Abstract
本实用新型公开了密闭混炼设备技术领域的一种新型密炼机,包括底座,所述卸料管的左右两侧对称安装有卸料口,所述密炼室的底部左右两侧对称安装有加热装置,所述冷水箱的内腔底部安装有水泵,所述换热箱的内腔安装有换热盘管,所述密炼室的顶部安装有加料管,所述加料管的顶部安装有第一液压缸,采用压强传感器实时监测密炼室内的压强,采用第一液压缸和第二液压缸对密炼室内的压强进行调节,提高了压强的调节范围,温度传感器检测密炼室温度,通过控制装置和加热装置对密炼温度进行实时控制,当需要冷却时,开启水泵,通过冷水进行对密炼室的冷却,且冷却后的水通过换热盘管能够实现热量的回收,提高了能源的利用效率。

本实用新型涉及密闭混炼设备技术领域,具体为一种新型密炼机。
背景技术
密闭式练胶机简称密炼机,又称捏炼机,主要用于橡胶的塑炼和混炼。密炼机是一种设有一对特定形状并相对回转的转子、在可调温度和压力的密闭状态下间隙性地对聚合物材料进行塑炼和混炼的机械,主要由密炼室、转子、转子密封装置、加料压料装置、卸料装置、传动装置及机座等部分组成。现有的密炼机的工作温度不便于控制,而且工作压强不便于调节,为此,我们提出一种新型密炼机。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型密炼机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的密炼机的工作温度不便于控制,而且工作压强不便于调节的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种新型密炼机,包括底座,所述底座的顶部从左到右依次安装有换热箱、外壁为中空结构的密炼室、冷水箱和控制装置,所述密炼室的内腔安装有转子,所述密炼室的内腔顶部左右两侧分别安装有温度传感器和压强传感器,所述密炼室的底部安装有卸料管,所述卸料管的底部安装有第二液压缸,所述第二液压缸的顶部动力输出端延伸至卸料管的内腔连接有下顶栓,所述卸料管的左右两侧对称安装有卸料口,所述密炼室的底部左右两侧对称安装有加热装置,所述冷水箱的内腔底部安装有水泵,所述水泵的顶部通过排水管与密炼室的顶部外壁连接,所述换热箱的内腔安装有换热盘管,所述换热盘管的右侧与密炼室的左侧壁连接,所述密炼室的顶部安装有加料管,所述加料管的顶部安装有第一液压缸,所述第一液压缸的底部动力输出端延伸至加料管的内腔连接有上顶栓,所述加料管的侧壁安装有加料口,所述控制装置分别与水泵、温度传感器、压强传感器、第二液压缸、加热装置和第一液压缸电性连接。
优选的,所述换热箱的顶部安装有添加口,所述换热箱的左侧底部安装有排放口。
优选的,所述密炼室的表面底部设置有视窗。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该实用新型提出的一种新型密炼机,采用压强传感器实时监测密炼室内的压强,采用第一液压缸和第二液压缸对密炼室内的压强进行调节,提高了压强的调节范围,温度传感器检测密炼室温度,通过控制装置和加热装置对密炼温度进行实时控制,当需要冷却时,开启水泵,通过冷水进行对密炼室的冷却,且冷却后的水通过换热盘管能够实现热量的回收,提高了能源的利用效率。

请参阅图1,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种新型密炼机,包括底座1,所述底座1的顶部从左到右依次安装有换热箱2、外壁为中空结构的密炼室3、冷水箱4和控制装置5,所述密炼室3的内腔安装有转子7,所述密炼室3的内腔顶部左右两侧分别安装有温度传感器8和压强传感器9,所述密炼室3的底部安装有卸料管11,所述卸料管11的底部安装有第二液压缸12,所述第二液压缸12的顶部动力输出端延伸至卸料管11的内腔连接有下顶栓13,所述卸料管11的左右两侧对称安装有卸料口14,所述密炼室3的底部左右两侧对称安装有加热装置15,所述冷水箱4的内腔底部安装有水泵6,所述水泵6的顶部通过排水管与密炼室3的顶部外壁连接,所述换热箱2的内腔安装有换热盘管20,所述换热盘管20的右侧与密炼室3的左侧壁连接,所述密炼室3的顶部安装有加料管16,所述加料管16的顶部安装有第一液压缸18,所述第一液压缸18的底部动力输出端延伸至加料管16的内腔连接有上顶栓17,所述加料管16的侧壁安装有加料口19,所述控制装置5分别与水泵6、温度传感器8、压强传感器9、第二液压缸12、加热装置15和第一液压缸18电性连接。
其中,所述换热箱2的顶部安装有添加口,所述换热箱2的左侧底部安装有排放口,便于调节和排放换热材料,所述密炼室3的表面底部设置有视窗10,便于观察密炼室3内部的混炼情况。
工作原理:使用时,通过控制装置5提升第一液压缸18,通过加料口19添加原料,然后第一液压缸18带动上顶栓17将原料压入密炼室3内,然后同转子7的转动,物料得到捏合、塑化、分散分布,在密炼的过程中,温度传感器8和压强传感器9检测密炼室3内的温度和压强,并将检测信息反馈至控制装置5,若温度和压强过低时,控制装置5控制加热装置15进行加热,控制第一液压缸18和第二液压缸12顶起上顶栓17和下顶栓13,进而能够增加密炼室3内的压强,当需要冷却时,水泵6抽取冷水箱4内的冷水,并通过排水管进入密炼室3的外壁内腔中,进行冷却,冷却后的冷水含有一定的热量,通过换热箱2进而换热盘管20进行对换热箱2内的换热材料进行加热,提高了能源的利用效率,密炼完成后,回收第二液压缸12,通过排料口14将物料排出。

1.一种新型密炼机,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的顶部从左到右依次安装有换热箱(2)、外壁为中空结构的密炼室(3)、冷水箱(4)和控制装置(5),所述密炼室(3)的内腔安装有转子(7),所述密炼室(3)的内腔顶部左右两侧分别安装有温度传感器(8)和压强传感器(9),所述密炼室(3)的底部安装有卸料管(11),所述卸料管(11)的底部安装有第二液压缸(12),所述第二液压缸(12)的顶部动力输出端延伸至卸料管(11)的内腔连接有下顶栓(13),所述卸料管(11)的左右两侧对称安装有卸料口(14),所述密炼室(3)的底部左右两侧对称安装有加热装置(15),所述冷水箱(4)的内腔底部安装有水泵(6),所述水泵(6)的顶部通过排水管与密炼室(3)的顶部外壁连接,所述换热箱(2)的内腔安装有换热盘管(20),所述换热盘管(20)的右侧与密炼室(3)的左侧壁连接,所述密炼室(3)的顶部安装有加料管(16),所述加料管(16)的顶部安装有第一液压缸(18),所述第一液压缸(18)的底部动力输出端延伸至加料管(16)的内腔连接有上顶栓(17),所述加料管(16)的侧壁安装有加料口(19),所述控制装置(5)分别与水泵(6)、温度传感器(8)、压强传感器(9)、第二液压缸(12)、加热装置(15)和第一液压缸(18)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型密炼机,其特征在于:所述换热箱(2)的顶部安装有添加口,所述换热箱(2)的左侧底部安装有排放口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型密炼机,其特征在于:所述密炼室(3)的表面底部设置有视窗(10)。
