图1为示意性显示根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力车辆中设置电池和燃料箱的结构的图,图2为显示根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力车辆中设置燃料箱的分解立体图,图3为显示根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力车辆中联接了燃料箱箍带的状态的图。
在根据本实施方案的混合动力车辆中,如图1所示,电池100安装在设置合背座1的车身地板2下方限定的空间中,并且燃料箱200设置在后轮悬架3的上端部的上方和车身横向构件4的后方。
在常规的混合动力车辆中,燃料箱200安装在所述示例性实施方案中安装电池100的区域,并且电池100安装在行李箱下方限定的区域中。因此行李箱中的区域减小,使得行李箱方面的适销性降低,并且难以分布行李箱中的重量。
在本实施方案中,电池100安装在设置合背座1的车身地板2下方限定的区域中,并且燃料箱200设置在后轮悬架3的上端部和车身横向构件4的后方,即后轮悬架3和避免热损伤的消声器5之间,改进行李箱和行李箱中重量分布方面的适销性。
如图2所示,燃料箱200设置在后轮悬架3的上端部和车身横向构件4的后方限定的容纳区域A中,其中燃料箱200可以经由燃料箱箍带6被车身支撑。
燃料箱箍带6连同后轮悬架3围绕燃料箱200的外表面并且紧固至车身从而支撑燃料箱200。燃料箱箍带6包括具有预定厚度的钢板,通过所述钢板增加燃料箱箍带6的刚度。此外,为此目的,可以在燃料箱箍带6上形成肋状物。
燃料箱箍带6可以在燃料箱200的纵向方向上延伸从而支撑燃料箱200。替代性地,如图3所示,可以在燃料箱200的侧面方向上以彼此隔开的状态设置一对燃料箱箍带6从而支撑燃料箱200。
尽管未显示,容纳区域A从车身的基底表面7向上凹陷,其中容纳区域A的顶部表面限定行李箱的底表面,相应地设置在行李箱中的行李板延伸。
此外,上部凹陷的容纳区域A的后端部可以形成为比车身的基底表面7更低,其中备用工具和备用轮胎可以装载在行李箱中。
图4为显示根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力车辆中紧固燃料箱的图,图5为显示根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力车辆中的绝缘构件的图,并且图6为显示根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合动力车辆中的止动件的图。
如图4所示,燃料箱200紧固并固定至车身横向构件4。
具体地,在燃料箱200设置在容纳区域A中的状态下,燃料箱200的向前突出紧固部分210设置于在车身横向构件4处形成的紧固支架处,然后燃料箱200可以使用紧固构件固定至车身横向构件4。
后轮悬架3和燃料箱箍带6设置在燃料箱200处,所述燃料箱200设置在容纳区域A中从而被固定,然后后轮悬架、燃料箱箍带6以及燃料箱200紧固至车身,因此燃料箱200牢固地固定。
如图5所示,绝缘构件300可以设置在燃料箱200紧固至车身横向构件4的区域处并且与后轮悬架3摩擦接触。
绝缘构件300可以包括弹性材料,例如橡胶。除了车身横向构件4和后轮悬架3之外,绝缘构件300也可以设置在燃料箱200与燃料箱箍带6摩擦接触的区域处,从而在车辆行驶过程中从车身横向构件4、后轮悬架3以及燃料箱箍带6吸收振动和噪声,改进燃料箱200的耐久性。
同时,如图6所示,后轮悬架3设置有止动件3b,所述止动件3b被构造成允许后轮悬架3的上方臂3a安装至所述止动件3b。
具体地,一对止动件3b可以从后轮悬架3的上部突出,不仅允许上方臂3a安装在其中而且避免燃料箱200向前移动。
亦即,止动件3b可以从后轮悬架3突出从而对应于燃料箱200的正面形状。因此,将燃料箱200设置在容纳区域A中之后,在通过后轮悬架3和燃料箱箍带6在纵向方向上固定燃料箱200的位置的状态下,在朝向车辆前方的侧面方向上可以牢固地固定燃料箱的位置。
图7为显示根据本发明的另一个示例性实施方案的混合动力车辆中紧固燃料箱的图。
如图7所示,燃料箱200可以紧固至设置在后轮悬架3处的燃料箱组装支架3c,并且可以通过后轮悬架3的设置而安装和固定在车身(即容纳区域A)中。
换言之,在将燃料箱200设置在容纳区域A中之前,燃料箱组装支架3c可以使用紧固构件紧固至紧固部分210从而使燃料箱200和后轮悬架3模块化,然后后轮悬架3和燃料箱箍带6可以联接至车身,因此燃料箱200可以固定在容纳区域A中。
正如通过上述说明显然的,本发明的效果是电池安装在合背座下方并且燃料箱设置在后轮悬架的上端部从而与其固定并且被其支撑,因此改进行李箱以及行李箱中重量分布方面的适销性。

Claims (4)

1.一种混合动力车辆,所述混合动力车辆包括电池和燃料箱,其中
电池安装在设置合背座的车身地板下方限定的空间中,并且燃料箱设置在后轮悬架的上端部的上方和车身横向构件的后方,燃料箱的位置高于电池的位置;
其中,后轮悬架设置有一对止动件,所述一对止动件从后轮悬架的上部突出从而允许上方臂安装在所述止动件中并且避免燃料箱向前移动;
其中,所述止动件从后轮悬架突出从而对应于并且分别安置于形成在燃料箱的前部的横向凹部;
其中燃料箱紧固并固定至车身横向构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆,其中,
燃料箱设置在后轮悬架的上端部和车身横向构件的后方限定的容纳区域中,其中燃料箱经由燃料箱箍带被车身支撑,
所述容纳区域向上凹陷,其中容纳区域的顶表面限定行李箱的底表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆,其中燃料箱设置有绝缘构件,所述绝缘构件设置在燃料箱紧固至车身横向构件的区域处并且与后轮悬架摩擦接触从而吸收振动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆,其中燃料箱紧固至在后轮悬架处设置的燃料箱组装支架,并且通过后轮悬架的安装而安装并固定在车身中。
