Abstract

Description

本发明涉及电梯装置的防火竖井门,该装置可由滚轮进行移动,而该滚轮在滚轮导向器中被导引,并与带着具有隔热材料的框架的悬架相啮合,其根部区在滑动导向器中导引而进入门槛。
德国专利DE-A1-2512536公开了一种匣式的移动竖井门,其中在竖井侧的金属门盖板的下部区设置冷气进口,而在其上部区设置了冷气出口。从而,在门廊侧的金属门盖板就会均匀冷却,而在竖井侧金属门盖板得到保护以防太强的加热。
法国专利FR-A1-2610311公开了一种移动的竖井门,它有一框架,用作设在门廊侧和竖井侧的各隔热板的托架。框架的本身充填着隔热垫。采用这种门结构能耐火两小时。
这些已知的防火竖井门的缺点在于就着火侧和冷却侧之间的温度梯度而言,它们不能满足某些国家的更严格的规定。
本发明的目的是改进已有技术的防火竖井门,克服现有技术缺点,并且在刚性,防火性及隔热性方面都能满足高的要求。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了一种电梯装置的防火竖井门,它由滚轮进行移动,而该滚轮在滚轮导向器中被导引,并与带着具有隔热材料框架的悬架相接合,其根部在滑动导向器中导引而进入门槛,按照本发明,充填着隔热排和隔热垫的门匣设置在所述框架的门廊侧,而装着隔热板的梁设置在框架的竖井侧,使得隔热板与框架及一在其中新鲜空气流通的第一中空的空间相隔开。
本发明之所以具有优点在于,在门廊侧着火的情况下,由于向着竖井侧的改善的隔热,电梯竖井仍然保持可用作为着火时逃离的通道。另一优点在于,虽然防火保护性能改进了,但竖井门的总重量仍保持较小。另一优点在于可在很大程度上避免隔热层之间的热桥。另一优点是,一般情况下不再需要在电梯门前设置必要的防火闸。
下面将参照附图对本发明进行详细说明,附图中只示出了一个实施例,图中:
图1是本发明的竖井门的垂直剖面图;
图2是在竖井门区域中的一层的水平截面图。
在图1和2中火以标号F表示,而门廊2的地板以标号1表示,而侧面终止在门柱4。梁及门柱形成电梯竖井5的一个门口,它被啮合在其后的一个门框6所包围。充填着隔热物7的门框6的顶部借助水平端部件8与门框3相连,两边通过垂直的端部件9与门柱4相连。为了补偿结构及机械偏差,在门框6和横梁3以及门框6和门柱4之间分别设置隔热密封垫10。上水平门框部分保持与固定轨道11相连,并由横向托架13终止在竖井侧,该横向托架13上携带着一滚轮导向器12,并且在其上设置了具有隔热层的盖16,而盖16又跨过滚轮导向器12、门的悬架14和滚轮15。下水平门框部分由一个盖住门槛托架17的金属盖板18终止在竖井侧。一个门槛19及滑动导向器20放进门槛托架17中。在滑动导向器20中滑动着一个设置在导向器托架21中的导向片22。
在由门的悬架14承装着的框架22包括一金属轮廓板,并由导向片22所导向,一门匣24设置在门廊侧或着火侧。如图2所示,门匣内充填着隔热排25和隔热垫26,从门廊侧开始,其顺序为隔热排25,隔热垫26,隔热排25和隔热垫26,设有通风孔27并且在竖井侧装着复盖门前方的隔热板29的水平梁28就设置在竖井侧的框架23上。在一个进一步的改型中,梁28改成垂直设置。由与框架23隔开一段距离的隔热板29构成的第一中空空间起着自然通风的作用,新鲜空气A在其内流通。门匣24的封闭边有一凹口,用于在封闭区隔热的第二中空空间32,对封闭区进行隔热,当门关闭时,自然通风的作用加强。

Claims (5)

1、一种电梯装置的防火竖井门,它由滚轮(15)进行移动,而该滚轮(15)在滚轮导向器(12)中被导引,并与带着具有隔热材料框架(23)的悬架(14)相接合,其根部在滑动导向器中导引而进入门槛(19),其特征在于充填着隔热排(25)和隔热垫(26)的门匣(24)设置在所述框架(23)的门廊侧,而装着隔热板(29)的梁(28)设置在框架(23)的竖井侧,使得隔热板(29)与框架(23)及一在其内新鲜空气(A)流通的第一中空的空间(30)相隔开。
2、按照权利要求1的防火竖井门,其特征在于所述的梁(28)是水平地安置在框架(23)上,而显示有用来流通新鲜空气(A)的通风口(27)。
3、按照权利要求1的防火竖井门,其特征在于所述的梁(28)是垂直地设置在框架(23)上。
4、按照权利要求1至3中任一项的防火竖井门,其特征在于所述的门匣在封闭边缘显示有一个凹槽(31),当门关闭时,由它形成的第二中空空间(32)起到自然通风的作用。
5、按照权利要求1至3中任一项的防火竖井门,其特征在于门匣(24)充填着隔热排(25),隔热垫(26),隔热排(25)和隔热垫(26),从门廊侧开始一层层排列。
