本发明公开了一种掺杂植物纤维的环保空心砖,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:煤矸石粉料颗粒45‑50份、轻质尾珍珠岩8‑12份、水泥8‑10份、锅炉渣5‑8份、赤泥4‑6份、果壳渣屑3‑5份、粮食作物秸秆3‑5份、铝粉0.3‑0.5份、环氧树脂4‑6份、熟石膏粉1‑2份、固化剂0.5‑0.8份、稳泡剂1‑2份、羧甲基纤维素2‑4份、水50‑60份。本发明大量掺杂植物纤维,制作成本低,环保性能极佳,抗震强度高。

Description

一种掺杂植物纤维的环保空心砖
技术领域
本发明涉及空心砖领域,具体属于一种掺杂植物纤维的环保空心砖。
背景技术
砌块是利用混凝土、工业废料(炉渣、粉煤灰等)或地方材料制成的人造块材,外形尺寸比砖大,具有设备简单,砌筑速度快的优点,符合了建筑工业化发展中墙体改革的要求。砌块按外观形状可以分为实心砌块和空心砌块。空心砌块有单排方孔、单排圆孔和多排扁孔三种形式,其中多排扁孔对保温较有利。由空心砌块单独组成或配钢筋浇筑混凝土组成的墙体作为新型墙体,在目前的建筑行业中得到广泛的应用。目前建砌筑体材料有粘土砖、加气混凝土砖、炉渣空心砖、煤矸石空心砖、水泥空心砖等,而本发明采用了道路废弃的砖渣,生产成本比其它普通砖低,消耗了道路上的废料,它是一项有利于环保的低碳建筑材料,得到了较广泛的应用。随着建筑业的发展,对空心砖的需求越来越大,由于制造空心砖会消耗大量的资源,如粘土和水泥,成本高,不符合资源节约的原则,日益不能适应社会的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种掺杂植物纤维的环保空心砖,大量掺杂植物纤维,制作成本低,环保性能极佳,抗震强度高。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种掺杂植物纤维的环保空心砖,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:煤矸石粉料颗粒45-50份、轻质尾珍珠岩8-12份、水泥8-10份、锅炉渣5-8份、赤泥4-6份、果壳渣屑3-5份、粮食作物秸秆3-5份、铝粉0.3-0.5份、环氧树脂4-6份、熟石膏粉1-2份、固化剂0.5-0.8份、稳泡剂1-2份、羧甲基纤维素2-4份、水50-60份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将煤矸石粉料颗粒、轻质尾珍珠岩、锅炉渣研磨粉碎至50-80目,向搅拌机中加入适量的水、固化剂、稳泡剂、羧甲基纤维素,采用3级搅拌方式,第一级采用双轴搅拌机搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30min;第二级采用轮碾搅拌机,搅拌时间为10-20min;第三级采用双轴搅拌机,搅拌时间为5-10min;搅拌后的浆料在45-55℃温度下,静停发泡时间为1-1.2h,静停外界温度为22-32℃;
(2)将水泥、赤泥、果壳渣屑、粮食作物秸秆、环氧树脂加入反应釜内搅拌混合,并加热至480-540℃,持续时间为1-2h,然后将反应釜内的混合材料倒出,自然干燥,制得混合粉料,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,进行练泥后,送入制砖机,通过挤压和切割制成砖坯;
(4)、将成型砖坯码放整齐,于自然条件下阴干4-5天后,在90-110℃下鼓风干燥15-18h,使其含水率为10-12%;
(5)送入养护室内,养护过程包括升温、真空和降温阶段,真空:0.04-0.06MPa,真空时间为0.5-0.8h,保温160℃保温;升温时间为0.5-0.8h,升温到230℃;降温时间为0.9~1.1h,降温到室温。
一种掺杂植物纤维的环保空心砖,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:煤矸石粉料颗粒48份、轻质尾珍珠岩10份、水泥9份、锅炉渣7份、赤泥5份、果壳渣屑4份、粮食作物秸秆4份、铝粉0.4份、环氧树脂5份、熟石膏粉1.5份、固化剂0.6份、稳泡剂1.5份、羧甲基纤维素3份、水55份。
本发明在原材料中使用了锅炉渣、果壳渣屑、粮食作物秸秆作为主要原料,解决了上述工业废料的堆放问题,节省了能源;产品的物理性能稳定,不开裂、不空鼓,抗老化、抗震效果好等问题,使用寿命长。大量掺杂植物纤维,制作成本低,环保性能极佳,抗震强度高。
具体实施方式
一种掺杂植物纤维的环保空心砖,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:煤矸石粉料颗粒48份、轻质尾珍珠岩10份、水泥9份、锅炉渣7份、赤泥5份、果壳渣屑4份、粮食作物秸秆4份、铝粉0.4份、环氧树脂5份、熟石膏粉1.5份、固化剂0.6份、稳泡剂1.5份、羧甲基纤维素3份、水55份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将煤矸石粉料颗粒、轻质尾珍珠岩、锅炉渣研磨粉碎至65目,向搅拌机中加入适量的水、固化剂、稳泡剂、羧甲基纤维素,采用3级搅拌方式,第一级采用双轴搅拌机搅拌,搅拌时间为25min;第二级采用轮碾搅拌机,搅拌时间为15min;第三级采用双轴搅拌机,搅拌时间为7min;搅拌后的浆料在50℃温度下,静停发泡时间为1.1h,静停外界温度为27℃;
(2)将水泥、赤泥、果壳渣屑、粮食作物秸秆、环氧树脂加入反应釜内搅拌混合,并加热至510℃,持续时间为1.5h,然后将反应釜内的混合材料倒出,自然干燥,制得混合粉料,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与其他剩余组分混合,进行练泥后,送入制砖机,通过挤压和切割制成砖坯;
(4)、将成型砖坯码放整齐,于自然条件下阴干4.5天后,在100℃下鼓风干燥16.5h,使其含水率为11%;
(5)送入养护室内,养护过程包括升温、真空和降温阶段,真空:0.05MPa,真空时间为0.65h,保温160℃保温;升温时间为0.65h,升温到230℃;降温时间为1h,降温到室温。

Claims (2)

1.一种掺杂植物纤维的环保空心砖,其特征在于,由以下重量份计的下述组分组成:煤矸石粉料颗粒45-50份、轻质尾珍珠岩8-12份、水泥8-10份、锅炉渣5-8份、赤泥4-6份、果壳渣屑3-5份、粮食作物秸秆3-5份、铝粉0.3-0.5份、环氧树脂4-6份、熟石膏粉1-2份、固化剂0.5-0.8份、稳泡剂1-2份、羧甲基纤维素2-4份、水50-60份;其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将煤矸石粉料颗粒、轻质尾珍珠岩、锅炉渣研磨粉碎至50-80目,向搅拌机中加入适量的水、固化剂、稳泡剂、羧甲基纤维素,采用3级搅拌方式,第一级采用双轴搅拌机搅拌,搅拌时间为20-30min;第二级采用轮碾搅拌机,搅拌时间为10-20min;第三级采用双轴搅拌机,搅拌时间为5-10min;搅拌后的浆料在45-55℃温度下,静停发泡时间为1-1.2h,静停外界温度为22-32℃;
(2)将水泥、赤泥、果壳渣屑、粮食作物秸秆、环氧树脂加入反应釜内搅拌混合,并加热至480-540℃,持续时间为1-2h,然后将反应釜内的混合材料倒出,自然干燥,制得混合粉料,备用;
