Abstract

技术领域
本发明一般涉及用于从皮肤以及其它表面上移除亲脂性物质(如涂料、树脂、油性及有机污物)的强力清洗组合物,并且特别是涉及通过用聚合微乳液代替一些或所有的二元酯而提供优异储存稳定性的清洗组合物。
背景技术
从诸如皮肤的表面上清洗涂料和树脂的常规技术在洗手化合物配方中利用工业用途的二元酯的组合。这些配方虽然可有效地移除亲脂性污物,但由于长期储存稳定性的原因,它们被接受的程度受到了限制。随着时间的推移,二元酯往往会水解成它们的酸对应物。这导致含有它们的组合物的pH值和粘度显著降低,使组合物变得不稳定并且相分离。搅拌只会使相分离的组合物达成很短一段时间的均相,之后其将再次恢复到双相状态。
已经证实的是,很难限制清洗组合物中存在的二元酯量,同时有利地减少清洗组合物的总有机溶剂含量,因为必须证明替代材料针对亲脂性污物是有效的,同时保持稳定性并排除皮肤刺激。另外,按照经济合作与发展组织(Organization for EconomicCooperation and Development)的LC50测试进行测量,任何二元酯的替代品还将理想地具有降低的生态毒性值。虽然已经评价了其它的有机溶剂,但已证明所述溶剂无法达到对于二元酯替代品的迥然不同的要求。
因此,对见于常规的亲脂性污物凝胶化清洗组合物中的全部或部分二元酯来说,需要有清洗组合物替代物质,其具有优异的储存稳定性,同时保持针对污物的有效性,具有降低的生态毒性并具有皮肤相容性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种凝胶化清洗组合物,其包含存在的总重量百分比为0.1至9.9的标准温度及压力(STP)液体油或STP展性蜡。存在的乳化剂为0.01至10总重量百分比,连同存在的总重量百分比为0.002至11的亚烷基二醇。组合物中微乳液的存在量为0.2至15总重量百分比。水构成组合物的大部分,使得该组合物在20摄氏度下储存达至少4个月期间是pH稳定和单相的。
该组合物非常适合用于从手或非生物性底材上移除亲脂性物质的过程,方式是通过施加该组合物,并之后用足够的时间使该物质软化或溶解,移除该物质的至少一部分和该组合物。可以很容易地移除硅酮垫片以及其它固化树脂和涂料。
具体实施方式
本发明具有作为凝胶化清洗组合物的实用性,特别是非常适合于移除涂料、树脂、油和亲脂性污物。本发明的凝胶化清洗组合物特别非常适合用作洗手剂,用于从使用者的皮肤上移除这种物质和污物。发明的组合物能够部分或全部地替换用于移除这些材料和亲脂性污物的凝胶化清洗组合物中的二元酯,其中1至10总重量百分比的微乳液替换全部或部分的二元酯。微乳液与作为大部分材料的水、油、表面活性剂、亚烷基二醇和胶凝剂连同任选的添加剂组合形成储存稳定的凝胶化清洗组合物。发明的组合物在减少二元酯量的方面提高了发明配方相对于常规凝胶化清洗组合物的粘度和pH值稳定性,并且其性能也比得上含有d-柠檬烯的凝胶化清洗组合物。虽然d-柠檬烯能提供有效的材料和亲脂性污物移除溶剂,但已知d-柠檬烯会对废水生物降解系统的操作造成负面影响。
发明的凝胶化组合物包含可提供至少4个月的pH值储存稳定性的微乳液。pH值储存稳定性的定义是,当在标准温度及压力下储存组合物时,在标准温度及压力下测量的组合物pH值的变化偏离小于一个pH单位。
本发明在保持针对涂料、树脂及其它亲脂性污物的常规清洗性能的同时实现了储存稳定性。通过选择特定的添加剂可以很容易地配制发明的凝胶化清洗组合物,用于局部皮肤清洗、脱涂料剂、部件脱脂剂、刹车清洗剂或底材制备材料。

要理解的是,无论给定配方的具体情况如何,本发明的组合物通过包含微乳液而具有pH值储存稳定性以及均相保持力达至少4个月的时间段。
发明的组合物包含在标准温度及压力(25摄氏度、760乇的STP)下为液体的油或在STP下为展性的蜡。对本文中的油或室温蜡的限制仅在于要求选定的油或蜡具有相容性并且基本上不与其它组合物组分起反应。本文中定义的“基本上不起反应”通篇用于表示与其它组合物成分形成共价键的程度小于1个摩尔百分比。本文中有效的油和蜡示例性地包括矿物油;凡士林;天然油,如豆油、菜籽油、蓖麻辣木油(ben)、葵花油、花生油、棉籽油、棕榈仁油、椰子油、玉米油、亚麻籽油和红花油;蜡,如石蜡和蜂蜡;它们的氢化形式;它们的甲氧基化形式;它们的乙氧基化形式;以及它们的组合。发明配方的油或蜡组分通常的存在量为0.1至9.9总重量百分比,2至6总重量百分比是优选的。不打算受特定理论的约束,据信油或蜡组分有利于目标亲脂性污物、树脂、涂料或其它残留物的增溶。
发明的组合物包含一种或多种乳化剂以促进发明组合物的均相性及其稳定性。要理解的是,乳化剂还有提高目标污物、树脂或其它物质的增溶的作用,使之在发明的组合物内分解成可溶或胶体形式。对本文中有效的乳化剂的有效限制仅要求具有化学相容性,并且基本上不与发明组合物的其它组分起反应,且量方面要求能保持pH值储存稳定性和均相性。本文中有效的乳化剂的类型包括C6-C12醇乙氧化物-丙氧化物(EOPO)加合物、聚合羧酸酯和分子乳化剂。要理解的是,本发明乳化剂及其组合的总载量可根据具体的物质本身而有所变化,以便保持发明的凝胶化清洗组合物的稳定性;然而,与乳化剂量的选择有关的因素包括存在的微乳液量、组合物粘度、存在的油和/或蜡的分子量。烷基醇烷氧化物加合物乳化剂的具体例子示例性地包括以商品名市售的分子量在800与4000之间的C8-C10醇乙氧化物-丙氧化物加合物。作为乳化剂有效的聚合羧酸酯包括丙烯酸与聚烯基醚或二乙烯基二醇交联的聚合物,且商品名为典型的聚合物颗粒具有平均直径介于0.2微米与6微米之间的尺寸,并且特征在于其为絮凝的团聚体。要理解的是,可得到总分子量、交联之间的分子量不同的聚合物,并且因此粘度及每克聚合物的水溶胀性能不同。分子乳化剂(特征在于分子量通常小于约500原子质量单位)包括脂族序列以及亲水性取代基,如一个或多个羟基、羧酸酯、季胺和磺酸酯部分。本文中有效的分子乳化剂示例性地包括三乙醇胺、鲸蜡硬脂醇、失水山梨醇倍半油酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单棕榈酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯、非乙氧基化甘油单硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、硬脂酰乳酸钠、卵磷脂以及它们的组合。典型地,分子乳化剂的存在量为0.5至3总重量百分比。优选地,提供包含乳化剂以及至少一种分子乳化剂的乳化剂包。更优选地,存在加合物型乳化剂,连同乳化剂和分子乳化剂。乳化剂加合物类型:乳化剂:分子乳化剂的代表性范围按重量计并且在示例性配方中为01-0.4:0.06-0.20:1。
发明的组合物还包含亚烷基二醇或其形成的聚合物。本发明的亚烷基二醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、它们的组合、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、混合的聚(乙二醇-丙二醇)、以及它们的组合。本发明中存在的亚烷基二醇的典型量范围在0.002-11总重量百分比,0.1-9总重量百分比是优选的。
发明组合物成分油/展性蜡、乳化剂和亚烷基二醇形成抵制相分离达至少4个月的pH稳定的凝胶化组合物,其包含存在的总重量百分比介于0.3与15之间且优选总重量百分比介于1.8与6之间的微乳液,水和对其任选的添加剂构成组合物的剩余百分比。微乳液优选为预混合的,并且作为与其余的组合物成分相混合的浓缩物提供。本文中有效的微乳液包括水溶性和非皂性阴离子表面活性剂;并且包括含有8个与26个之间的碳原子的有机疏水基团,且优选含有8个与20个之间的脂族碳,连同至少一个亲水部分羟基、磺酸根、硫酸根或羧酸根。分子的疏水部分通常包括C8-C22-烷基、-芳基或-酰基基团。表面活性剂作为盐与本领域中常见的形成盐的阳离子的盐一起存在。本文中有效的非皂性阴离子表面活性剂示例性地包括直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烯烃磺酸盐、羟基烷烃磺酸盐、链烷烃磺酸盐、乙氧基化C8-C24烷基醚硫酸盐和二(C1-C8烷基)磺基琥珀酸盐以及它们的组合。除了所述非皂水溶性阴离子表面活性剂外,发明组合物的微乳液组分还与极性有机分子相混合,极性有机分子具有疏水脂族部分和至少一个亲水部分。典型地,微乳液的极性有机组分的分子量介于50与500原子质量单位之间。还要理解的是,上文详述的分子乳化剂在本文中作为微乳液组分的极性有机组分也是有效的。除了分子乳化剂外,发明组合物中有效的极性有机物示例性地包括C2-C14二醇;二元酯,如己二酸、戊二酸和琥珀酸的C1-C6酯;以及它们的组合。优选地,使非皂性阴离子表面活性剂与至少两种不同类型的极性有机物在主相水的存在下相混合以形成微乳液。形成微乳液的代表性配方和技术示例性地详述于美国专利5,523,025和美国专利6,165,962。任选地,对微乳液添加萜烯或萜类化合物以便于移除污物和亲脂性树脂或碎屑。适合包含在微乳液中的萜烯和萜类化合物示例性地包括柠檬烯和松节油。通过将20-60微乳液总重量百分比之间的极性有机物、20-60微乳液总重量百分比的水、5-30百分比的阴离子表面活性剂和任选0-20百分比之间的萜烯、萜类化合物或其组合混合在一起可以很容易地形成本发明的微乳液。将形成后所得到的微乳液添加至发明的凝胶化清洗组合物,添加量在0.3-15总组合物重量百分比之间,且优选在发明组合物的1.86总重量百分比之间。
基础凝胶化组合物包含油/展性蜡、亚烷基二醇、乳化剂和微乳液,余者为水,其本身可有效地移除或软化固化的涂料、清漆、树脂和硅酮。要理解的是,可以很容易地通过包含任选的添加剂而对基础发明组合物进行改性以获得特定用途的益处,如用于洗手剂或脱除凝胶。

参考以下非限制性实施例对本发明进行进一步的详述。除另有规定外,本文中详述的百分比为本发明配方的总重量百分比。
实施例1
对500毫升市政水依次添加1.2克三乙醇胺、0.5克1.8克C8-C10醇EOPO加合物(按商品名销售的)和0.9克丙二醇。然后添加3.5克微乳液,微乳液由20乳液百分比的二(己基)磺基琥珀酸钠、40百分比的二元酯和10微乳液重量百分比的聚乙二醇(MW 200)(余者为水)组成。随着乳液的添加,加入另外的组分,包括0.1克的季铵盐-15;0.25克香料;4克矿物油;8克浮石;和痕量的羊毛脂、芦荟、维生素E油及荷荷巴油。再添加295克市政水使体积达到大约1升,并在20摄氏度下搅拌混合物直到均匀。所得到的组合物构成了有效的凝胶化洗手剂,在与使用者的手交互2分钟,接着用温水冲洗的情况下,每克发明的凝胶化洗手剂组合物能够溶解或者以其它方式从手上去除多于0.1克凡士林油。
在20摄氏度储存4个月后,可注意到pH值与配制时的pH值偏差在0.5个单位以内,并且本发明的组合物仍然是单相的凝胶。
实施例2
在乳液中用十二烷基苯磺酸盐代替磺基琥珀酸盐来重新配制实施例1的凝胶化清洗组合物,乳液在本发明配方中的存在量为3总重量百分比。用0.7克CARBOPOL-934代替上文实施例1中详述的CARBOPOL,调节水的量以补偿其它组分中的差异。制得了与实施例1性质类似的凝胶化清洗组合物。
实施例3
对500毫升市政水依次添加1.2克三乙醇胺、0.5克CARBOPOL 1382、1.8克C8C10醇EOPO加合物(按商品名销售的)和0.9克丙二醇。然后添加3.5克微乳液,微乳液由20乳液百分比的二(己基)磺基琥珀酸钠、40百分比的二元酯和10微乳液重量百分比的聚乙二醇(MW 200)(余者为水)组成。随着乳液的添加,加入另外的组分,包括0.1克的季铵盐-15;0.25克香料;和4克矿物油。添加市政水使体积达到大约1升,并在20摄氏度下搅拌混合物直到均匀。所得到的组合物构成了有效的凝胶化硅酮垫片移除剂,接触10分钟后,每克发明的凝胶化硅酮垫片组合物能够软化或者以其它方式去除多于0.2克RTV硅酮。
在20摄氏度储存4个月后,可注意到pH值与配制时的发明组合物偏差在0.3个pH单位以内,并且仍然是单相的凝胶。
实施例4
在乳液中用乙氧基化C12烷基醚硫酸盐代替磺基琥珀酸盐来重新配制实施例3的凝胶化清洗组合物,乳液在本发明配方中的存在量为2.2总重量百分比。制得了与实施例3性质类似的凝胶化清洗组合物。

Claims (19)
1.一种储存稳定的凝胶化清洗组合物,包含:
存在的总重量百分比为0.1至9.9的液体油或展性蜡;
存在的总重量百分比为0.1至10的乳化剂;
存在的总重量百分比为0.002至11的亚烷基二醇;
存在的总重量百分比为0.2至15的微乳液;
磨料;和
构成所述组合物的大部分的水,所述组合物在20摄氏度下储存达至少4个月期间保持单相。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述乳化剂包括C6-C12醇环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷加合物、聚合羧酸酯或分子量为500或更少原子质量单位的分子乳化剂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其中所述乳化剂包含至少一种所述加合物和至少一种所述聚合羧酸酯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其中所述乳化剂包含所述分子乳化剂中的至少一种和所述聚合羧酸酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其中所述乳化剂包含所述加合物中的至少一种、所述聚合羧酸酯中的至少一种和所述分子乳化剂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述微乳液的存在量为0.3至1总重量百分比。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中存在2至20总重量百分比的所述磨料。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述组合物进一步包括润肤剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,还包含pH添加剂以实现介于6与9之间的组合物pH值。
10.根据权利要求1所述的凝胶化组合物,还包含多价金属离子盐。
11.一种储存稳定的凝胶化清洗组合物,包含:
存在的总重量百分比为0.1至9.9的在25℃是液体的油或在25℃是展性的蜡;
存在的总重量百分比为0.1至10的乳化剂;
存在的总重量百分比为0.002至11的亚烷基二醇;
存在的总重量百分比为0.2至15的聚合微乳液;
存在的总重量百分比为2至20的磨料;和
构成所述组合物的大部分的水,所述组合物在20摄氏度下储存达至少4个月期间保持单相,
其中所述聚合微乳液包含占所述组合物的量小于0.4总重量百分比的二元酯;水;极性有机溶剂;和阴离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸盐、硫酸盐或膦酸盐。
12.根据权利要求11所述的组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺基琥珀酸盐。
13.根据权利要求11所述的组合物,其中所述极性有机溶剂包含二元酯、C2-C14二醇中的至少一种或它们的组合。
14.一种清洗手的方法,包括:
施加储存稳定的组合物,所述组合物包含:存在的总重量百分比为0.1至9.9的液体油或展性蜡;存在的总重量百分比为0.1至10的乳化剂;存在的总重量百分比为0.002至11的亚烷基二醇;存在的总重量百分比为0.2至15的微乳液;存在的总重量百分比为2至20的磨料;和构成所述组合物的大部分的水,所述组合物在20摄氏度下储存达至少4个月期间保持单相;
用足够的时间使所述组合物与所述手上的亲脂性物质相互作用;并
从所述手上除掉所述亲脂性物质的一部分和所述组合物。
15.一种清洗涂有亲脂性物质的非生物性底材的方法,包括:
对所述亲脂性物质施加储存稳定的组合物,所述组合物包含:存在的总重量百分比为0.1至9.9的液体油或展性蜡;存在的总重量百分比为0.1至10的乳化剂;存在的总重量百分比为0.002至11的亚烷基二醇;存在的总重量百分比为0.2至15的微乳液;存在的总重量百分比为2至20的磨料;和构成所述组合物的大部分的水,所述组合物在20摄氏度下储存达至少4个月期间保持单相;
用足够的时间使所述组合物与所述底材上的亲脂性物质相互作用;并
从所述底材上除掉所述亲脂性物质的一部分和所述组合物。
16.一种储存稳定的凝胶化清洗组合物,包括权利要求1-10中的任一技术特征或技术特征的任意组合。
17.一种储存稳定的凝胶化清洗组合物,包括权利要求11-13中的任一技术特征或技术特征的任意组合。
18.一种清洗手的方法,包括权利要求14中的任一技术特征或技术特征的任意组合。
19.一种清洗涂有亲脂性物质的非生物性底材的方法,包括权利要求15中的任一技术特征或技术特征的任意组合。
