本发明公开了一种海洋工程重防腐涂料,其原料按重量份包括:环氧树脂100份、水性聚氨酯30-50份、聚苯胺乳液10-30份、叔醋乳液5-15份、苯基缩水甘油醚2-8份、氨基树脂5-12份、脲醛树脂8-15份、膨胀珍珠岩5-12份、云母氧化铁7-10份、硅藻土2-10份、纳米氧化锌3-12份、壳聚糖2-5份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷1-2.5份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷1-2.5份、磷酸三甲苯酯0.2-1份、聚乙烯醇0.5-2份、氧化铒2-5份、溶剂10-25份、润湿剂0.5-1.5份、分散剂0.2-1份。本发明提出的海洋工程重防腐涂料,其耐腐蚀性强,粘结强度高,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种海洋工程重防腐涂料。
背景技术
海洋重防腐涂料是指海洋环境中使用的防腐蚀涂料,其一般要求具有良好的物理性能、力学性能、耐阴极剥离性能,并且要求具有良好的施工性能,可在各种环境条件下对不同结构进行高质量涂装施工。我国的海洋重防腐涂料其性能仍存在很多缺陷,例如使用寿命短,防腐蚀性能差等,不能满足社会的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种海洋工程重防腐涂料,其耐腐蚀性强,粘结强度高,使用寿命长。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种海洋工程重防腐涂料,其原料按重量份包括:环氧树脂100份、水性聚氨酯30-50份、聚苯胺乳液10-30份、叔醋乳液5-15份、苯基缩水甘油醚2-8份、氨基树脂5-12份、脲醛树脂8-15份、膨胀珍珠岩5-12份、云母氧化铁7-10份、硅藻土2-10份、纳米氧化锌3-12份、壳聚糖2-5份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷1-2.5份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷1-2.5份、磷酸三甲苯酯0.2-1份、聚乙烯醇0.5-2份、氧化铒2-5份、溶剂10-25份、润湿剂0.5-1.5份、分散剂0.2-1份。
优选地,环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯、聚苯胺乳液、叔醋乳液的重量比为100:38-46:17-28:9-13。
优选地,膨胀珍珠岩、云母氧化铁、硅藻土、纳米氧化锌的重量比为7-11:8-10:5-9:6-10。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:环氧树脂100份、水性聚氨酯38份、聚苯胺乳液22份、叔醋乳液12份、苯基缩水甘油醚6份、氨基树脂10份、脲醛树脂12份、膨胀珍珠岩10份、云母氧化铁8.5份、硅藻土6份、纳米氧化锌10份、壳聚糖3.5份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷2份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷1.3份、磷酸三甲苯酯0.6份、聚乙烯醇1份、氧化铒3.5份、溶剂20份、润湿剂1份、分散剂0.5份。
优选地,所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、氢化环氧树脂中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.3-0.55。
优选地,所述纳米氧化锌的粒径为20-40nm。
本发明中,以环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯、聚苯胺乳液、叔醋乳液配合作为成膜物质,并添加了苯基缩水甘油醚作为稀释剂,通过调节其比例,使各原料的相容性好,性能协同促进,使得到的涂膜具有抗冲击性和成炭能力强、耐腐蚀性好和热稳定性优异的特点,其与基体的粘结强度高,改善了涂料的耐腐蚀性能;膨胀珍珠岩、云母氧化铁、硅藻土、纳米氧化锌配合加入体系中,改善了涂膜强度和耐腐蚀性;苯基三甲氧基硅烷、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷加入体系中,与壳聚糖配合后提高了膨胀珍珠岩、云母氧化铁、硅藻土与体系的接触面积,抑制了海水在环氧树脂涂层中的扩散,增大了环氧涂层的电阻,进一步提高了涂料的防腐蚀性能。

实施例1
一种海洋工程重防腐涂料,其原料按重量份包括:环氧树脂100份、水性聚氨酯30份、聚苯胺乳液30份、叔醋乳液5份、苯基缩水甘油醚8份、氨基树脂5份、脲醛树脂15份、膨胀珍珠岩5份、云母氧化铁10份、硅藻土2份、纳米氧化锌12份、壳聚糖2份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷2.5份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷1份、磷酸三甲苯酯1份、聚乙烯醇2份、氧化铒5份、溶剂10份、润湿剂1.5份、分散剂0.2份。
实施例2
一种海洋工程重防腐涂料,其原料按重量份包括:环氧树脂100份、水性聚氨酯50份、聚苯胺乳液10份、叔醋乳液15份、苯基缩水甘油醚2份、氨基树脂12份、脲醛树脂8份、膨胀珍珠岩12份、云母氧化铁7份、硅藻土10份、纳米氧化锌3份、壳聚糖5份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷1份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷2.5份、磷酸三甲苯酯0.2份、聚乙烯醇0.5份、氧化铒2份、溶剂25份、润湿剂0.5份、分散剂1份。
实施例3
一种海洋工程重防腐涂料,其原料按重量份包括:双酚A型环氧树脂30份、双酚F型环氧树脂50份、氢化环氧树脂20份、水性聚氨酯43份、聚苯胺乳液17份、叔醋乳液12份、苯基缩水甘油醚5份、氨基树脂10份、脲醛树脂11份、膨胀珍珠岩10份、云母氧化铁8.5份、硅藻土8份、纳米氧化锌7份、壳聚糖4.6份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷1.8份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷1.9份、磷酸三甲苯酯0.5份、聚乙烯醇1.7份、氧化铒3份、溶剂21份、润湿剂0.9份、分散剂0.9份;其中,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.55。
实施例4
一种海洋工程重防腐涂料,其原料按重量份包括:双酚F型环氧树脂30份、氢化环氧树脂70份、水性聚氨酯38份、聚苯胺乳液26份、叔醋乳液8份、苯基缩水甘油醚7份、氨基树脂8份、脲醛树脂9份、膨胀珍珠岩7份、云母氧化铁9份、硅藻土6份、纳米氧化锌11份、壳聚糖3份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷2.1份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷2.3份、磷酸三甲苯酯0.8份、聚乙烯醇1份、氧化铒4份、溶剂17份、润湿剂1.3份、分散剂0.6份;其中,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.3。
实施例5
一种海洋工程重防腐涂料,其原料按重量份包括:双酚A型环氧树脂100份、水性聚氨酯38份、聚苯胺乳液22份、叔醋乳液12份、苯基缩水甘油醚6份、氨基树脂10份、脲醛树脂12份、膨胀珍珠岩10份、云母氧化铁8.5份、硅藻土6份、纳米氧化锌10份、壳聚糖3.5份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷2份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷1.3份、磷酸三甲苯酯0.6份、聚乙烯醇1份、氧化铒3.5份、溶剂20份、润湿剂1份、分散剂0.5份;
其中,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.5;
所述纳米氧化锌的粒径为20-40nm。

1.一种海洋工程重防腐涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环氧树脂100份、水性聚氨酯30-50份、聚苯胺乳液10-30份、叔醋乳液5-15份、苯基缩水甘油醚2-8份、氨基树脂5-12份、脲醛树脂8-15份、膨胀珍珠岩5-12份、云母氧化铁7-10份、硅藻土2-10份、纳米氧化锌3-12份、壳聚糖2-5份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷1-2.5份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷1-2.5份、磷酸三甲苯酯0.2-1份、聚乙烯醇0.5-2份、氧化铒2-5份、溶剂10-25份、润湿剂0.5-1.5份、分散剂0.2-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述海洋工程重防腐涂料,其特征在于,环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯、聚苯胺乳液、叔醋乳液的重量比为100:38-46:17-28:9-13。
3.根据权利要求1所述海洋工程重防腐涂料,其特征在于,膨胀珍珠岩、云母氧化铁、硅藻土、纳米氧化锌的重量比为7-11:8-10:5-9:6-10。
4.根据权利要求1所述海洋工程重防腐涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环氧树脂100份、水性聚氨酯38份、聚苯胺乳液22份、叔醋乳液12份、苯基缩水甘油醚6份、氨基树脂10份、脲醛树脂12份、膨胀珍珠岩10份、云母氧化铁8.5份、硅藻土6份、纳米氧化锌10份、壳聚糖3.5份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷2份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷1.3份、磷酸三甲苯酯0.6份、聚乙烯醇1份、氧化铒3.5份、溶剂20份、润湿剂1份、分散剂0.5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述海洋工程重防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、氢化环氧树脂中的一种或者多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述海洋工程重防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.3-0.55。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述海洋工程重防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化锌的粒径为20-40nm。
