本发明属于汽车零部件技术领域，尤其涉及一种卡车驾驶室前面罩锁机构。
背景技术
目前，重卡驾驶室必须设计有前面罩锁机构，而现有的重型车辆中，前罩锁机构存在结构复杂、冲击剧烈、机构容易失效、容易腐蚀、不易调整等缺点。
发明内容
为了克服现有前面罩锁机构的上述缺点，本发明提供一种结构简单，啮合强度高、通用性强、易调整的汽车前面罩锁机构。
一种汽车前面罩锁机构，包括锁体座板、棘爪拉簧、棘轮轴、棘爪轴、棘轮、棘爪、固定轴和盖板；所述棘轮轴、棘爪轴铆接安装在锁体座板上，所述棘轮与棘轮轴铆接相连，所述棘爪与棘爪轴铆接相连；所述棘爪拉簧一端钩在棘轮上，另一端钩在棘爪上；所述盖板为两个，分别与棘轮和棘爪相连；所述锁体座板上安装有固定轴。
上述方案中，所述固定轴的数量为两个，左右对称分布。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为：该机构具有结构简单，啮合强度高，易调整，通用性强，可广泛用于各种类型的汽车面罩锁和工具箱锁。

如图1所示，一种汽车前面罩锁机构，包括锁体座板1、棘爪拉簧2、棘轮轴4、棘爪轴6、棘轮3、棘爪5、固定轴7和盖板8；所述棘轮轴4、棘爪轴6铆接安装在锁体座板1上，所述棘轮3与棘轮轴4铆接相连，所述棘爪5与棘爪轴6铆接相连；所述棘爪拉簧2一端钩在棘轮3上，另一端钩在棘爪5上；所述盖板8为两个，分别与棘轮3和棘爪5相连；所述锁体座板1上安装有固定轴7。
关闭时，两块盖板8往内合，棘爪拉簧2外拉，棘轮3通过棘轮轴4旋转至啮合位置时，棘爪5能够迅速卡住。
开启时，棘爪5通过棘爪轴6往外侧方向旋转至一定位置时，棘轮啮合点脱位，棘轮3在棘爪拉簧2的作用下迅速回位，盖板8打开。
所述锁体座板1上安装有固定轴7，左右对称分布，该固定轴7为空心螺纹结构，可将锁体座板1固定在各类型汽车及工具箱上。

1.一种汽车前面罩锁结构，其特征在于：包括锁体座板、棘爪拉簧、棘轮轴、棘爪轴、棘轮、棘爪、固定轴和盖板；所述棘轮轴、棘爪轴铆接安装在锁体座板上，所述棘轮与棘轮轴铆接相连，所述棘爪与棘爪轴铆接相连；所述棘爪拉簧一端钩在棘轮上，另一端钩在棘爪上；所述盖板为两个，分别与棘轮和棘爪相连；所述锁体座板上安装有固定轴；
所述固定轴的数量为两个，左 右对称分布；
所述固定轴为空心螺纹结构；
关闭时，两块盖板往内合，棘爪拉簧外拉，棘轮通过棘轮轴旋转至啮合位置时，棘爪能够迅速卡住；
开启时，棘爪通过棘爪轴往外侧方向旋转至一定位置时，棘轮啮合点脱位，棘轮在棘爪拉簧的作用下迅速回位，盖板打开。
