技术领域
本发明涉及油漆技术领域,特别地,涉及一种防锈漆。
背景技术
随着涂料工业和涂装向低污染化发展,水性涂料正在日益兴起。金属腐蚀导致的损失十分严重,金属材料的防腐蚀涂料引起国内外关注。溶剂型防锈涂料,存在污染大气、毒性和火灾危险等几个方面问题。因此,研制水性防锈涂料受到重视。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种防锈漆,以解决现有技术中,溶剂型防锈涂料,存在污染大气、毒性和火灾危险的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种防锈漆,由以下重量份数的组份组成:乳液500-600份、氧化红铁400-500份、磷酸锌100-120份、三聚磷酸铝20-40份、六偏磷酸钠5-8份、滑石粉350-400份、分散剂6-9份、成膜剂60-65份、缓蚀剂3-4.5份、蒸馏水420-500份。
进一步地,由以下重量份数的组份组成:所述乳液540份、所述氧化红铁460份、所述磷酸锌112份、所述三聚磷酸铝29份、所述六偏磷酸钠6.6份、所述滑石粉370份、所述分散剂8份、所述成膜剂62份、所述缓蚀剂3.9份、所述蒸馏水480份。
进一步地,所述缓蚀剂为亚硝酸钠复合缓蚀剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
水性铁红丙烯酸防锈漆,属自干型涂料,具有优良的附着力、耐热性、耐候性、耐腐蚀性和抗沾污性等特点,并能与醇酸、 氨基、硝基等多种面漆配套使用,在某些性能方面优于红丹酚醛防锈漆和红丹醇酸防锈漆,应用于各种机械、 船舶、车辆、桥梁和仪器仪表的防腐蚀涂装,特别适用在通风不畅的环境中施工;涂料用水作溶剂无毒害、不燃不爆、对环境污染少。

以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
本发明的优选实施例提供了一种防锈漆,由以下重量份数的组份组成:乳液500-600份、氧化红铁400-500份、磷酸锌100-120份、三聚磷酸铝20-40份、六偏磷酸钠5-8份、滑石粉350-400份、分散剂6-9份、成膜剂60-65份、缓蚀剂3-4.5份、蒸馏水420-500份。
优选地,由以下重量份数的组份组成:所述乳液540份、所述氧化红铁460份、所述磷酸锌112份、所述三聚磷酸铝29份、所述六偏磷酸钠6.6份、所述滑石粉370份、所述分散剂8份、所述成膜剂62份、所述缓蚀剂3.9份、所述蒸馏水480份。
优选地,所述缓蚀剂为亚硝酸钠复合缓蚀剂。
实施例1
乳液500克、氧化红铁500克、磷酸锌100克、三聚磷酸铝40克、六偏磷酸钠8克、滑石粉400克、分散剂6克、成膜剂60克、亚硝酸钠复合缓蚀剂4.5克、蒸馏水500克,调配成水性铁红丙烯酸防锈漆,具有良好的防锈效果。
实施例2
乳液540克、氧化红铁460克、磷酸锌112克、三聚磷酸铝29克、六偏磷酸钠6.6克、滑石粉370克、分散剂8克、成膜剂62克、亚硝酸钠复合缓蚀剂3.9克、蒸馏水480克,调配成水性铁红丙烯酸防锈漆,具有良好的防锈效果。
实施例3
乳液600克、氧化红铁400克、磷酸锌120克、三聚磷酸铝20克、六偏磷酸钠5克、滑石粉350克、分散剂9克、成膜剂65克、亚硝酸钠复合缓蚀剂3克、蒸馏水420克,调配成水性铁红丙烯酸防锈漆,具有良好的防锈效果。
水性铁红丙烯酸防锈漆,属自干型涂料,具有优良的附着力、耐热性、耐候性、耐腐蚀性和抗沾污性等特点,并能与醇酸、 氨基、硝基等多种面漆配套使用,在某些性能方面优于红丹酚醛防锈漆和红丹醇酸防锈漆,应用于各种机械、 船舶、车辆、桥梁和仪器仪表的防腐蚀涂装,特别适用在通风不畅的环境中施工;涂料用水作溶剂无毒害、不燃不爆、对环境污染少。

乳液500-600份、氧化红铁400-500份、磷酸锌100-120份、三聚磷酸铝20-40份、六偏磷酸钠5-8份、滑石粉350-400份、分散剂6-9份、成膜剂60-65份、缓蚀剂3-4.5份、蒸馏水420-500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈漆,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组份组成:
