Abstract

一種顯示器,包括一前框、一安裝於所述前框中之顯示模組及一與所述前框固定於一起之後蓋,所述前框包括四依次相連之固定桿,每一固定桿上設有一收容槽及複數卡鉤,所述顯示模組包括一限位板,所述後蓋設有複數卡扣塊,所述限位板能夠收容到所述收容槽中,所述卡扣塊能卡扣到所述卡鉤中。

Description

顯示器
本發明涉及一種顯示裝置,尤其涉及一種顯示器。
習知之顯示器結構,通常包括前框、後蓋及顯示模組,藉由顯示模組前框、中框將顯示幕固定,並藉由顯示器之前框和後蓋相互固定連接從而將顯示模組固定住,以完成顯示器之裝配。但是,這樣之構造會使得顯示器之厚度大大增加,而且會使得顯示器之組裝變得複雜。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種厚度更薄且拆卸方便之顯示器。
一種顯示器,包括一前框、一安裝於所述前框中之顯示模組及一與所述前框固定於一起之後蓋,所述前框包括四依次相連之固定桿,每一固定桿上設有一收容槽及複數卡鉤,所述顯示模組包括一限位板,所述後蓋設有複數卡扣塊,所述限位板能夠收容到所述收容槽中,所述卡扣塊能卡扣到所述卡鉤中。
優選地,每一固定桿包括一擋板,所述擋板抵靠於所述顯示模組之前端而固定住所述顯示模組。
優選地,每一擋板上設有一支撐板,所述支撐板抵靠於所述顯示模組四周而固定住所述顯示模組。
優選地,每一固定桿還包括一與所述擋板垂直相連之壓邊條,所述支撐板、所述壓邊條及所述卡鉤共同形成所述收容槽。
優選地,所述卡鉤開設於所述壓邊條上,所述卡鉤朝所述擋板方向設有一卡扣面,所述卡扣面抵靠於所述顯示模組上而固定住所述顯示模組。
優選地,所述卡鉤底部與所述壓邊條大致處於同一平面上且設有至少一卡槽,所述卡扣塊能夠卡入所述卡槽中。
優選地,所述顯示模組包括一顯示幕模組,所述顯示幕模組收容於所述前框中且抵靠於所述支撐板上。
優選地,所述顯示模組還包括一與所述顯示幕模組相連之背板,所述限位板開設於所述背板上。
優選地,所述後蓋四周邊緣設有一折邊,所述卡扣塊開設於所述折邊上。
優選地,所述顯示器還包括兩安裝於所述後蓋上之支撐架,所述後蓋繞所述支撐架轉動。
相較於習知技術,上述顯示器將所述顯示模組直接安裝到所述前框與所述後蓋之間從而減少了所述顯示器之厚度,並藉由所述前框之卡鉤卡扣到所述後蓋之卡扣孔中從而達到方便拆卸所述顯示器之目的。

請參閱圖1,本發明之一較佳實施方式中,一種顯示器100包括一前框10、一安裝於所述前框10中之顯示模組20、一與所述前框10固定於一起之後蓋30及兩轉動安裝於所述後蓋30上之支撐架40。
請參閱圖1至圖3,所述前框10包括四依次相連之固定桿11,相鄰兩固定桿11相互垂直連接。每一固定桿11包括一擋板12及一與所述擋板12大致垂直相連之壓邊條13。所述擋板12能夠抵靠於所述顯示模組20之前端而固定所述顯示模組20。每一擋板12於靠近所述壓邊條13一側凸設有一支撐板125,所述顯示模組20能夠抵靠於所述支撐板125中。所述壓邊條13能夠抵靠於所述顯示模組20邊緣處從而固定住所述顯示模組20。所述壓邊條13遠離所述擋板12一側凸設有複數能夠彈性形變之卡鉤15。所述卡鉤15靠近所述擋板12一側設有一與所述擋板12大致平行之卡扣面151,所述支撐板125、所述壓邊條13及所述卡鉤15之卡扣面151共同形成一收容槽16,所述顯示模組20能夠收容於所述收容槽16中。所述卡鉤15底部與所述壓邊條13大致處於同一平面上且設有至少一卡槽152,所述後蓋30能夠卡扣到所述卡槽152中。
所述顯示模組20包括一用以顯示圖像之顯示幕模組21及一與所述顯示幕模組21相連之背板25。所述顯示幕模組21能夠抵靠於所述前框10之擋板12之支撐板125上而收容到所述前框10中。所述背板25四周邊緣處朝所述顯示幕模組21方向設有複數限位板251,所述限位板251與所述背板25大致垂直,所述限位板251能夠收容到所述收容槽16中。於一實施例中,所述背板25可藉由粘合之方式固定連接到所述顯示幕模組21上。
請參閱圖1及圖5,所述後蓋30四周邊緣處朝所述前框10方向設有一折邊31,所述折邊31與所述後蓋30大致垂直連接。所述折邊31上設有複數與所述卡鉤15對應之卡扣塊315,所述卡扣塊315能夠卡入所述卡鉤15之卡槽152中。所述支撐架40轉動安裝於所述後蓋30之背部,所述後蓋30能夠繞所述支撐架40轉動。
請參閱圖4及圖5,組裝時,將所述顯示幕模組21與所述背板25貼合於一起後放置到所述前框10中,所述顯示幕模組21之前端抵靠於所述前框10之擋板12上且四周抵靠於所述擋板12之支撐板125上。所述背板25之限位板251容置到所述前框10之收容槽16中,所述支撐板125抵壓於所述限位板251上,所述背板25緊貼於所述卡鉤15之卡扣面151上,從而將所述顯示模組 20安裝到所述前框10中。再將所述後蓋30抵靠到所述顯示模組20上並貼合所述前框10,所述後蓋30之卡扣塊315卡入所述卡鉤15之卡槽152中從而將所述前框10與所述後蓋30固定到一起。再將所述後蓋30轉動安裝到所述支撐架40上,此時,所述顯示器100組裝完成。
本發明所述顯示器100將所述顯示模組20直接安裝到所述前框10與所述後蓋30之間從而減少了所述顯示器100之厚度,並藉由所述前框10之卡鉤15與所述後蓋之卡扣塊315之配合從而達到方便固定所述顯示器100之目的。
綜上所述,本發明係合乎發明專利申請條件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士其所爰依本案之創作精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種顯示器,包括一前框、一安裝於所述前框中之顯示模組及一與所述前框固定於一起之後蓋,所述前框包括有依次相連之固定桿,每一固定桿上設有一收容槽及複數卡鉤,所述顯示模組包括有限位元板,所述後蓋設有複數卡扣塊,所述限位板收容於所述收容槽中,每一卡鉤形成一卡槽,所述卡扣塊卡扣於所述卡槽中,所述收容槽位於所述卡鉤靠近所述顯示模組的一側,卡槽位於所述卡鉤遠離所述顯示模組的一側。
  2. 如請求項第1項所述之顯示器,其中每一固定桿包括一擋板,所述擋板抵靠於所述顯示模組之前端而固定住所述顯示模組。
  3. 如請求項第2項所述之顯示器,其中每一擋板上設有一支撐板,所述支撐板抵靠於所述顯示模組四周而固定住所述顯示模組。
  4. 如請求項第3項所述之顯示器,其中每一固定桿還包括一與所述擋板垂直相連之所述壓邊條,所述支撐板、所述壓邊條及所述卡鉤共同形成所述收容槽。
  5. 如請求項第4項所述之顯示器,其中所述卡鉤開設於所述壓邊條上,所述卡鉤朝所述擋板方向設有一卡扣面,所述卡扣面抵靠於所述顯示模組上而固定住所述顯示模組。
  6. 如請求項第5項所述之顯示器,其中所述卡鉤底部與所述壓邊條大致處於同一平面上。
  7. 如請求項第3項所述之顯示器,其中所述顯示模組包括一顯示幕模組,所述顯示幕模組收容於所述前框中且抵靠於所述支撐板上。
  8. 如請求項第7項所述之顯示器,其中所述顯示模組還包括一與所述顯示幕模組相連之背板,所述限位板開設於所述背板上。
  9. 如請求項第1項所述之顯示器,其中所述後蓋四周邊緣設有一折邊,所述卡扣塊開設於所述折邊上。
  10. 如請求項第1項所述之顯示器,其中所述顯示器還包括兩安裝於所述後蓋上之支撐架,所述後蓋能夠繞所述支撐架轉動。
