Abstract
一种显示器,包括一前框、一安装在所述前框中的显示模组及一与所述前框固定在一起的后盖,所述前框包括四依次相连的固定杆,每一固定杆上设有一收容槽及若干卡钩,所述显示模组包括一限位板,所述后盖设有若干卡扣块,所述限位板能够收容到所述收容槽中,所述卡扣块能卡扣到所述卡钩中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示装置,尤其涉及一种显示器。
背景技术
传统的显示器结构,通常包括前框、后盖及显示模组,通过显示模组前框、中框将显示屏固定,并通过显示器的前框和后盖相互固定连接从而将显示模组固定住,以完成显示器的装配。但是,这样的构造会使得显示器的厚度大大增加,而且会使得显示器的组装变得复杂。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种厚度更薄且拆卸方便的显示器。
一种显示器,包括一前框、一安装在所述前框中的显示模组及一与所述前框固定在一起的后盖,所述前框包括四依次相连的固定杆,每一固定杆上设有一收容槽及若干卡钩,所述显示模组包括一限位板,所述后盖设有若干卡扣块,所述限位板能够收容到所述收容槽中,所述卡扣块能卡扣到所述卡钩中。
优选地,每一固定杆包括一挡板,所述挡板抵靠在所述显示模组的前端而固定住所述显示模组。
优选地,每一挡板上设有一支撑板,所述支撑板抵靠在所述显示模组四周而固定住所述显示模组。
优选地,每一固定杆还包括一与所述挡板垂直相连的压边条,所述支撑板、所述压边条及所述卡钩共同形成所述收容槽。
优选地,所述卡钩开设在所述压边条上,所述卡钩朝所述挡板方向设有一卡扣面,所述卡扣面抵靠在所述显示模组上而固定住所述显示模组。
优选地,所述卡钩底部与所述压边条大致处于同一平面上且设有至少一卡槽,所述卡扣块能够卡入所述卡槽中。
优选地,所述显示模组包括一显示屏模组,所述显示屏模组收容在所述前框中且抵靠在所述支撑板上。
优选地,所述显示模组还包括一与所述显示屏模组相连的背板,所述限位板开设在所述背板上。
优选地,所述后盖四周边缘设有一折边,所述卡扣块开设在所述折边上。
优选地,所述显示器还包括两安装在所述后盖上的支撑架,所述后盖绕所述支撑架转动。
相较于现有技术,上述显示器将所述显示模组直接安装到所述前框与所述后盖之间从而减少了所述显示器的厚度,并通过所述前框的卡钩卡扣到所述后盖的卡扣孔中从而达到方便拆卸所述显示器的目的。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明的一较佳实施方式中,一种显示器100包括一前框10、一安装在所述前框10中的显示模组20、一与所述前框10固定在一起的后盖30及两转动安装在所述后盖30上的支撑架40。
请参阅图1至图3,所述前框10包括四依次相连的固定杆11,相邻两固定杆11相互垂直连接。每一固定杆11包括一挡板12及一与所述挡板12大致垂直相连的压边条13。所述挡板12能够抵靠在所述显示模组20的前端而固定所述显示模组20。每一挡板12在靠近所述压边条13一侧凸设有一支撑板125,所述显示模组20能够抵靠在所述支撑板125中。所述压边条13能够抵靠在所述显示模组20边缘处从而固定住所述显示模组20。所述压边条13远离所述挡板12一侧凸设有若干能够弹性形变的卡钩15。所述卡钩15靠近所述挡板12一侧设有一与所述挡板12大致平行的卡扣面151,所述支撑板125、所述压边条13及所述卡钩15的卡扣面151共同形成一收容槽16,所述显示模组20能够收容在所述收容槽16中。所述卡钩15底部与所述压边条13大致处于同一平面上且设有至少一卡槽152,所述后盖30能够卡扣到所述卡槽152中。
所述显示模组20包括一用以显示图像的显示屏模组21及一与所述显示屏模组21相连的背板25。所述显示屏模组21能够抵靠在所述前框10的挡板12的支撑板125上而收容到所述前框10中。所述背板25四周边缘处朝所述显示屏模组21方向设有若干限位板251,所述限位板251与所述背板25大致垂直,所述限位板251能够收容到所述收容槽16中。在一实施例中,所述背板25可通过粘合的方式固定连接到所述显示屏模组21上。
请参阅图1及图5,所述后盖30四周边缘处朝所述前框10方向设有一折边31,所述折边31与所述后盖30大致垂直连接。所述折边31上设有若干与所述卡钩15对应的卡扣块315,所述卡扣块315能够卡入所述卡钩15的卡槽152中。所述支撑架40转动安装在所述后盖30的背部,所述后盖30能够绕所述支撑架40转动。
请参阅图4及图5,组装时,将所述显示屏模组21与所述背板25贴合在一起后放置到所述前框10中,所述显示屏模组21的前端抵靠在所述前框10的挡板12上且四周抵靠在所述挡板12的支撑板125上。所述背板25的限位板251容置到所述前框10的收容槽16中,所述支撑板125抵压在所述限位板251上,所述背板25紧贴在所述卡钩15的卡扣面151上,从而将所述显示模组20安装到所述前框10中。再将所述后盖30抵靠到所述显示模组20上并贴合所述前框10,所述后盖30的卡扣块315卡入所述卡钩15的卡槽152中从而将所述前框10与所述后盖30固定到一起。再将所述后盖30转动安装到所述支撑架40上,此时,所述显示器100组装完成。
本发明所述显示器100将所述显示模组20直接安装到所述前框10与所述后盖30之间从而减少了所述显示器100的厚度,并通过所述前框10的卡钩15与所述后盖的卡扣块315的配合从而达到方便固定所述显示器100的目的。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求公开的范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种显示器,包括一前框、一安装在所述前框中的显示模组及一与所述前框固定在一起的后盖,其特征在于:所述前框包括有依次相连的固定杆,每一固定杆上设有一收容槽及若干卡钩,所述显示模组包括有限位板,所述后盖设有若干卡扣块,所述限位板收容在所述收容槽中,所述卡扣块卡扣在所述卡钩中;每一固定杆还包括一压边条,所述卡钩开设在所述压边条上,所述卡钩底部与所述压边条处于同一平面上且设有至少一卡槽,所述卡扣块卡入所述卡槽中。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于:每一固定杆包括一挡板,所述挡板抵靠在所述显示模组的前端而固定住所述显示模组。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示器,其特征在于:每一所述挡板上设有一支撑板,所述支撑板抵靠在所述显示模组四周而固定住所述显示模组。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述压边条与所述挡板垂直相连,所述支撑板、所述压边条及所述卡钩共同形成所述收容槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述卡钩朝所述挡板方向设有一卡扣面,所述卡扣面抵靠在所述显示模组上而固定住所述显示模组。
6.如权利要求3所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述显示模组包括一显示屏模组,所述显示屏模组收容在所述前框中且抵靠在所述支撑板上。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述显示模组还包括一与所述显示屏模组相连的背板,所述限位板开设在所述背板上。
8.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述后盖四周边缘设有一折边,所述卡扣块开设在所述折边上。
9.如权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于:所述显示器还包括两安装在所述后盖上的支撑架,所述后盖能够绕所述支撑架转动。
