本发明提供了一种高固含锌基防腐涂料,按重量百分比计,按重量百分比计,其组成为:热塑性树脂5~8.0%、鳞片状锌粉15~20.0%、聚醚醚酮30~40.0%、环保溶剂8~10.0%,其余为去离子水;上述各组分之和满足100%。本发明形成得到的一种超长耐腐蚀涂料,其耐腐蚀时间达到15000小时。即,可满足50~100年以上防腐寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保防腐领域,更具体的说涉及一种高固含锌基防腐涂料。
背景技术
目前传统的防腐涂料,防腐效果较差且持续时间较短。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种高固含锌基防腐涂料,解决上述技术问题中的一个或多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种高固含锌基防腐涂料,按重量百分比计,其组成为:热塑性树脂5~8.0%、鳞片状锌粉15~20.0%、聚醚醚酮30~40.0%、环保溶剂8~10.0%,其余为去离子水;上述各组分之和满足100%。
在一些实施方式中,还包括以及乙酸乙烯酯1.2~3.0%、钼酸1~2.0%。
在一些实施方式中,还包括有机膨润土7~10.0%和二甲苯3~5.0%。
在一些实施方式中,还包括聚天门冬氨酸酯1~1.5%、氧化锌5~8.0%。
本发明形成得到的一种超长耐腐蚀涂料,其耐腐蚀时间达到15000小时。即,可满足50~100年以上防腐寿命。

一种高固含锌基防腐涂料,按重量百分比计,其组成为:热塑性树脂5~8.0%、鳞片状锌粉15~20.0%、聚醚醚酮30~40.0%、环保溶剂8~10.0%、乙酸乙烯酯1.2~3.0%、钼酸1~2.0%,其余为去离子水;上述各组分之和满足100%。
实施例3:
一种高固含锌基防腐涂料,按重量百分比计,其组成为:热塑性树脂5~8.0%、鳞片状锌粉15~20.0%、聚醚醚酮30~40.0%、环保溶剂8~10.0%、有机膨润土7~10.0%和二甲苯3~5.0%,其余为去离子水;上述各组分之和满足100%。
实施例4:
一种高固含锌基防腐涂料,按重量百分比计,其组成为:热塑性树脂5~8.0%、鳞片状锌粉15~20.0%、聚醚醚酮30~40.0%、环保溶剂8~10.0%、聚天门冬氨酸酯1~1.5%、氧化锌5~8.0%,其余为去离子水;上述各组分之和满足100%。
本发明形成得到的一种超长耐腐蚀涂料,其耐腐蚀时间达到15000小时。即,可满足50~100年以上防腐寿命。

1.一种高固含锌基防腐涂料,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,其组成为:热塑性树脂5~8.0%、鳞片状锌粉15~20.0%、聚醚醚酮30~40.0%、环保溶剂8~10.0%,其余为去离子水;上述各组分之和满足100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固含锌基防腐涂料,其特征在于,还包括乙酸乙烯酯1.2~3.0%、钼酸1~2.0%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固含锌基防腐涂料,其特征在于,还包括有机膨润土7~10.0%和二甲苯3~5.0%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固含锌基防腐涂料,其特征在于,还包括聚天门冬氨酸酯1~1.5%、氧化锌5~8.0%。
