Description

用于汽车的监测装置
本发明涉及一种用于汽车的监测装置。
由DE2020515407U1已知一种用于汽车的监测装置,用于替代汽车的传统的后视镜。为此,在汽车的后部区域中设置至少两个用于观察后方交通的摄像。摄像的图像或拍摄内容然后被传递到汽车的内部并且借助投影仪投影到侧面玻璃上。备选地,侧面玻璃可以配备传递图像的薄膜,摄像的图像被传递到薄膜上。这种系统的弊端在于这种事实,即为驾驶员显示的图像等同于内视镜的图像。而在车辆后侧方的图像反而不能提供。
为了借助所述问题,这种类型的专利DE102012002582A1公开了一种用于监测在汽车驾驶员之后的后部空间的监测装置。所述监测装置包含摄像装置,借助其可以拍摄后部空间的图像,以及包含显示面,借助其为汽车驾驶员显示后部空间的视图。所述显示面平行于汽车的侧窗玻璃或与其成锐角地、与其相间隔地、并且在由侧窗玻璃限定的汽车内舱外部布置。在此,汽车的侧面区域被检测和显示,使得所述图像对应传统的后视镜的图像。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,进一步改进这类监测装置。
所述技术问题通过一种监测装置解决。
为此,用于汽车的监测装置包含至少一个摄像装置和显示面,其中摄像装置这样布置和设计,使得汽车的侧面区域被检测。侧面的区域优选这样选择,使得其至少对应传统的外后视镜的区域。作为备选,该区域也可以包含所谓的死角。监测装置另外这样设计,使得摄像装置的拍摄内容在显示面上被显示。在此,拍摄内容借助投影镜头投影到汽车的侧面玻璃上或者在布置在侧面玻璃上或侧面玻璃内部的显示器上显示。由此空气动力学上不利的位于车辆外部的显示面被省去,其中可视的影像是传统的后视镜的影像。在此,显示面优选设置在侧面玻璃的这样的区域,驾驶员通过该区域看到外后视镜。摄像装置在此优选地设置在这样的区域中,在该区域中设置外后视镜的支承点。
投影镜头优选设置在汽车内部,如其在DE202005015407U1中被描述。在投影镜头中的问题在于,需要确保光线路径不被干扰。
因此,显示面优选设计为显示器。从摄像装置向显示器的数据传递在此可以是无线的或有线的。
在一种实施形式中,显示器设计为薄膜,其可以安装在侧面玻璃的内侧。优点在于,一方面可以抵御破坏行为,并且另一方面可以实现传统的侧面玻璃的可改装性。
备选地,显示器也可以集成在侧面玻璃中,其中,显示器优选设计为OLED显示器。OLED的显示器的优点在于,其特别适用于集成。打那个OLED没有激活时其是透明的。
在另一种实施形式中,摄像装置和显示面分别配属汽车的侧面区域,因此两个外后视镜可以变成透明的。
在另一种实施形式中,摄像装置的注视方向和/或摄像装置的开口角是可调的。由此驾驶员如在已知的外后视镜的情况中那样可以调节注视方向或按照其需要调节摄像装置的检测区域。
在另一种实施形式中,监测装置这样设计,使得摄像装置的拍摄内容在侧面玻璃上的显示位置根据座椅位置和/或摄像装置的注视方向和/或摄像装置的开口角自动地被调整。由此,拍摄内容在该位置这样显示,即驾驶员在传统的外后视镜的情况中也会期待的位置。
在另一种实施形式中,监测装置具有至少一个另外的显示面,其中,监测装置这样构成,使得摄像装置的拍摄内容在第一显示面和/或第二显示面上显示。因此,驾驶员可选地看到拍摄内容,其可以根据情况更好适配驾驶员。在此可以通过在操作元件上手动输入或也可以自动地(例如使驾驶员关注到已知的对象)进行通过第一向第二显示面的切换,并且反之亦然。同样地两个显示面也可以同时地显示拍摄内容。另外的显示面例如布置在组合仪表中或者中央显示设备中。备选地,其他的显示面也可以设计为平视显示器,因此可以在风挡玻璃上显示拍摄内容。
以下结合优选的实施例进一步阐述本发明。在附图中:
图1示出汽车的示意俯视图,和
图2示出驾驶员的视角的示意图。
在图1中示出具有监测装置2的汽车1。监测装置2具有两个在侧面布置在汽车1上的摄像装置3。在此,摄像装置3的开口角α、β以虚线显示,其中角等分线构成摄像装置3的视向。此外,监测装置2具有两个侧面玻璃4,它们构成监测装置2的显示面。在后视镜6中设置投影镜头7,其将摄像装置3的拍摄内容投影到显示面5上。取代后视镜6,也可以将投影镜头7设置在车顶模块或在其他合适的位置上,只要能够保证朝向侧面玻璃4的光线路径未被挡住。
备选地,侧面玻璃4也可以构造有显示器,例如OLED显示器,其作为薄膜安置在侧面玻璃4上或者集成在侧面玻璃4中。摄像装置3在此在气体动力学上仅构成非常小的风阻。
在图2中示出驾驶员8指向设计为显示器9的显示面5的视线,其中显示器9集成在侧面玻璃4中。在此虚线地示出虚拟的外后视镜10。在此,显示器9这样布置,使得指向显示器9的视向对应指向真实外后视镜的注视方向。在此还可以规定,为摄像装置3的拍摄内容补充外后视镜的边缘,因此对于驾驶员8而言视觉上的视图相当于真实的外后视镜的视图。
因为侧面玻璃4(驾驶员通过其看到外后视镜)与座椅位置相关,因此可以规定,视图在显示器9上的位置可以被追踪。为此显示器9例如更大地构成,其中结合座椅位置确定侧面玻璃的一部分(驾驶员通过该部分看到外后视镜),其中显示器9在该确定的部分中被控制,用于显示拍摄内容,其中显示器9的剩余部分保持透明。但是,也可以使用较大的显示器9,从而简单地放大显示拍摄内容。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于汽车(1)的监测装置(2),所述监测装置包含至少一个摄像装置(3)和显示面(5),其中摄像装置(3)布置和设计为,使得汽车(1)的侧面区域被检测,其中,监测装置(2)设计为,使得摄像装置(3)的拍摄内容在显示面(5)上显示,其特征在于,监测装置(2)设计为,使得拍摄内容借助投影镜头(7)投影到汽车(1)的侧面玻璃(4)上或者使得拍摄内容在侧面玻璃(4)上的或侧面玻璃(4)内的显示器(9)上显示,其中,侧面区域的图像按照透明侧面玻璃内的虚拟的外后视镜的形式被显示,并且其中,投影镜头被布置在后视镜上,该后视镜沿着车顶的内侧安置在前风挡玻璃上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的监测装置,其特征在于,显示器(9)设计为薄膜,所述薄膜安装在侧面玻璃(4)的内侧。
3.按照权利要求1所述的监测装置,其特征在于,显示器(9)被集成在侧面玻璃(4)中。

6.按照权利要求1所述的监测装置,其特征在于,摄像装置(3)的注视方向和/或摄像装置(3)的开口角(α、β)是可调的。
7.按照权利要求6所述的监测装置,其特征在于,监测装置(2)设计为,使得摄像装置(3)的拍摄内容在侧面玻璃(4)上的显示位置根据座椅位置和/或摄像装置(3)的注视方向和/或摄像装置(3)的开口角(α、β)自动地被调整。
8.按照权利要求1所述的监测装置,其特征在于,监测装置(2)具有至少一个另外的显示面,其中,监测装置(2)设计为,使得摄像装置(3)的拍摄内容在第一显示面(5)和/或第二显示面上显示。
