本实用新型涉及一种非金属加油口盖卡接机构，适用于车外手动开启的塑料加油口盖领域。
背景技术
传统的加油口盖系统为金属结构，在加油口盖系统中有橡胶限位块，加油口盖关闭时，固定在车身上的橡胶限位块与加油口盖配合，防止加油口盖旋转角度过大，造成加油口盖向车内凹陷；还要有锁销拉丝系统，以实现防止汽车在行驶过程中加油口盖意外开启；在装有锁销拉丝系统的加油口盖系统中为了保证解锁时加油口盖能开启，还需要增加弹起机构。这样传统加油口盖系统至少由限位机构、锁止机构、弹起机构三部分组成，结构复杂，零件数量多，采购、物流管理成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种非金属加油口盖卡接机构，其通过加油口盖与锁止块的联合作用实现限位自锁功能，取消单独的限位作用的零件；具有限位与自锁功能，结构简单，可靠性强。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种车型的加油口盖卡接机构，由加油口盖和锁止块组成，其特征在于：加油口盖的卡接头为圆柱形，锁止块由对称布置在油箱上一对锁止筋组成，在一对锁止筋中间设有限位筋。
本实用新型的积极效果是具有结构简单，零件数量少，安装维修方便,可靠性强的特点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述：一种车型的加油口盖卡接机构，由加油口盖卡接头1和锁止块4组成，其特征在于：加油口盖卡接头1为圆柱形，锁止块4为对称布置在油箱上一对锁止筋3组成，在一对锁止筋3中间设有限位筋2。
如图1所示，加油口盖圆柱形卡接头1卡入锁止块4，圆柱形卡接头1与限位筋2接触，实现限位功能，一对锁止筋3共同作用将圆柱形卡接头1卡住实现自锁功能。当加油口盖关闭时圆柱形卡接头1插入锁止块中，锁止块4中限位筋2向车外顶起加油口盖起限位作用，并有锁止筋3将加油口盖卡接头1卡住起自锁作用。
