Abstract
本发明公开了精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱及其制备方法,属于纺纱技术领域。本发明公开的精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱,采用精梳涤棉、牛角瓜纤维及竹炭纤维混纺制成,精梳涤棉、牛角瓜纤维及竹炭纤维按各自的纺纱工艺流程进行加工分别制成纤维条,再于合并机上进行混纺,编制成纱。本发明所述精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱综合了精梳涤棉、牛角瓜纤维及竹炭纤维的特点,不仅具有优良的吸湿性、保暖性、染色性、手感柔软等特点,而且具有优良的抗菌抑菌的作用。且本发明的制作方法简单易操作,具有广阔的应用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺纱技术领域,涉及一种混纺纱,具体涉及精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的人追求高档、纯天然、个性化、差异化的纺织品消费,已成为一种习惯和发展趋势。目前市场上的混纺纱层出不穷,材质结构各不相同,广泛应用于织布、制绳、制线等生活领域。
混纺纱是由两种或者两种以上的纤维纺成的纱,如麻/棉、毛/麻/绢、涤/棉、涤/毛等等,打破了原来的棉、麻、毛、丝、化纤之间的界限,能够弥补单一组分纤维的不足,体现各种组分纤维的优越性,以改善织物的适用功能,扩大应用范围。现有的混纺纱功能还不够齐全。
牛角瓜纤维是一种纯天然的植物纤维,对纺织行业而言,它的应用范围应该是相当广泛的。但其比重轻,给可纺性带来了难度,无天然卷曲,呈刚性,易使织物缺乏柔性,热分解温度较低,对热定型温度的高低可能会提出新的要求,对纤维的纺纱不利。只要解决纺纱过程中由于其比重轻且呈刚性而造成的抱合力差、易飞花、湿度难控和成条困难等因素,就能根据纤维的特点,纺出适合性能和应用需要的混纺纱来。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中混纺纱所存在的问题,本发明提出精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱及其制备方法,该混纺纱采用精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维为主要成分制成,牛角瓜纤维的空腔大、壁薄,生产的混纺纱不仅具有优良的吸湿性、保暖性、染色性、手感柔软等特点,而且具有优良的抗菌抑菌的作用。可用于织造如蜂巢组织、网眼布、中纬平针组织等各种适宜的面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱,包括以下重量份的组成成分:精梳涤棉20~60份、牛角瓜纤维20~60份和竹原纤维8~15份。
精梳涤棉是质量分数为30%的涤纶和质量分数为70%的棉。
牛角瓜纤维进行洗涤前处理,将前处理的牛角瓜纤维沉浸于处理剂中,将浸渍于处理剂中的牛角瓜纤维取出,离心,烘干。
处理剂,包括以下重量份的组成成分:聚氨酯50~80份、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯30~50份、阿拉伯树胶粉15~35份、壳聚糖8~20份和水30~70份。
为了达到上述目的,本发明还提出精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将配方量的聚氨酯、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、阿拉伯树胶粉、壳聚糖和水混合,搅拌均匀,即得处理剂;
步骤二、将牛角瓜纤维进行洗涤前处理,将前处理的牛角瓜纤维沉浸于上述步骤一制得的处理剂中,之后取出,经离心,烘干,即得改性牛角瓜纤维;
步骤三、将精梳涤棉进行清花→梳棉→预并→条卷→精梳→头并→二并→三并→粗纱→细纱→后加工,即得精梳涤棉条;
步骤四、将步骤二中的改性牛角瓜纤维进行清花→梳棉→头并→二并→普梳棉条,即得牛角瓜纤维条;
步骤五、将竹原纤维进行清花→梳棉→头并→二并→普梳棉条,即得竹原纤维条;
步骤六、将上述步骤三、四、五中制备的精梳涤棉条、牛角瓜纤维条和竹原纤维条在并条机上进行混纺,编制成纱,即得精梳涤棉和牛角瓜纤维混纺纱。
本发明中的牛角瓜纤维进行了洗涤前处理,降低了牛角瓜纤维表面光滑度,从而增加了纤维表面的摩擦系数,同时也提高了牛角瓜纤维弹性模量,利于牛角瓜纤维与其它纤维进行混纺,弥补了单一纤维纺织的功能缺陷。同时,本发明中采用的精梳涤棉,使织造出的混纺纱具有较好的质感,采用平均长度是95mm的竹原纤维,具有抗菌、抑菌、除臭、防紫外线等功能。

实施例一
一种精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱,包括以下重量份的组成成分:精梳涤棉20份、牛角瓜纤维20份和竹原纤维8份。
该精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将聚氨酯50份、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯30份、阿拉伯树胶粉15份、壳聚糖8份和水30份混合,搅拌均匀,即得处理剂;
步骤二、将牛角瓜纤维20份进行洗涤前处理,将前处理的牛角瓜纤维沉浸于上述步骤一制得的处理剂中,之后取出,经离心,烘干,即得改性牛角瓜纤维;
步骤三、将精梳涤棉20份进行清花→梳棉→预并→条卷→精梳→头并→二并→三并→粗纱→细纱→后加工,即得精梳涤棉条;
步骤四、将步骤二中的改性牛角瓜纤维20份进行清花→梳棉→头并→二并→普梳棉条,即得牛角瓜纤维条;
步骤五、将竹原纤维8份进行清花→梳棉→头并→二并→普梳棉条,即得竹原纤维条;
步骤六、将上述步骤三、四、五中制备的精梳涤棉条、牛角瓜纤维条和竹原纤维条在并条机上进行混纺,编制成纱,即得精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱。
实施例二
一种精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱,包括以下重量份的组成成分:精梳涤棉50份、牛角瓜纤维50份和竹原纤维10份。
该精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将聚氨酯65份、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯40份、阿拉伯树胶粉20份、壳聚糖12份及水45份混合,搅拌均匀,即得处理剂;
步骤二、将牛角瓜纤维50份进行洗涤前处理,将前处理的牛角瓜纤维沉浸于上述步骤一制得的处理剂中,之后取出,经离心,烘干,即得改性牛角瓜纤维;
步骤三、将精梳涤棉50份进行清花→梳棉→预并→条卷→精梳→头并→二并→三并→粗纱→细纱→后加工,即得精梳涤棉条;
步骤四、将步骤二中的改性牛角瓜纤维50份进行清花→梳棉→头并→二并→普梳棉条,即得牛角瓜纤维条;
步骤五、将竹原纤维10份进行清花→梳棉→头并→二并→普梳棉条,即得竹原纤维条;
步骤六、将上述步骤三、四、五中制备的精梳涤棉条、牛角瓜纤维条和竹原纤维条在并条机上进行混纺,编制成纱,即得精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱。
实施例三
一种精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱,包括以下重量份的组成成分:精梳涤棉60份、牛角瓜纤维60份和竹原纤维15份。
该精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将聚氨酯80份、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯50份、阿拉伯树胶粉35份、壳聚糖20份及水70份混合,搅拌均匀,即得处理剂;
步骤二、将牛角瓜纤维60份进行洗涤前处理,将前处理的牛角瓜纤维沉浸于上述步骤一制得的处理剂中,之后取出,经离心,烘干,即得改性牛角瓜纤维;
步骤三、将精梳涤棉60份进行清花→梳棉→预并→条卷→精梳→头并→二并→三并→粗纱→细纱→后加工,即得精梳涤棉条;
步骤四、将步骤二中的改性牛角瓜纤维60份进行清花→梳棉→头并→二并→普梳棉条,即得牛角瓜纤维条;
步骤五、将竹原纤维15份进行清花→梳棉→头并→二并→普梳棉条,即得竹原纤维条;
步骤六、将上述步骤三、四、五中制备的精梳涤棉条、牛角瓜纤维条和竹原纤维条在并条机上进行混纺,编制成纱,即得精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱。
上面对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (7)
1.精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组成成分:精梳涤棉20~60份、牛角瓜纤维20~60份和竹原纤维8~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,竹原纤维平均长度是95mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,精梳涤棉是质量分数为30%的涤纶和质量分数为70%的棉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,牛角瓜纤维进行洗涤前处理,将前处理的牛角瓜纤维沉浸于处理剂中,将浸渍于处理剂中的牛角瓜纤维取出,离心,烘干。
5.根据权利要求4所述的精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱,其特征在于,所述处理剂包括如下重量份的组成成分:聚氨酯50~80份、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯30~50份、阿拉伯树胶粉15~35份、壳聚糖8~20份和水30~70份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱的制备方法,其特征在于,将精梳涤棉、牛角瓜纤维和竹原纤维按各自的纺纱工艺流程进行加工,分别制成纤维条,再于并条机上混纺制成纱。
7.根据权利要求6所述的精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将配方量的聚氨酯、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、阿拉伯树胶粉、壳聚糖和水混合,搅拌均匀,即得处理剂;
步骤二、将牛角瓜纤维进行洗涤前处理,将前处理的牛角瓜纤维沉浸于上述步骤一制得的处理剂中,之后取出,经离心,烘干,即得改性牛角瓜纤维;

步骤六、将上述步骤三、四、五中制备的精梳涤棉条、牛角瓜纤维条和竹原纤维条在并条机上进行混纺,编制成纱,即得精梳涤棉与牛角瓜纤维混纺纱。
