发明内容
根据本文所述的目的和益处,提供了一种机动车辆的照明模块。此照明模块包括载体和承载在此载体上并且配置为指示车门锁定状态和照亮车门闩把手的多个光源。
载体可包括具有互连网络的印刷电路板。多个光源可配置为照亮转向信号指示器、盲区指示器或者转向信号指示器和盲区指示器二者。
因此,多个光源可包括(a)配置为将第一激发光发射到指示已锁定的车门锁定状态的第一发光标记上的第一光源和(b)配置为将第二激发光发射到指示解锁的车门锁定状态的第二发光标记上的第二光源。
第一光源可从由紫外线或者UV光源以及红外线或者IR光源组成的组中选择。第二光源可从由UV光源和IR光源组成的组中选择。因此,第一和第二光源二者都可以是UV光源。第一和第二光源二者都可以是IR光源。第一光源可以是UV光源,同时第二光源可以是IR光源。第一光源可以是IR光源,同时第二光源可以是UV光源。

现参考图1-3b,其示出了用于指示机动车辆车门锁定状态的装置10。如图3a和3b中最优示出的,装置10包括车门锁定状态指示器,总体由附图标记14表示的车门锁定状态指示器承载在机动车辆车门的车窗16上。在示出的实施例中,车门锁定状态指示器14包括已锁定的锁图标形式的第一发光标记18和解锁的锁图标形式的第二发光标记20。

如图1和2中示出的,装置10可包括另一光源48,该光源48响应于来自BCM32或者命令或者在转向柱上的转向信号控制杆(未示出)的控制信号。当已激活时,光源48通过在车门内饰件42中的光管50和孔51将激发光发射到发光转向信号指示器52上,该转向信号指示器52设置在邻近A-立柱的机动车辆车门车窗16上。在转向信号指示器52包括UV响应墨水的情况下,光源48发射UV波段中的激发光使得转向信号指示器52变得可见。与此相反,在转向信号指示器52响应于IR波段中的激发光的情况下,光源48发射IR波段中的激发光。如应当理解的,光源48像转向指示器一样闪烁使得在车窗16上转向信号指示器52在可见状态和不可见状态之间反复地改变直到转向信号被BCM32取消。有利地,转向信号指示器52从机动车辆的外部明显可见的并且实际上可以替代更昂贵的转向信号灯组件(诸如目前设置在机动车辆的外后视灯上的类型)。
在转向信号指示器52设置在邻近A-立柱和在车窗玻璃行程挡块(window stop)前的车窗16上示出的位置的情况下,该几何结构允许投射来自光源48的非常高的亮度级而不会反射回到车辆乘员。同时,转向信号指示器52从机动车辆的内部和外部清晰可见。
现参考图4示出了装置10的可选实施例。装置10可选实施例非常类似于图1中示出的实施例,并且同样的结构包括相同的附图标记。因为此同样的结构以与上述图1描述的实施例相同的方式操作,所以为了简洁起见它们不会再次关于第二实施例描述。
第一实施例包括用于将光从第一光源22和第二光源24引导到第一发光标记18和第二发光标记20上的单一光管38,而装置10的该第二实施例包括用于第一光源22的单独光管56和用于第二光源24的第二光管58。如应当理解的,光管56、58将来自两个光源22、24的光引导到机动车辆车门车窗16上的不同的点,在该点处设置各个第一和第二发光标记/图标18、20。图1示出的装置10的第一实施例需要第一光源22和第一发光标记18在UV波段或者IR波段中的一个中起作用并且第二光源24和第二发光标记20在另一个中起作用,而在装置10的第二实施例中的第一光源22和第二光源24可在无论UV或者IR的相同波段中起作用。这是可能的,因为来自光源的光被引导到车窗16上的不同的点,在该不同的点处设置发光标记18、20。因此,尽管事实上两个图标/标记响应于相同光谱的激发光,但是当在车门锁定状态中有变化时,仅适当的发光标记/图标18、20是可见的。
现参考图5,其示出了装置10的又一实施例。图5中示出的装置10的实施例除了它包括连接到光管50的第五光源60、连接到BCM32的盲区传感器61和位于车窗16上的发光盲区指示器62之外都是与图1中示出的装置10相同的(也参见图2)。
当BCM32接收到来自传感器61的指示障碍物(诸如另一机动车辆)位于车辆操作者的盲区中的道路的邻近车道的信号时,BCM发送激活光源60的控制信号或者命令。该光源60然后通过在车门内饰件42中的光管50和孔51将激发光发射到发光盲区指示器62上(参见图2),其视觉上警告驾驶员有障碍物。发光盲区指示器62类似于发光转向信号指示器52可设置在邻近A-立柱的机动车辆车窗16上。
在发光转向信号指示器52包括UV响应墨水并且光源48包括UV光源的情况下,发光盲区指示器62包括IR响应墨水并且光源60包括IR光源。可选地,在转向信号指示器52和光源48是基于IR的情况下,盲区指示器62和光源60是基于UV的。以此方式,可能的是通过单一的光管50提供区别的转向信号和盲区指示。
现参考图6,其示出了装置10的又一可替选地实施例。图6中装置10的实施例除了图6中的装置包括盲区指示器特征之外非常类似于图4中示出的实施例,盲区指示器特征包括连接到BCM32的盲区传感器61、第五光源60、附加光管64以及在车窗16上的发光盲区指示器62。
当BCM32接收到来自传感器61的指示机动车辆位于车辆操作者的盲区内的道路的邻近车道中的信号时,BCM发送激活光源60的控制信号或者命令。该光源60然后通过将激发光引导到车窗16(参见图2)的发光盲区指示器62上的光管64在合适的波段发射激发光。指示器62然后发光以将视觉的警告提供给操作者,指示盲区中存在其它机动车辆。
在并入发光盲区指示器62的任意实施例中,应当理解的是,将指示器定位在驾驶员朝向关联的外后视镜的视线路径中的车窗处是特别地有利的,当驾驶员使用此镜子确认距离以改变机动车辆的车道时,在此处的警告指示将被容易的看到。
如应当理解的,上述装置10可以有效地设置为照明模块,其中,所有光源22、24、44、48以及60都承载在包括与网络34的线束连接器的相同的载体或者印刷电路板36上。制造和组装进机动车辆车门12的这种混合的照明模块或者装置10比如果为每个照明功能(即,照明车门把手、显示转向信号、显示盲区指示器以及照明车门已锁定和车门解锁的发光标记/图标18、20)设置独立的模块要便宜。尽管在图5和6中示出的实施例中所有五个光源22、24、44、48以及60都示出在相同的印刷电路板36上,但是应当理解的是,两个、三个或者四个光源的任意组合可按需设置在相同的印刷电路板上以符合任意特定机动车辆应用的需要。
而且,应当理解的是,使用安装在机动车辆车门12中与气象隔离的印刷电路板36上的光源48和60以便激发在车窗16上容易看到的发光转向信号和盲区警告指示器52、62,这是比在外后视镜中为这些目的设置光源更简单且更便宜的解决方案,在该外后视镜中,这些光源难以实现与恶劣天气的隔离。
上述内容为描述和说明的目的而呈现。不旨在尽述或者将实施例限制在公开的确定形式。根据上述教导,明显的修改和变形是可能的。例如,发光标记18、20可使用车窗16上的可见荧光粉/染料制成。当根据所附权利要求公平、合法以及公正地获得权利的宽度来解释时,所有这些修改和变形都落入所附权利要求的范围内。
Claims (20)
1.一种机动车辆的照明模块,包括:
载体;以及
多个光源,所述多个光源承载在所述载体上并且配置为指示车门锁定状态和照亮车门闩把手。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照明模块,其中,承载在所述载体上的所述多个光源还配置为照亮转向信号指示器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的照明模块,其中,承载在所述载体上的所述多个光源还配置为照亮盲区指示器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的照明模块,其中,所述载体是具有互连网络的印刷电路板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的照明模块,其中,所述多个光源包括(a)配置为将第一激发光发射到指示已锁定的车门锁定状态的第一发光标记上的第一光源和(b)配置为将第二激发光发射到指示解锁的车门锁定状态的第二发光标记上的第二光源。
6.根据权利要求5所述的照明模块,其中,所述第一光源是从由UV光源和IR光源组成的第一组中选择。
7.根据权利要求6所述的照明模块,其中,所述第二光源是从由UV光源和IR光源组成的第二组中选择。
8.根据权利要求7所述的照明模块,其中,所述第一光源是UV光源并且所述第二光源是IR光源。
9.根据权利要求7所述的照明模块,其中,所述第一光源是所述IR光源并且所述第二光源是所述UV光源。
10.根据权利要求5所述的照明模块,其中,所述多个光源包括用于发射指向所述车门闩把手上的可见光的第三光源。
11.根据权利要求10所述的照明模块,还包括配置为将第三激发光发射到发光转向信号指示器上的第四光源。
12.根据权利要求11所述的照明模块,还包括配置为将第四激发光发射到发光盲区指示器上的第五光源。
13.根据权利要求12所述的照明模块,其中,所述第四光源是从由UV光源和IR光源组成的组中选择。
14.根据权利要求13所述的照明模块,其中,所述第五光源是从由UV光源和IR光源组成的组中选择。
15.根据权利要求14所述的照明模块,其中,所述第四光源是所述UV光源并且所述第五光源是所述IR光源。
16.根据权利要求14所述的照明模块,其中,所述第四光源是所述IR光源并且所述第五光源是所述UV光源。
17.一种用于机动车辆的照明模块,包括:
载体;以及
多个光源,所述多个光源承载在所述载体上并且配置为指示转向信号和盲区警告。
18.根据权利要求17所述的照明模块,其中,所述多个光源包括转向信号指示器光源和盲区指示器光源。
19.根据权利要求18所述的照明模块,其中,所述转向信号指示器光源是从由UV光源和IR光源组成的第一组光源中选择。
20.根据权利要求19所述的照明模块,其中,所述盲区指示器光源是从包括UV光源和IR光源的第二组光源中选择。
