干后瓷砖即光亮如新,此外,由于本发明瓷砖清洁剂的使用,瓷砖能长时间保持清洁,大大减少清洁频率,既节约能源又减少了人力劳动。
本发明的多功能瓷砖清洁剂,其组分及其质量份数为:
柠檬酸:20-35份;
草酸:15-25份;
绿原酸:5-10份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚:8-12份;
锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒:15-20份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸:3-6份;
醋酸氯已定:5-10份;
疏水改性纤维素:5-8份;
氨水:10-15份;
香精:0-3份;
去离子水:80-100份;
本发明选用特定用量比例的柠檬酸、草酸、绿原酸三种有机酸,该配比可以协同增效的方式发挥作用,达到最好的清洁效果,而且可起到增加芬香,抑制菌斑生长的效果。
本发明所用的锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒的平均直径分布于30-50nm左右,经过多次试验,发明人发现该粒径范围的锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒既可以起到最大的疏水作用,降低瓷砖表面污渍的结合牢固程度并使得下次清理更容易进行,同时可以抑制细菌及病毒的生长速率,防止瓷砖表面生长菌斑,且提升生活环境的健康程度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例更详细地说明本发明的多功能瓷砖清洁剂。
1.实施例1
一种多功能瓷砖清洁剂,其组分及其质量份数为:
柠檬酸:20份;
草酸:25份;
绿原酸:10份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚:12份;
锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒:15份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸:3份;
醋酸氯已定:10份;
疏水改性纤维素:8份;
氨水:10份;
香精:2份;
去离子水:80份;
所述多功能瓷砖清洁剂通过如下方法进行制备:
1)按上述重量份依次加入去离子水、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚后搅拌溶解;
2)加入柠檬酸、草酸、绿原酸,锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒,醋酸氯已定,疏水改性纤维素,氨水,香精,搅拌使之溶解;
3)用200目滤网过滤后包装。
2.实施例2
一种多功能瓷砖清洁剂,其组分及其质量份数为:
柠檬酸:30份;
草酸:18份;
绿原酸:7份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚:10份;
锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒:18份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸:5份;
醋酸氯已定:7份;
疏水改性纤维素:6份;
氨水:12份;
去离子水:85份;
所述多功能瓷砖清洁剂的制备方法与实施例1中所用的制备方法相同。
3.实施例3
一种多功能瓷砖清洁剂,其组分及其质量份数为:
柠檬酸:35份;
草酸:15份;
绿原酸:5份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚:8份;
锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒:20份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸:6份;
醋酸氯已定:5份;
疏水改性纤维素:5份;
氨水:15份;
香精:3份;
去离子水:100份;
所述多功能瓷砖清洁剂的制备方法与实施例1中所用的制备方法相同。
4.对比实施例
中国专利CN201210053043.7记载了一种防水瓷砖清洁剂,按照该专利的实施例1、2公开的配方分别配置对比清洁剂1和对比清洁剂2,并将本发明实施例1中的绿原酸替换为氨基磺酸的清洁剂作为对比清洁剂3。通过实验测定上述6组清洁剂的性能。
实验方法:取在较脏环境中暴露3个月的瓷砖,分为七组,每组三块瓷砖,其中一组为对照组,另外六组瓷砖分别用上述六组清洁剂按照相同的时间和方法进行清洗,评价其清洗效果。在清洗后的瓷砖晾干后,继续在同样的较脏环境中暴露三个月后取出用同样的水流冲洗,在冲洗晾干后评价其清洁程度。
评价瓷砖的清洗效果或清洁程度的方法为:以新瓷砖的洁净程度为10分,以暴露三个月后的脏瓷砖为0分,请10个志愿者为清洁程度打分,计算平均分数。
抑菌实验:在上述六组实验组第一次用清洁剂清洗完晾干后,擦拭表面的杂菌,置于表面培养基中进行培养,。测定一周后菌斑的直径。
实验结果如下:
由上述结果可见,本发明的瓷砖清洁剂在清洁效果、易清洗、以及抗菌抑菌方面的效果明显优于现有的中国专利CN201210053043.7。
值得说明的是,以上实施例中的制备方法仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,本发明的保护范围以所附的权利要求书为准。

1.多功能瓷砖清洁剂,其特征在于,所述清洁剂的组分按照质量份数为:
柠檬酸:20-35份;
草酸:15-25份:
绿原酸:5-10份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚:8-12份;
锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒:15-20份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸:3-6份;
醋酸氯已定:5-10份;
疏水改性纤维素:5-8份;
氨水:10-15份;
香精:0-3份;
去离子水:80-100份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的清洁剂,其组分及相应重量含量进一步为:
柠檬酸:20份;

4.根据权利要求1中所述的清洁剂,其组分及相应重量含量进一步为:
柠檬酸:35份;
草酸:15份;
绿原酸:5份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚:8份;
锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒:20份;
羟基乙叉二膦酸:6份;
醋酸氯已定:5份;
疏水改性纤维素:5份;
氨水:15份;
香精:3份;
去离子水:100份。
5.权利要求1-4所述的多功能瓷砖清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述的制备方法如下:
1)按上述重量份依次加入去离子水、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚后搅拌溶解;
2)加入柠檬酸、草酸、绿原酸,锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米颗粒,醋酸氯已定,疏水改性纤维素,氨水,香精,搅拌使之溶解;
3)用200目滤网过滤后包装。
6.权利要求1-4所述的多功能瓷砖清洁剂在清洁瓷砖中的应用。
