Abstract

本发明提供了一种音箱的箱体,所述箱体包括一容置空间,所述容置空间中表面积最大的两个面之间通过复数个加强筋连接;当上述两个面具有相向运动或相背运动趋势时,所述加强筋对上述两个面提供逆着运动趋势方向的限位力;所述箱体和加强筋通过吹塑一体成型。本发明提供了一种音箱的箱体,箱体的容积在使用过程中能够保持不变,并且箱体的重量很轻,腔体的内壁也很薄。充分满足高音质的要求和便携性的要求。

一种音箱的箱体、音箱箱体的吹塑模具和制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种音箱的箱体。
背景技术
传统观念中,音箱的音质好坏与音箱的重量有密不可分的关系,因为音箱的扬声器单元越大,驱动扬声器单元振动时需要的功率也越大。扬声器单元振动后在箱体内产生的声压也就越大。声压越大就越容易让箱体内的容积随着扬声器单元的膨胀和收缩变大或变小。为了让箱体的容积能够保持不变,就需要将箱体的内壁做得更厚,制作箱体的材料的刚性也要比较强。这些都增加了音箱箱体的质量。使得好音质与轻箱体成为了一对矛盾体,不可能同时实现。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题时提供一种音箱的箱体,箱体的容积在使用过程中能够保持不变,并且箱体的重量很轻,腔体的内壁也很薄。充分满足高音质的要求和便携性的要求。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种音箱的箱体,所述箱体包括一容置空间,所述容置空间中表面积最大的两个面之间通过复数个加强筋连接;当上述两个面具有相向运动或相背运动趋势时,所述加强筋对上述两个面提供逆着运动趋势方向的限位力;
所述箱体和加强筋通过吹塑一体成型。
在一较佳实施例中:所述加强筋为空心柱体,所述两个面分别具有连通至空心柱体的开口;所述开口与空心柱体一一对应设置。
在一较佳实施例中:所述加强筋相互平行。
在一较佳实施例中:所述箱体为矩形体,其上表面和下表面之间通过所述加强筋连接。
本发明还提供了一种制作上述的音箱箱体的吹塑模具,包括两块对称设置的模具,所述两块模具相向的一侧为开口面;每一个模具中远离开口面的一面向着靠近开口面的方向延伸出复数个柱体;所述柱体低于所述开口面所在的平面;
当两块模具相向拼合后,两块模具的柱体端面之间具有一定的距离。
在一较佳实施例中:所述模具为矩形体。
本发明还提供了一种使用上述的吹塑模具制作音箱的方法,将吹塑所需的型坯沿着长度方向放入两个模具之间,盖合模具将型坯的两端切断,使其收容至两个模具之间;
对两个模具拼合后的吹塑口进行吹塑,使得模具内的型坯膨胀;型坯在膨胀过程中包覆在模具的内壁和柱体的外壁,形成所述音箱的箱体。
相较于现有技术,本发明的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
1.本发明提供的一种音箱箱体,通过吹塑工艺使得箱体整体一体成型,表面张力比较大,在音箱工作过程中箱体的抗压能力比较强,就不容易发生容积的变化。另外,箱体表面积最大的两个面通过加强筋对拉,就进一步增加了箱体的抗压能力。使得箱体做得很轻很薄的同时,还能够满足高音质音箱对箱体的要求。
2.本发明提供的一种音箱箱体,使用吹塑工艺可以很方便地制作长条形的音箱箱体。并且吹塑需要使用到的模具成本很低,相较于传统的注塑工艺能大大节约成本。这样就使得同一款长条形音箱(soundbar)可以具备不同长度的音箱箱体,使用者可以根据自家电视的长度选择相应长度的长条形音箱,使得音箱和电视更加适配,整体性得到了加强。
3.本发明提供的一种音箱箱体,用加强筋的方式制作音箱的箱体,箱体的容积很稳定,因此箱体的形状可以做成各种各样的,不用局限于压力容器。这样就可以用吹塑的方法制作各种各样的个性音箱。
4.本发明提供的一种音箱箱体,由于箱体内天然就存在有很多空心柱体,因此,可以利用这些柱体来设置倒相管音箱或者迷宫音箱。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行进一步的说明和描述。
参考图1-3,一种制作音箱箱体的吹塑模具,包括两块对称设置的矩形体模具1,所述两块模具1相向的一侧为开口面;每一个模具1中远离开口面的一面向着靠近开口面的方向延伸出复数个柱体11;所述柱体11低于所述开口面所在的平面;
因此,当两块模具1相向拼合后,两块模具1的柱体11端面之间具有一定的距离。本实施例中模具为矩形,仅为举例说明而已,实际应用中可以更换其它形状的模具,属于本实施例的简单替换。
使用上述的吹塑模具制作音箱的方法,将吹塑所需的型坯沿着长度方向放入两个模具1之间,盖合模具1将型坯的两端切断,使其收容至两个模具1之间;
对两个模具1拼合后的吹塑口进行吹塑,使得模具1内的型坯膨胀;型坯在膨胀过程中沿着柱体11端面之间的缝隙流动,从而使得型坯整体包覆在模具的内壁和柱体的外壁,形成音箱的箱体2。
成型的音箱箱体2,包括一容置空间,所述容置空间中表面积最大的两个面之间通过复数个加强筋21连接;当上述两个面具有相向运动或相背运动趋势时,所述加强筋对上述两个面提供逆着运动趋势方向的限位力;
所述加强筋21为空心柱体,所述两个面分别具有连通至空心柱体的开口22;所述开口22与空心柱体21一一对应设置,并且所述加强筋21相互平行。
上述的一种音箱箱体,通过吹塑工艺使得箱体整体一体成型,表面张力比较大,在音箱工作过程中箱体的抗压能力比较强,就不容易发生容积的变化。另外,箱体表面积最大的两个面通过加强筋对拉,就进一步增加了箱体的抗压能力。使得箱体做得很轻很薄的同时,还能够满足高音质音箱对箱体的要求。、实施例2
参考图4,本实施例中,加强筋的形态不再是空心圆柱体了,而是改成了扁平空心柱体,同样可以达到加强筋的作用,其余部分与实施例1相同,不再赘述。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (8)

1.一种音箱的箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体包括一容置空间,所述容置空间中表面积最大的两个面之间通过复数个加强筋连接;当上述两个面具有相向运动或相背运动趋势时,所述加强筋对上述两个面提供逆着运动趋势方向的限位力;
所述箱体和加强筋通过吹塑一体成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种音箱的箱体,其特征在于:所述加强筋为空心柱体,所述两个面分别具有连通至空心柱体的开口;所述开口与空心柱体一一对应设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种音箱的箱体,其特征在于:所述加强筋为空心扁平柱体,所述两个面分别具有连通至空心扁平柱体的开口;所述开口与空心扁平柱体一一对应设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种音箱的箱体,其特征在于:所述加强筋相互平行。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种音箱的箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体为矩形体,其上表面和下表面之间通过所述加强筋连接。
6.一种制作权利要求1-5中任一项所述的音箱箱体的吹塑模具,其特征在于:包括两块对称设置的模具,所述两块模具相向的一侧为开口面;每一个模具中远离开口面的一面向着靠近开口面的方向延伸出复数个柱体;所述柱体低于所述开口面所在的平面;
当两块模具相向拼合后,两块模具的柱体端面之间具有一定的距离。
7.根据权利要求6所述的音箱箱体的吹塑模具,其特征在于:所述模具为矩形体。
8.一种使用权利要求5或6或7所述的吹塑模具制作音箱的方法,其特征在于:将吹塑所需的型坯沿着长度方向放入两个模具之间,盖合模具将型坯的两端切断,使其收容至两个模具之间;
对两个模具拼合后的吹塑口进行吹塑,使得模具内的型坯膨胀;型坯在膨胀过程中包覆在模具的内壁和柱体的外壁,形成所述音箱的箱体。
