本发明涉及一种红丹色醇酸防锈漆,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
防锈漆是工业上广泛使用的一种涂料,其主要作用是在于防止金属在长期使用过程中受到氧化而生锈。防锈涂料中的防锈颜料组分通常为红丹、铅粉以及锌、铅或钡的铬酸盐。如红丹醇酸防锈漆,虽然红丹醇酸防锈漆是一种防锈性能好、使用特别广泛的优良防锈漆品种,但由于红丹中铝的毒性而受到限制,由于铅含量高,在施工和铲除旧的红丹漆及焊接时易产生毒雾,对环境造成一定破坏,也对施工人员伤害极大,且难以治愈。因此,许多国家都已经通过立法禁止使用含有红丹、铅粉等为防锈颜料组分的涂料生产和使用。

为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种具有优良的防锈能力,且环保无污染的红丹色醇酸防锈漆。

本发明的一种红丹色醇酸防锈漆,由以下重量克数组成:红丹配方树酯:21.616克;中珞黄:4.729克;金红石钛白:0.689克;亮红:0.5675克;防锈颜料:8.108克;滑石粉:40.54克;有机土:0.54克;催干剂:0.243克;水:10.81克;稀释剂200号:12.162克。
进一步地,所述的防锈颜料为氧化铁红、磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝的任意一种或几种组成。

本发明与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本发明红丹色醇酸防锈漆,具有优良的防锈能力;同时本发明环保无污染。
