本发明公开了一种锄头防锈液及其制备方法,按重量份计,其组成原料为:磷酸二氢钠6‑8、硅酸钠5.5‑6.0、硅灰石粉15‑17、钼酸钠3.5‑5.5、水杨酸钠3‑4、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6‑8、十二烷基磺酸钠3‑5、硬脂酸锌8‑9、醋酸乙酯30‑35;与现有技术相比,本发明的防锈液中各组分环保,无毒,且制备方法简单,成本低,对锄头具有很好的防锈保护作用,且制备方法简单,成本低,延长了农具锄头的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种防锈液,具体涉及一种锄头防锈液及其制备方法。
背景技术
农具是经常使用的工具之一,如果接触环境存在湿度高等情况,农具的生锈现象会比较严重,如何避免农具生锈有很多种方法,可以在农具表面喷涂防锈液,也可以在农具生锈后使用其他方式对锈迹进行处理,消除锈斑,目前的防锈液耐腐蚀性能较差,农具锄头在日常生活中经常性遇到生锈现象。
发明内容
为了缓解现有技术的不足和缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种锄头防锈液及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
锄头防锈液,按重量份计,其组成原料为:磷酸二氢钠6-8、硅酸钠5.5-6.0、硅灰石粉15-17、钼酸钠3.5-5.5、水杨酸钠3-4、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6-8、十二烷基磺酸钠3-5、硬脂酸锌8-9、醋酸乙酯30-35。
锄头防锈液,按重量份计,其组成原料为:磷酸二氢钠7、硅酸钠5.8、硅灰石粉16、钼酸钠4.5、水杨酸钠3.5、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯7、十二烷基磺酸钠4、硬脂酸锌8.5、醋酸乙酯32。
锄头防锈液的制备方法,具体包括以下内容:
(1)称取硅酸钠、硅灰石粉、钼酸钠,加入适量醋酸乙酯,球磨3-4小时,混合均匀;
(2)将上述步骤(1)混合料倒入醋酸乙酯中,然后再依次加入磷酸二氢钠、水杨酸钠、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、硬脂酸锌,升温至体系60-70℃,搅拌使完全溶解,冷却即得。
所述的硅灰石粉为100-200目粉剂。
本发明的有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明的防锈液中各组分环保,无毒,且制备方法简单,成本低,对锄头具有很好的防锈保护作用,且制备方法简单,成本低,延长了农具锄头的使用寿命。

实施例1:锄头防锈液,按重量份计,其组成原料为:磷酸二氢钠7、硅酸钠5.8、硅灰石粉16、钼酸钠4.5、水杨酸钠3.5、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯7、十二烷基磺酸钠4、硬脂酸锌8.5、醋酸乙酯32。
锄头防锈液的制备方法,具体包括以下内容:
(1)称取硅酸钠、硅灰石粉、钼酸钠,加入适量醋酸乙酯,球磨3-4小时,混合均匀;
(2)将上述步骤(1)混合料倒入醋酸乙酯中,然后再依次加入磷酸二氢钠、水杨酸钠、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、硬脂酸锌,升温至体系60-70℃,搅拌使完全溶解,冷却即得。
所述的硅灰石粉为100-200目粉剂。

1.一种锄头防锈液,其特征在于,按重量份计,其组成原料为:磷酸二氢钠6-8、硅酸钠5.5-6.0、硅灰石粉15-17、钼酸钠3.5-5.5、水杨酸钠3-4、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6-8、十二烷基磺酸钠3-5、硬脂酸锌8-9、醋酸乙酯30-35。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锄头防锈液,其特征在于,按重量份计,其组成原料为:磷酸二氢钠7、硅酸钠5.8、硅灰石粉16、钼酸钠4.5、水杨酸钠3.5、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯7、十二烷基磺酸钠4、硬脂酸锌8.5、醋酸乙酯32。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的锄头防锈液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下内容:
(1)称取硅酸钠、硅灰石粉、钼酸钠,加入适量醋酸乙酯,球磨3-4小时,混合均匀;
(2)将上述步骤(1)混合料倒入醋酸乙酯中,然后再依次加入磷酸二氢钠、水杨酸钠、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、硬脂酸锌,升温至体系60-70℃,搅拌使完全溶解,冷却即得。
