Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及表面上具有凝胶状覆膜的结构体。更特别地,本发明涉及可有利地用作容器的结构体。
背景技术
用于容纳液体内容物的容器无论形成容器的材料如何必须能够有利地排出内容物。当容纳例如水等的具有低粘度的液体时,排出内容物几乎不是问题。然而,当内容物是例如蛋黄酱或番茄酱等的高粘稠物质时,无论是塑料容器或玻璃容器,排出内容物变成严重问题。即,尽管容器倾斜,这种内容物也不能快速排出。另外,内容物趋于附着在容器壁而不能全部回收。特别地,相当量的内容物附着在容器的底部而不能全部回收。
近年来,已经提出了通过在例如容器等的成形体的表面形成油膜以改善对粘稠物质的滑移性的各种技术(例如,专利文献1和专利文献2)。
根据以上技术,与在合成树脂中添加例如润滑剂等的添加剂而形成成形体的表面的情况相比,可显著地改善滑移性,并且现在已经引起了注意。
然而,根据如上所述通过在基材表面形成油膜以改善表面性能的以上手段,依靠该油膜展现滑移性的有效寿命短。因此,在经过长时间之后,滑移性降低,并且根据情况,内容物附着于表面。当沿着表面落下的物质是乳化物或特别地含少量油成分的蛋黄酱样食品时,这种趋势变得特别明显。
例如,本申请人先前提出了用于容纳由蛋黄酱样食品代表的水包油型乳化物的包装容器,所述包装容器具有在容器内表面上形成的与水包油型乳化物接触的油膜(日本特愿2014-023425号)。
本申请人先前还提出了具有在其与内容物接触的内表面形成的液膜的包装材料,液膜中分散有粒径为300μm以下的固体颗粒(日本特愿2014-126877号)。
然而,即使是本申请人先前提出的上述技术,仍未有效解决滑移性随时间降低的问题。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
因此,本发明的目的是提供用于改进滑落性等滑移性的在其上形成润滑性覆膜的结构体,所述结构体持续稳定地显示提高的滑移性。
本发明的另一目的是提供可用作用于容纳乳化物作为内容物的容器的结构体,所述结构体对乳化物的滑移性的持续性优异。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人已大量进行了关于对粘稠物质的滑移性的实验。作为结果,本发明人已发现在结构体的表面上通过使用油性液体与微细固体状颗粒混合形成凝胶状覆膜时,结构体对各种粘稠物质特别是对乳化物显示提高的滑移性,并且该滑移性经过长时间后保持稳定性,已因此完成了本发明。
根据本发明,提供了在以预定形状成形的基材的表面上形成凝胶状覆膜的结构体,所述凝胶状覆膜含有粒径为50μm以下的微细固体状颗粒和油性液体。
在本发明的结构体中,期望的是:
(1)凝胶状覆膜具有在旋转频率20rpm下测量的粘度为35至250mPa·s(25℃);
(2)形成前述凝胶状覆膜的油性液体相对于基材的表面的接触角(20℃)为45度以下,和具有100mPa·s以下的粘度(25℃);
(3)前述油性液体是食用油;
(4)前述微细固体状颗粒是油脂颗粒;
(5)前述凝胶状覆膜以1.00至3.70mg/cm2的量在基材的表面上形成;
(6)前述基材的表面由合成树脂或玻璃形成;和
(7)前述基材是容器,在与内容物接触的内表面上形成前述凝胶状覆膜。
在本发明中,上述凝胶状覆膜是非牛顿流体,其粘度可通过使用旋转粘度计测量。另一方面,油性液体是牛顿流体,其粘度不仅可通过使用旋转粘度计,也可通过使用根据油性液体的粘度合适地选择的任何粘度计来测量。
发明的效果
本发明的结构体在其表面上设置有含有油性液体和微细固体状颗粒的凝胶状覆膜。因此,结构体不仅显示对各种粘稠含水物质的优异的滑移性(初始滑移性),还有效地防止所述性质随时间降低,因此滑移性的持续性优异。所述优异的初始滑移性和滑移性的持续性即使对如蛋黄酱样食品等这样粘稠的乳化物也持续地显示。
例如,在用于在这种情况下为基材的容器的结构体中,在根据本发明所述的容器(基材)的内表面上形成预定的凝胶状覆膜。即,如后述实施例1中说明的,蛋黄酱样食品填充在结构体中。在这种情况下,即使在40℃下贮存2个月后,活性(滑移性)显示为与刚填充蛋黄酱样食品后的程度相等的程度。
另一方面,当不形成凝胶状覆膜,但仅在容器(基材)的内表面上通过使用用于形成凝胶状覆膜的油性液体形成油膜时,则在40℃下贮存2周后,对内容物(蛋黄酱样食品)显示大幅降低的滑移性。
通过大量进行的实验,确认了通过根据本发明所述在表面上形成凝胶状覆膜,显示优异的初始滑移性、和滑移性的持续性的现象。虽然未明确技术原因,本发明人推断如下。
即,当尝试仅通过形成油膜来提高滑移性时,油膜通过从油膜上经过的粘稠含水物质而从表面上逐渐刮掉。因此,在初始阶段,油膜有效地显示滑移性。然而,随粘稠含水物质在油膜上流动,油膜逐渐消耗。作为结果,滑移性逐渐降低,且滑移性的持续性不再令人满意地显示。
另一方面,在本发明中,凝胶状覆膜在基材的表面上形成。因此,当粘稠含水物质在凝胶状覆膜上流动时,由于应力(负载),油性液体在与粘稠含水液体接触的界面处释放,并显示优异的滑移性。同时,在凝胶状覆膜和成形体的表面之间的界面侧,凝胶状覆膜几乎不接收应力(负载);即,凝胶状覆膜不从成形体的表面移动,并持续地在其上保持稳定性。即,尽管粘稠含水物质重复地在凝胶状覆膜上流动,凝胶状覆膜几乎不消耗。作为结果,认为结构体不仅显示优异的初始滑移性,还显示其优异的滑移性的持续性。
本发明的结构体对粘稠含水物质显示优异的滑移性,此外,显示优异的滑移性的持续性。因此,本发明的结构体可特别优选地用作用于容纳例如含水物质、蛋黄酱、番茄酱、各种调味品等粘稠的流体物质的容器,特别地,用作用于容纳具有1260mPa·s以上的粘度(25℃)(通过使用音叉型粘度计测量)的物质的容器。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明的结构体包括以满足用途的形状成形的基材1和在其表面上形成的凝胶状覆膜3。
<基材1>
只要可以将凝胶状覆膜3保持在基材1的表面,对形成基材1的材料就没有特别限制。即,基材1可以由例如树脂、玻璃或金属等的任意材料制成,并且可以满足用途的任何形状形成。
特别地,从本发明的结构体由于凝胶状覆膜3而对粘稠含水物质显示优异的滑移性的观点,期望的是,基材1具有用于使含水物质流动的配管、用于容纳含水物质的容器、和容器盖等的形状。上述凝胶状覆膜3在与含水物质接触的表面上形成。
另外,特别地从保持凝胶状覆膜3的观点,最期望的是,基材1的表面(凝胶状覆膜3的基底面(underlying surface))由合成树脂制成。
合成树脂(以下称为基底树脂)可以是能成形的任何热塑性树脂或热固性树脂。然而,从基底树脂可以容易地成形、基底树脂具有对凝胶状覆膜3中的油性液体的高度亲和性以及可以更稳定地保持含有油性液体的凝胶状覆膜3的观点,通常期望基底树脂是热塑性树脂。
作为热塑性树脂,可以例示以下树脂;即,
烯烃系树脂例如低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚1-丁烯、聚4-甲基-1-戊烯、例如乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯或4-甲基-1-戊烯等的α-烯烃的无规共聚物或嵌段共聚物、以及其环烯烃共聚物;
例如乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物和乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物等的乙烯-乙烯基系共聚物;
例如聚苯乙烯、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物、ABS和α-甲基苯乙烯-苯乙烯共聚物等的苯乙烯系树脂;
例如聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、氯乙烯-偏二氯乙烯共聚物、聚丙烯酸甲酯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯等的乙烯基系树脂;
例如尼龙6、尼龙6-6、尼龙6-10、尼龙11和尼龙12等的聚酰胺树脂;

当然,只要不损害成形性,还允许使用上述热塑性树脂的混合物作为基底树脂。
在本发明中,上述热塑性树脂中,期望的是使用已经用作用于容纳粘稠内容物的容器的材料的烯烃系树脂和聚酯树脂,最期望的是使用烯烃系树脂。
即,与例如PET等的聚酯树脂相比,烯烃系树脂具有低的玻璃化转变点(Tg)并且在室温下表现出高的分子运动性。因此,形成凝胶状覆膜3的油性液体部分地浸透至烯烃系树脂的内部,并且最适于将凝胶状覆膜3稳定地保持于表面。
此外,烯烃系树脂是高挠性的并且已经用于通过后述的直接吹塑成形方法来制造挤出容器(挤瓶(squeeze bottle))。因此,即使从使本发明的结构体应用于这种容器的观点,烯烃系树脂的使用也是期望的。
基材1可以是如上所述的热塑性树脂的单层结构,或者是热塑性树脂与纸的层压体,或者可以是多个热塑性树脂组合的多层结构。
本发明的结构体显示对粘稠含水物质的优异的滑移性及滑移性的持续性。因此,该结构体可以有效地应用到含水物质与凝胶状覆膜3接触流动的用途,并且特别地可以用作用于容纳含水物质的容器。即,本发明的基材1应具有容器的形式,以最大程度地享受本发明的优点。
特别地,在基材1为容器的形式的情况下,当内表面由烯烃系树脂或聚酯树脂形成时,可以采用如下的结构:其中,使氧阻挡层或氧吸收层经由合适的粘接性树脂层层压作为中间层,另外,使与形成内表面的基底树脂(烯烃系树脂或聚酯树脂)相同的树脂层压于容器的外表面侧。
通过使用例如乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物或聚酰胺等的氧阻挡性树脂形成多层结构中的氧阻挡层,另外,除了氧阻挡性树脂以外,氧阻挡层可以与任何其它热塑性树脂共混,只要它们不损害氧阻挡性即可。
另外,如日本特开2002-240813号等所记载的,氧吸收层包含氧化性聚合物和过渡金属催化剂。由于过渡金属催化剂的作用,利用氧气使氧化性聚合物氧化,从而吸收氧气并阻断氧气的渗透。上述氧化性聚合物和过渡金属催化剂已经在上述日本特开2002-240813号等中详细说明。因此,虽然这里未详细说明,但是氧化性聚合物的代表性实例包括具有叔碳原子的烯烃系树脂(例如,聚丙烯、聚丁烯-1等或其共聚物)、热塑性聚酯或脂族聚酰胺;包含苯二亚甲基基团的聚酰胺树脂;以及包含烯键式不饱和基团的聚合物(例如,衍生自例如丁二烯等的多烯的聚合物)。另外,过渡金属催化剂的代表性实例包括例如铁、钴和镍等的过渡金属的无机盐、和有机酸盐或复合盐(complex salt)。
已知用于粘接各层的粘接剂树脂。作为粘接剂树脂,例如,可以使用利用以下接枝改性的烯烃系树脂:例如马来酸、衣康酸、富马酸等的羧酸、或其酸酐、酰胺或酯;乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物;离子交联的烯烃系共聚物;以及乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。
各层可以具有依据各层所要求的性能所确定的适当的厚度。
另外,允许形成通过共混例如烯烃系树脂等的纯树脂(virgin resin)与在多层结构的基材1成形时生成的例如毛刺(burr)等的废料树脂而获得的回用树脂(regroundresin)的层作为内层。或者,还允许将通过使用烯烃系树脂或聚酯树脂形成内表面并且通过使用聚酯树脂或烯烃系树脂形成外表面的容器用作基材1。
对用作基材1的容器的形状没有特别的限制。即,基材1可以依据容器的材料具有例如有把杯状(カップ)乃至无把杯状(コップ)、瓶状、袋(囊)状、注射器状、罐状和盘状等的任何形状。基材1可以已经拉伸成形并通过任何公知的方法成形。
图2示出了作为本发明的基材1的最优选实施方式的直接吹塑成形瓶。
在图2中,整体以10示出的瓶包括具有螺纹的颈部11、经由肩部13与颈部11连续的体部壁15、以及封闭体部壁15的下端的底壁17。在瓶(基材1)的内表面形成凝胶状覆膜3。
瓶10有利地用于容纳粘稠物质。在挤压体部壁15时,可排出容纳在瓶10中的粘稠物质。在瓶的内表面形成凝胶状覆膜3。由于改善了的针对内容物的滑移性以及滑移性的持续性,内容物可以快速地排出并且以其全量排出,使得内容物可以全部消耗。
<凝胶状覆膜3>
在本发明中,在基材1的表面形成的凝胶状覆膜3由油状液体和微细固体状颗粒形成。这里,期望的是凝胶状覆膜3具有触变性。
用于形成凝胶状覆膜3的油性液体显示对含水物质的滑移性,并用作润滑剂。
油性液体必须为在大气压下具有小蒸气压的不挥发性液体,或者必须为具有沸点为例如200℃以上的高沸点液体。这是因为如果使用挥发性液体,则液体容易挥发并且随时间推移而消失,使凝胶状覆膜3难以形成。
此外,液体必须如上所述为高沸点液体,必须对基材1的表面具有高润湿性,且必须能够以均匀地和紧密地附着的方式在表面上形成凝胶状覆膜3。从这些观点,油性液体必须获取相对于基材1的表面为45度以下的接触角(20℃),并且必须具有100mPa·s以下的粘度(25℃)。即,无论基材1的表面是通过使用合成树脂、玻璃还是金属制成的,凝胶状覆膜3应通过使用满足上述性能的油性液体形成。
在满足上述性能的油性液体中,期望根据本发明使用具有与要向下滑动的物质(例如,容器中的内容物)的表面张力很大不同的表面张力的油性液体,这是因为其显示进一步提高的润滑效果。
即,从改善对粘稠含水物质的滑移性的观点,期望使用具有在10mN/m至40mN/m的范围内、特别地在16mN/m至35mN/m的范围内的表面张力的油性液体。作为此类油性液体,可以代表性地例示液体石蜡、合成石蜡、氟系液体、氟系表面活性剂、硅油、脂肪酸甘油三酯和各种植物油。特别地,当显示滑移性的物质是食品(例如蛋黄酱和番茄酱等)时,优选食用油。
食用油的具体示例包括大豆油、菜籽油、橄榄油、米油(rice oil)、玉米油、红花油、芝麻油、棕榈油、蓖麻油、鳄梨油、椰子油、杏仁油、核桃油、榛子油(hazel oil)和色拉油。
与油性液体组合使用的微细固体状颗粒赋予油性液体触变性,且应具有50μm以下和特别地30μm以下的粒径。即,为了使固体颗粒在油性液体中形成网络结构,且赋予显示诸如触变性等特性的凝胶或接近凝胶的结构,必要的是固体颗粒具有上述的细粒径。这是因为具有大粒径的颗粒不能够形成颗粒在其中彼此连续的网络结构。
上述粒径可通过例如激光衍射光散射方法或通过使用显微镜观察等来测量。即,粒径代表所谓的二次粒径(聚集粒径)。
在本发明中,微细固体状颗粒可以在油性液体中均匀地分散从而形成具有触变性的凝胶状覆膜3。只要具有在使用和贮存的环境中帮助保持固体状态的熔点,微细固体状颗粒可通过使用各种有机材料或无机材料形成。然而,从对油性液体的良好亲和性的观点,期望的是微细固体状颗粒是有机颗粒而不是例如金属颗粒或金属氧化物颗粒等的无机颗粒。例如,微细固体状颗粒期望地由烯烃系蜡、米蜡(rice wax)、巴西棕榈蜡、各种纤维素或有机固化树脂(例如,通过固化多官能丙烯酸单体而获得的固化产物)形成,且因为米蜡可无任何限制的用于食品,最期望由米蜡形成。
通过混合上述油性液体和微细固体状颗粒,并将它们在强剪切力下共同搅拌来制备凝胶状覆膜3。即,上述油性液体和微细固体状颗粒的混合物可共同强力搅拌从而形成微细固体状颗粒的网络结构。
期望的是由此获得的凝胶状覆膜3具有通过使用旋转粘度计在20rpm的旋转频率和25℃下测量的35至250mPa·S的粘度。如果粘度小于35mPa·S,凝胶状覆膜3不能长期保持在成形体1上,且其滑移性随时间推移而降低。另一方面,如果粘度大于250mPa·S,滑落速度减小,且可能不能充分展现滑动性能。
另外,通过以例如相对于100质量份油性液体为5质量份的量混合微细固体状颗粒,并通过将它们共同搅拌而制备的凝胶状覆膜3在20rpm的旋转频率下显示124mPa·S的粘度,且在2rpm的旋转频率下显示243mPa·S的粘度,即,显示粘度随旋转频率增加而减小的触变性。因此当赋予触变性时,可提高初始滑移性,且以极大的持续性保持滑移性。例如,如果触变(粘度的差异)小,尽管含水物质在凝胶状覆膜3上流动,表面上油渗出得少,因此,初始滑移性有降低的倾向。此外,凝胶状覆膜3不能稳定地保持在成形体1的表面上,且每次当物质在凝胶状覆膜3上流动时,滑移性有显著降低的倾向。因此,滑移性的持续性可能不能令人满意。
为了形成具有在上述范围内的粘度的凝胶状覆膜3,必要的是合适地调整上述搅拌温度、剪切速率和搅拌时间等。然而,通常期望的是以相对于100质量份的微细固体状颗粒为约0.5至约10质量份,特别地约1至约10质量份的量混合油性液体。这使得可以通过以合适的剪切速率和合适的搅拌时间进行搅拌来制备期望的凝胶状覆膜3。
可通过任何方式形成凝胶状覆膜3以满足基材1的表面形状。然而,在此,凝胶状覆膜3具有触变性,并可通过喷雾方法容易地形成。因此,期望的是通过喷雾涂布在预定的基材1的表面上而形成凝胶状覆膜3。
期望的是凝胶状覆膜3以1.00至3.70mg/cm2的量在基材1的表面形成。如果所述量过小,凝胶状覆膜3不再能够显示滑移性,或不再能够满意地保持滑移性的持续性。另一方面,即使以不必要的大量形成凝胶状覆膜3,不再能够增加滑移性和持续性,但是费用增加,另外凝胶状覆膜3由于其重量,容易从基材1的表面脱落。
上述的本发明的结构体对粘稠含水物质显示优异的滑移性及滑移性的持续性。因此,该结构体可以优选地用作用于容纳具有100mPa·s以上(通过使用音叉型粘度计测量)的粘度(25℃)的粘稠含水物质的容器,并且特别地,用作用于容纳以下粘稠内容物的直接吹塑成形容器:该粘稠内容物例如是蛋黄酱、番茄酱、水性糊、蜂蜜、各种调味汁类、芥末、调味品、果酱、巧克力糖浆、以及例如乳液等的化妆液、液体洗涤剂、洗发水、染发剂(rinse)等。
实施例
现在将通过以下实验例说明本发明。
以下描述的是各实施例和比较例中使用的容器、凝胶状覆膜和内容物。
<容器>
提供具有以下层构成的多层结构且容量为400g的多层直接吹塑形瓶。
内层:低密度聚乙烯树脂(LDPE)
中间层:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)
外层:低密度聚乙烯树脂(LDPE)
粘接层(在内层、中间层和外层之间):酸改性聚烯烃
<凝胶状覆膜>
油性液体:添加有中链脂肪酸的色拉油。
粘度:33mPa·s(25℃),
接触角(20℃):18度
固体颗粒:巴西棕榈蜡
通过使用均化器,在室温(25℃)下,将上述固体颗粒以如表1所示的量在上述油性液体中精细分散来制备涂布液,并将涂布液以如表1所示的涂布量通过使用空气喷雾器均匀地涂布在容器内表面上从而形成凝胶状覆膜。
<各种测量方法>
接触角;
将容器内表面朝上,使10mg用于形成凝胶状覆膜的油性液体落于其上。所述油性液体的接触角在20℃、50%RH下通过使用用于测量接触角的仪器(Kyowa InterfaceScience Co.,Ltd.制DropMaster 700)测量。
粘度;
将待测材料引入烧杯,并将B型数字粘度计的主轴和防护罩放入所述物质中。在将温度保持在25℃的同时,轴以转速20rpm运行1分钟从而测量粘度。
<内容物>
将一个鸡蛋(50g)、15cc醋和2.5cc盐混合在一起,并向其中另外加入150cc食用油从而制备实验用的蛋黄酱样食品。在各实施例和比较例中,制备必要量的内容物并使用。
另外,通过使用各实施例和各比较例的内容物,以如下所述的方法评价滑移性。
<滑移性评价>
将喷嘴插入瓶中至其底部,并在喷雾凝胶状覆膜的同时拉起,从而使所述凝胶状覆膜涂布于从瓶的底部起的整个侧壁表面。向容器内表面形成凝胶状覆膜的瓶中,以常规方式填充400g蛋黄酱样食品作为内容物。瓶的口部用铝箔热封并且用盖密封从而获得填充瓶。
用内容物填充瓶在23℃贮存1周(初始瓶)。
将瓶在表1所示的各贮存时间和温度下进一步贮存。按压由此贮存的瓶的体部,将内容物通过瓶的口部挤出,直到其最后一滴。然后,将空气引入瓶中从而恢复其原始形状。
接下来,使瓶倒置(口部在下)并贮存一小时。然后,测量瓶的体部壁的内容物滑移性的程度(内容物不再附着于体部壁的程度)来。内容物附着率按照下式计算。
内容物附着率(%)=(内容物附着的表面积/瓶的体部壁的表面积)×100
从以上计算的内容物附着率,以以下基准评价滑移性。
○:内容物附着率小于10%。
△:内容物附着率为10%以上且小于50%。
×:内容物附着率为50%以上。
<固体状颗粒粒径测量>
通过使用显微镜观察形成的凝胶状覆膜,并处理其图像从而测量粒径。将最大粒径作为凝胶状覆膜的粒径。
[实施例1至7]
在成形瓶上将凝胶状覆膜以如表1所示的涂布量涂布,从而评价其滑移性。
[比较例1]
在成形瓶上将与凝胶状覆膜同样的油性液体以如表1所示的涂布量涂布,从而评价其滑移性。
[比较例2]
在成形瓶上将通过混合与凝胶状覆膜同样的油性液体和固体颗粒(粒径,85μm)获得的溶液以如表1所示的涂布量涂布,从而评价其滑移性。因为固体颗粒不是微细固体状颗粒,制备的液体不是凝胶状形式。

结果说明在瓶的内表面形成凝胶状覆膜时,对内容物显示改善的滑移性,另外,即使在将瓶在高温下长期贮存后,保持滑移性。因此,确认凝胶状覆膜在内表面形成的成形体对内容物显示优异的滑移性,并在经过长时间后保持滑移性。如果通过简单地将油性液体与固体颗粒混合在一起来制备凝胶状覆膜,滑移性随时间降低,并且获得与不存在固体颗粒的情况相同的结果。因此,确认重要的是固体颗粒是微细固体状颗粒,液体具有凝胶的形式。

Claims (7)
1.一种结构体,其在以预定形状成形的基材的表面上形成有凝胶状覆膜,所述凝胶状覆膜由粒径为50μm以下的微细固体状颗粒和油性液体形成;所述凝胶状覆膜在25℃的温度时,在旋转频率20rpm下测量的粘度为35至250mPa·s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的结构体,其中所述油性液体在20℃的温度时具有45度以下的相对于所述基材的表面的接触角,和所述油性液体在25℃的温度时具有100mPa·s以下的粘度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的结构体,其中所述油性液体是食用油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的结构体,其中所述微细固体状颗粒为油脂颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的结构体,其中所述凝胶状覆膜以1.00至3.70mg/cm2的量在基材的表面上形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的结构体,其中所述基材的表面由合成树脂或玻璃形成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的结构体,其中所述基材为容器,所述凝胶状覆膜在容器与内容物接触的内表面上形成。
