本发明公开了一种退热贴及其制备方法,退热贴包括背衬层、凝胶层和防贴膜,凝胶层的原料包括金银花、连翘、薄荷、藿香等;制备方法包括:将金银花、荆芥等小火煎煮,得到药汁A和药物B;将药物B再次小火煎煮,得到药汁C;将连翘、薄荷等小火煎煮,密闭维持,再小火煎煮,得到药汁D;将冰片粉碎,加入到甘油中,得到混合物E;将药汁A、药汁C、药汁D混合均匀,加入混合物E,再加入变性淀粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸钠,得到凝胶层材料;将凝胶层材料均匀涂布在背衬层上,然后覆盖防贴膜,裁切得到退热贴成品。本发明提供的退热贴退热效果好,能够平稳、持续的降低体表温度,粘着性和服帖程度好,无残留物。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域,尤其涉及一种退热贴及其制备方法。
背景技术
发热是指体温高于正常值,正常人体温在一个狭小范围内有所波动,如口温波动在36.0~37℃之间,以凌晨0~4时最低,下午5~7时最高,差异在正负1℃左右。口腔温度在37.3℃以上,直肠内温度在37.6℃以上,腋窝温度37.2以上即称为发热。在日常生活中,人们经常会遇到各种原因引起的发热,尤其是外感发热,及时进行物理降温是首先采用的措施。
退热贴属于物理降温用品,被广泛运用于小儿发热发烧、消夏及高温作业等情况。退热贴是外贴剂,主要由水凝胶和无纺布构成,其中水凝胶的作用是降温和贴合宝宝皮肤,而无纺布是用来固定水凝胶,方便使用。
目前市场上的退热贴主要有以下几个问题:
1.降温效果。有的退热贴一开始的退热效果很好,但在使用一段时间后,其退热效果大大下降,不能平稳、持久的降温。
2.粘着性。有些产品由于粘着性不佳,容易脱落,尤其是婴幼儿发烧哭闹时非常容易脱落,会影响降温效果。
3.服帖程度。在长时间的使用过程中,大部分水凝胶会逐渐失水变干,皱巴巴的退热贴与皮肤的贴合性大大下降,出现隆起,影响降温效果。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种退热贴及其制备方法,本发明提供的退热贴退热效果好,能够平稳、持续的降低体表温度,粘着性和服帖程度好,无残留物。
本发明提供了一种退热贴,包括背衬层、凝胶层和防贴膜,凝胶层的原料按重量份包括:金银花10-18份、连翘5-10份、薄荷15-23份、藿香20-27份、黄莲7-15份、黄柏5-12份、羊蹄跟14-20份、苦参3-10份、荆芥10-18份、羌活15-23份、防风5-10份、柴胡15-22份、黄芩10-18份、吴萸6-15份、牛膝7-15份、大黄9-15份、青蒿5-15份、冰片7-15份、变性淀粉5-13份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10-18份、聚丙烯酸钠1-5份、甘油2-7份、水1000-1800份。
优选地,凝胶层的原料按重量份包括:金银花12-15份、连翘6-8份、薄荷18-20份、藿香22-25份、黄莲9-11份、黄柏8-10份、羊蹄跟16-17份、苦参4-6份、荆芥13-16份、羌活18-20份、防风7-9份、柴胡18-20份、黄芩13-15份、吴萸9-12份、牛膝10-13份、大黄11-13份、青蒿8-11份、冰片10-12份、变性淀粉7-9份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮13-15份、聚丙烯酸钠2-3份、甘油4-5份、水1200-1500份。
优选地,变性淀粉的制备方法包括:将红薯淀粉和藕粉混合均匀,加入70-80℃的水,浸泡0.5-1小时,制备成质量分数为50%-55%的淀粉溶液,将淀粉溶液温度降低至32-35℃,加入六偏磷酸钠搅拌1.5-2小时,再将温度升至40-50℃,加入次氯酸钠,搅拌2-3小时后,在40-50℃温度下烘干至水份含量为5%-9%,研磨过100目筛体,得到变性淀粉。
优选地,变性淀粉的制备方法中,红薯淀粉、藕粉、六偏磷酸钠、次氯酸钠的重量比为:28-30:7-10:0.3-0.5:1。
优选地,背衬层为无纺布,防贴膜为PE膜。
本发明还提供了该种退热贴的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将金银花、荆芥、羌活、黄莲、黄柏、吴萸、牛膝、青蒿放入水中,浸泡1-2小时,小火煎煮40-45分钟,过滤得到药汁A和药物B;
S2、在药物B中加入水,小火煎煮20-25分钟,过滤得到药汁C;
S3、将连翘、薄荷、藿香、羊蹄跟、苦参、防风、柴胡、黄芩、大黄放入水中,浸泡0.4-0.6小时,小火煎煮10-15分钟后,停止小火煎煮,密闭维持20-30分钟,再小火煎煮5-10分钟,过滤得到药汁D;
S4、将冰片粉碎成300目,加入到甘油中,搅拌40-60分钟,得到混合物E;
S5、将S1中制得的药汁A、S2中制得的药汁C、S3中制得的药汁D混合均匀后,加入S4中制得的混合物E,搅拌30-40分钟,再加入变性淀粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌10-15分钟,得到凝胶层材料;
S6、将S5中得到的凝胶层材料置于涂布机中,将其均匀涂布在背衬层上形成凝胶层,然后在凝胶层异于背衬层的另外一侧覆盖防贴膜,得到退热贴基材;
S7、对S6中得到的退热贴基材进行裁切,得到退热贴成品。
优选地,S1、S2、S3中使用的水的重量比为4.7-5.7:2.6-2.9:6.2-7.4。
优选地,S1、S2、S3中小火煎煮的温度为110-130℃。
优选地,S4中甘油的温度为50-60℃。
本发明提供的退热贴采用多种中药制备而成,配方合理,各组分间的协同作用使得本发明提供的退热贴具有良好的退热效果,药效平稳。本发明提供的退热贴使用变性淀粉、甘油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸钠等作为中药的载体,能够持续、平稳的释放药效和水分,退热效果持久;并且粘着性和服帖程度好,无残留物。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出了一种退热贴,包括背衬层,背衬层一侧涂布凝胶层,凝胶层外侧设有用于覆盖凝胶层的防贴膜,背衬层为无纺布,防贴膜为PE膜,凝胶层的原料按重量份包括:金银花13.6份、连翘7.2份、薄荷18.9份、藿香23.7份、黄莲10.1份、黄柏8.8份、羊蹄跟16.3份、苦参5.2份、荆芥14.6份、羌活19.3份、防风7.7份、柴胡19.2份、黄芩14.1份、吴萸10.8份、牛膝11.4份、大黄11.9份、青蒿9.8份、冰片11.3份、变性淀粉8.2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮13.7份、聚丙烯酸钠2.7份、甘油4.3份、水1300份。
变性淀粉的制备方法包括:将红薯淀粉和藕粉混合均匀,加入75℃的水,浸泡0.7小时,制备成质量分数为53%的淀粉溶液,将淀粉溶液温度降低到33℃,加入六偏磷酸钠搅拌1.8小时,再将温度升至44℃,加入次氯酸钠,搅拌2.6小时后,在43℃温度下烘干至水份含量在8%,研磨过100目筛体,得到变性淀粉。其中,红薯淀粉、藕粉、六偏磷酸钠、次氯酸钠的重量比为28.7:8.8:0.42:1。
实施例2
本发明提出了一种退热贴,包括背衬层,背衬层一侧涂布凝胶层,凝胶层外侧设有用于覆盖凝胶层的防贴膜,背衬层为无纺布,防贴膜为PE膜,凝胶层的原料按重量份包括:金银花14.8份、连翘6.4份、薄荷18.3份、藿香22.2份、黄莲10.7份、黄柏9.6份、羊蹄跟16.7份、苦参4.2份、荆芥13.8份、羌活18.1份、防风8.4份、柴胡18.3份、黄芩14.8份、吴萸9.2份、牛膝12.6份、大黄12.7份、青蒿10.9份、冰片10.2份、变性淀粉8.6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮14.4份、聚丙烯酸钠2.1份、甘油4.9份、水1400份。
变性淀粉的制备方法包括:将红薯淀粉和藕粉混合均匀,加入78℃的水,浸泡0.8小时,制备成质量分数为51%的淀粉溶液,将淀粉溶液温度降低到34℃,加入六偏磷酸钠搅拌1.7小时,再将温度升至49℃,加入次氯酸钠,搅拌2.3小时后,在46℃温度下烘干至水份含量在7%,研磨过100目筛体,得到变性淀粉。其中,红薯淀粉、藕粉、六偏磷酸钠、次氯酸钠的重量比为29.8:7.4:0.33:1。
实施例3
本发明提出了一种退热贴,包括背衬层,背衬层一侧涂布凝胶层,凝胶层外侧设有用于覆盖凝胶层的防贴膜,背衬层为无纺布,防贴膜为PE膜,凝胶层的原料按重量份包括:金银花12.3份、连翘7.8份、薄荷19.7份、藿香24.6份、黄莲9.4份、黄柏8.2份、羊蹄跟16.5份、苦参5.9份、荆芥13.1份、羌活19.6份、防风8.8份、柴胡19.6份、黄芩13.4份、吴萸11.8份、牛膝10.2份、大黄11.3份、青蒿8.5份、冰片11.9份、变性淀粉7.3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮13.2份、聚丙烯酸钠2.4份、甘油4.6份、水1350份。
变性淀粉的制备方法包括:将红薯淀粉和藕粉混合均匀,加入72℃的水,浸泡0.6小时,制备成质量分数为54%的淀粉溶液,将淀粉溶液温度降低到33℃,加入六偏磷酸钠搅拌1.9小时,再将温度升至41℃,加入次氯酸钠,搅拌2.9小时后,在48℃温度下烘干至水份含量在6%,研磨过100目筛体,得到变性淀粉。其中,红薯淀粉、藕粉、六偏磷酸钠、次氯酸钠的重量比为28.2:9.7:0.48:1。
实施例4
实施例1的退热贴,凝胶层的原料按重量份还可以包括:金银花13.1份、连翘6.1份、薄荷19.3份、藿香22.9份、黄莲9.6份、黄柏9.3份、羊蹄跟16.9份、苦参4.6份、荆芥15.7份、羌活18.8份、防风8.2份、柴胡18.8份、黄芩13.7份、吴萸10.2份、牛膝12.2份、大黄12.3份、青蒿8.2份、冰片10.7份、变性淀粉7.7份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮14.8份、聚丙烯酸钠2.9份、甘油4.5份、水1280份。
实施例5
实施例1的退热贴,凝胶层的原料按重量份还可以包括:金银花11.2份、连翘8.9份、薄荷22份、藿香20.8份、黄莲14份、黄柏11份、羊蹄跟18.6份、苦参3.3份、荆芥11份、羌活22份、防风6份、柴胡21.3份、黄芩10.9份、吴萸14份、牛膝8份、大黄10份、青蒿6份、冰片14份、变性淀粉11份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮11份、聚丙烯酸钠4份、甘油3份、水1100份。
实施例6
实施例1的退热贴,凝胶层的原料按重量份还可以包括:金银花17份、连翘5.3份、薄荷16份、藿香26份、黄莲8份、黄柏6份、羊蹄跟15份、苦参8份、荆芥17份、羌活16份、防风9.8份、柴胡16.5份、黄芩17份、吴萸7份、牛膝14份、大黄14份、青蒿13份、冰片8份、变性淀粉6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮17份、聚丙烯酸钠1.4份、甘油6份、水1700份。
实施例7
本发明还提供了一种退热贴的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将13.6千克金银花、14.6千克荆芥、19.3千克羌活、10.2千克黄莲、8.8千克黄柏、10.8千克吴萸、11.4千克牛膝、9.8千克青蒿放入到459.86千克水中,浸泡1.6小时,在118℃小火煎煮41分钟,过滤得到药汁A1和药物B1;
S2、在药物B2中加入238.78千克水,在122℃小火煎煮22分钟,过滤得到药汁C1;
S3、将7.2千克连翘、18.9千克薄荷、23.7千克藿香、16.3千克羊蹄跟、5.2千克苦参、7.7千克防风、19.2千克柴胡、14.1千克黄芩、11.9千克大黄放入到601.36千克水中,浸泡0.5小时,在113℃小火煎煮13分钟后,停止小火煎煮,密闭维持26分钟,再在115℃煎煮6分钟,过滤得到药汁D1;
S4、将11.3千克冰片粉碎成300目,加入到4.3千克、54℃的甘油中,搅拌48分钟,得到混合物E1;
S5、将S1中制得的药汁A1、S2中制得的药汁C1、S3中制得的药汁D1混合均匀后,加入S4中制得的混合物E1,搅拌36分钟,再加入8.2千克变性淀粉、13.7千克聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2.7千克聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌11分钟,得到凝胶层材料;
S6、将S5中得到的凝胶层材料置于涂布机中,将其均匀涂布在背衬层上形成凝胶层,然后在凝胶层异于背衬层的另外一侧覆盖防贴膜,得到退热贴基材;
S7、对S6中得到的退热贴基材进行裁切,得到退热贴成品。
变性淀粉的制备方法包括:将红薯淀粉和藕粉混合均匀,加入75℃的水,浸泡0.7小时,制备成质量分数为53%的淀粉溶液,将淀粉溶液温度降低到33℃,加入六偏磷酸钠搅拌1.8小时,再将温度升至44℃,加入次氯酸钠,搅拌2.6小时后,在43℃温度下烘干至水份含量在8%,研磨过100目筛体,得到变性淀粉。其中,红薯淀粉、藕粉、六偏磷酸钠、次氯酸钠的重量比为28.7:8.8:0.42:1。
实施例8
S1、将14.8千克金银花、13.8千克荆芥、18.1千克羌活、10.7千克黄莲、9.6千克黄柏、9.2千克吴萸、12.6千克牛膝、10.9千克青蒿放入到496.77千克水中,浸泡1.3小时,在126℃小火煎煮43分钟,过滤得到药汁A2和药物B2;
S2、将药物B2再次加入252.9千克水,在115℃小火煎煮24分钟,过滤得到药汁C2;
S3、将6.4千克连翘、18.3千克薄荷、22.2千克藿香、16.7千克羊蹄跟、4.2千克苦参、8.4千克防风、18.3千克柴胡、14.8千克黄芩、12.7千克大黄放入到650.32千克水中,浸泡0.4小时,在121℃小火煎煮11分钟后,停止小火煎煮,密闭维持28分钟,再在114℃煎煮7分钟,过滤得到药汁D2;
S4、将10.2千克冰片粉碎成300目,加入到4.9千克57℃甘油中,搅拌43分钟,得到混合物E2;
S5、将S1中制得的药汁A2、S2中制得的药汁C2、S3中制得的药汁D2混合均匀后,加入S4中制得的混合物E2,搅拌33分钟,再加入8.6千克变性淀粉、14.4千克聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2.1千克聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌13分钟,得到凝胶层材料;
S6、将S5中得到的凝胶层材料置于涂布机中,将其均匀涂布在背衬层上形成凝胶层,然后在凝胶层异于背衬层的另外一侧覆盖防贴膜,得到退热贴基材;
S7、对S6中得到的退热贴基材进行裁切,得到退热贴成品。

S1、将12.3千克金银花、13.1千克荆芥、19.6千克羌活、9.4千克黄莲、8.2千克黄柏、11.8千克吴萸、10.2千克牛膝、8.5千克青蒿放入到459.57千克水中,浸泡1.9小时,在117℃小火煎煮44分钟,过滤得到药汁A3和药物B3;
S2、将药物B3再次加入277.66千克水,在128℃小火煎煮23分钟,过滤得到药汁C3;
S3、将7.8千克连翘、19.7千克薄荷、24.6千克藿香、16.5千克羊蹄跟、5.9千克苦参、8.8千克防风、19.6千克柴胡、13.4千克黄芩、11.3千克大黄放入到612.77千克水中,浸泡0.6小时,在123℃小火煎煮14分钟后,停止小火煎煮,密闭维持23分钟,再在119℃煎煮9分钟,过滤得到药汁D3;
S4、将11.9千克冰片粉碎成300目,加入到4.6千克51℃甘油中,搅拌57分钟,得到混合物E3;
S5、将S1中制得的药汁A3、S2中制得的药汁C3、S3中制得的药汁D3混合均匀后,加入S4中制得的混合物E3,搅拌39分钟,再加入7.3千克变性淀粉、13.2千克聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2.4千克聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌14分钟,得到凝胶层材料;
S6、将S5中得到的凝胶层材料置于涂布机中,将其均匀涂布在背衬层上形成凝胶层,然后在凝胶层异于背衬层的另外一侧覆盖防贴膜,得到退热贴基材;
S7、对S6中得到的退热贴基材进行裁切,得到退热贴成品。

本发明中涉及的浸泡、煎煮、过滤、粉碎、混合均匀、搅拌均匀、研磨、过筛等步骤均可按照本领域的现有技术操作,在此不再赘述。
本发明中涉及的涂布机等设备可选用市面上已有设备,只要能实现本发明所需功能即可,优选佳旺牌JAW50200型刮刀涂布机。
本发明中制得的退热贴基材可以根据需要裁切成适合的形状和尺寸,比如裁切成5cm×10cm的成方形。

1.一种退热贴,其特征在于,包括背衬层、凝胶层和防贴膜,所述凝胶层的原料按重量份包括:金银花10-18份、连翘5-10份、薄荷15-23份、藿香20-27份、黄莲7-15份、黄柏5-12份、羊蹄跟14-20份、苦参3-10份、荆芥10-18份、羌活15-23份、防风5-10份、柴胡15-22份、黄芩10-18份、吴萸6-15份、牛膝7-15份、大黄9-15份、青蒿5-15份、冰片7-15份、变性淀粉5-13份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮10-18份、聚丙烯酸钠1-5份、甘油2-7份、水1000-1800份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种退热贴,其特征在于,所述凝胶层的原料按重量份包括:金银花12-15份、连翘6-8份、薄荷18-20份、藿香22-25份、黄莲9-11份、黄柏8-10份、羊蹄跟16-17份、苦参4-6份、荆芥13-16份、羌活18-20份、防风7-9份、柴胡18-20份、黄芩13-15份、吴萸9-12份、牛膝10-13份、大黄11-13份、青蒿8-11份、冰片10-12份、变性淀粉7-9份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮13-15份、聚丙烯酸钠2-3份、甘油4-5份、水1200-1500份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种退热贴,其特征在于,所述变性淀粉的制备方法包括:将红薯淀粉和藕粉混合均匀,加入70-80℃的水,浸泡0.5-1小时,制备成质量分数为50%-55%的淀粉溶液,将淀粉溶液温度降低至32-35℃,加入六偏磷酸钠搅拌1.5-2小时,再将温度升至40-50℃,加入次氯酸钠,搅拌2-3小时后,在40-50℃温度下烘干至水份含量为5%-9%,研磨过100目筛体,得到变性淀粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种退热贴,其特征在于,所述变性淀粉的制备方法中,红薯淀粉、藕粉、六偏磷酸钠、次氯酸钠的重量比为:28-30:7-10:0.3-0.5:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种退热贴,其特征在于,所述背衬层为无纺布,防贴膜为PE膜。
6.一种退热贴的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将金银花、荆芥、羌活、黄莲、黄柏、吴萸、牛膝、青蒿放入水中,浸泡1-2小时,小火煎煮40-45分钟,过滤得到药汁A和药物B;
S2、在药物B中加入水,小火煎煮20-25分钟,过滤得到药汁C;
S3、将连翘、薄荷、藿香、羊蹄跟、苦参、防风、柴胡、黄芩、大黄放入水中,浸泡0.4-0.6小时,小火煎煮10-15分钟后,停止小火煎煮,密闭维持20-30分钟,再小火煎煮5-10分钟,过滤得到药汁D;
S4、将冰片粉碎成300目,加入到甘油中,搅拌40-60分钟,得到混合物E;
S5、将S1中制得的药汁A、S2中制得的药汁C、S3中制得的药汁D混合均匀后,加入S4中制得的混合物E,搅拌30-40分钟,再加入变性淀粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌10-15分钟,得到凝胶层材料;
S6、将S5中得到的凝胶层材料置于涂布机中,将其均匀涂布在背衬层上形成凝胶层,然后在凝胶层异于背衬层的另外一侧覆盖防贴膜,得到退热贴基材;
S7、对S6中得到的退热贴基材进行裁切,得到退热贴成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种退热贴的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1、S2、S3中使用的水的重量比为4.7-5.7:2.6-2.9:6.2-7.4。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种退热贴的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1、S2、S3中小火煎煮的温度为110-130℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种退热贴的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S4中甘油的温度为50-60℃。
