Abstract
本发明提出了一种高效的保温板材,包括上板体和下板体,上板体和下板体上相对的设有保温腔,保温腔中填充保温填料;所述保温填料的制备方法如下:(1)制备A组分:按重量份数计将聚酯纤维15‑30份、石棉10‑18份、石蜡5‑10份、环氧树脂40‑55份、抗氧剂8‑12份、阻燃剂6‑12份在120‑140℃的温度下搅拌10‑30min;(2)制备B组分:按重量份数计将氧化镁10‑15份、砾石粉末15‑20份、活性炭8‑16份在常温下搅拌5‑10min;(3)制备保温填料:取A组分35‑68份、B组分15‑25份混合均匀即可得到保温填料,降低了生产成本,提高了保温效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材,具体地说是一种高效的保温板材。
背景技术
随着我国经济的不断发展,节能也成为我国越来越重视的问题,而建筑节能就是其中的一个重要环节;随着国家对建筑节能工作的不断加强,特别要求居住建筑和公共建筑严格执行建筑节能标准,全面执行节能50 ﹪的设计标准,有条件的地区执行节能65 %的节能设计标准。建筑墙体的保温,是建筑节能中最重要且取得效果最明显的方面。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种高效的保温板材,降低了生产成本,提高了保温效果。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种高效的保温板材,包括上板体和下板体,上板体和下板体上相对的设有保温腔,保温腔中填充保温填料;
所述保温填料的制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组分:按重量份数计将聚酯纤维15-30份、石棉10-18份、石蜡5-10份、环氧树脂40-55份、抗氧剂8-12份、阻燃剂6-12份在120-140℃的温度下搅拌10-30min;
(2)制备B组分:按重量份数计将氧化镁10-15份、砾石粉末15-20份、活性炭8-16份在常温下搅拌5-10min;
(3)制备保温填料:取A组分35-68份、B组分15-25份混合均匀即可得到保温填料。
进一步的,所述保温腔的深度为1-3cm。
进一步的,所述砾石粉末的粒径为1-3mm。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
进一步的,所述活性炭的粒径为0.5-1.5mm。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明降低了生产成本,提高了保温效果。

一种用于保温板材的保温填料,其组成成份按重量份数计如下:
A组分42份、B组分20份;
A组分按重量份数计包括:聚酯纤维25份、石棉14份、石蜡6份、环氧树脂50份、抗氧剂10份、阻燃剂8份;
B组分按重量份数计包括:氧化镁12份、砾石粉末18份、活性炭10份。
进一步的,所述砾石粉末的粒径为1-3mm。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
进一步的,所述活性炭的粒径为0.5-1.5mm。
实施例二
一种用于保温板材的保温填料,其组成成份按重量份数计如下:
A组分35份、B组分15份;
A组分按重量份数计包括:聚酯纤维15份、石棉10份、石蜡5份、环氧树脂40份、抗氧剂8份、阻燃剂6份;
B组分按重量份数计包括:氧化镁10份、砾石粉末15份、活性炭8份。
进一步的,所述砾石粉末的粒径为1-3mm。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
进一步的,所述活性炭的粒径为0.5-1.5mm。
实施例三
一种用于保温板材的保温填料,其组成成份按重量份数计如下:
A组分68份、B组分25份;
A组分按重量份数计包括:聚酯纤维30份、石棉18份、石蜡10份、环氧树脂55份、抗氧剂12份、阻燃剂12份;
B组分按重量份数计包括:氧化镁15份、砾石粉末20份、活性炭16份。
进一步的,所述砾石粉末的粒径为1-3mm。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
进一步的,所述活性炭的粒径为0.5-1.5mm。

1.一种高效的保温板材,其特征为,包括上板体和下板体,上板体和下板体上相对的设有保温腔,保温腔中填充保温填料;
所述保温填料的制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组分:按重量份数计将聚酯纤维15-30份、石棉10-18份、石蜡5-10份、环氧树脂40-55份、抗氧剂8-12份、阻燃剂6-12份在120-140℃的温度下搅拌10-30min;
(2)制备B组分:按重量份数计将氧化镁10-15份、砾石粉末15-20份、活性炭8-16份在常温下搅拌5-10min;
(3)制备保温填料:取A组分35-68份、B组分15-25份混合均匀即可得到保温填料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高效的保温板材,其特征为,所述保温腔的深度为1-3cm。
